Hello,
I'm Omkar Gurav raising this complaint the Cognizant CDF-1 form. I have received a mail to fill the CDF-1 form but while filling the form I'm unable to fill my first and last name as it is not editable and I'm unable to submit the form.

I hope this issue will be resolved as soon as possible.

Dear Team,

I gave interview in Cognizant and was selected for hr round where I submitted all the required documents, on 14th March I got a mail regarding Hr discussion.

I was assured that I will get the offer letter within 3-4 days, but till now I haven't received it. I tried to follow up with concerned HR but he is not responding to my mails and messages.

I had attended the interview for @cognizant L1 round on Feb 03, 2024 and L2 round on Feb 15, 2024. After successful of technical and HR round they send email Feb 22, 2024 and I have shared all the documents. HR confirmed that the documents are verified. After several follow ups HR updated that offer letter is pending for approval and will share the offer soon. After that there is no response. Could some one take a look to release the offer...

My final HR round interview was done on Fenruary 2024 and I was assured that I will get the offer letter within 5 working days.

But Till date March 2024, I have not received the offer letter and no update on my progression.I did my documentation process also.

I have sent follow up Emails, calls and SMS multiple times to HR, but not getting any response from them.Not expected this kind of support from MNC HR’s.Atleast...

But Till date 27th February 2024, I have not received the offer letter.

I have sent follow up Emails and SMS multiple times to HR, but not getting any response from them.

I have lost everything due to this company. I got selected in this company and yet to onboard on Jan 16.But they informed there is overlap employment history and they revoked my offer. I have informed to hr on this dec 16th itself..there is no response after multiple followup...and onbording team saying no need worry there is a indication in bgv form you can provide the info.i did the same..finally they were saying it as per policy..cannot...

This Abhishek Kumar, I have cleared the L1 round of technical discussion and had L2 round of technical discussion on 22/01/2024 . I was selected for MAINFRAME profile and PUNE location.
I was provided the confirmation that will receive an offer letter within 10 days if not reach out for an update. I have tried to reach out the team twice through email to provide an update. But till today 12/02/2024 there was nor reply . At least team...

Hi, I have cleared all rounds and all negotiation done, got approvals also but after that my hr called and told as you work for SOCGEN so, you are unable to work in cognizant for 5 years. But I have seen in linkedin many people are working with socgen has switched to cts....

I would like to let you know that Cognizant conducted interview for a specific role and I cleared all the rounds. A week later I got a confirmation email. Due to this offer, I declined other 2 offers(good).

However, there is no update from Cognizant since then.

They are not responding to emails and texts. I am left with no offer now, I have loans to pay and I have invested my time into this process....

I received the call and the bot told me the call will be interrupted and we will provide second chance of call link and a link to ask whatsapp link.
