      Offer Letter Delay (No response from Hr)

      My Name is Rakesh from Hyderabad, i have attended walk in drive conducted by CTS on 20th April 2023, on the next 21th April I got a call and mail from Hr stating that i am selected for this position and asked me to submit all required documents, so i have submitted all documents on the same and package discussion also done ..after all this Hr said that Offer letter will be shared on my mail id with in 2 day ..But...

      I am not able to login to One Cognizant to get my Form-16
      I haven't received my Form-16 till now, tried multiple times to login to One Cognizant but everytime getting errors and i have sent multiple mail to cognizant but no response, please provide me the my Form[protected].

              Hi,

              I am an ex employee of cognizant. My emp id was 2229450. I have resigned from Cognizant on 8th of may 2023. HR called me and said that I don't have billable project so I have to resign and he told me after resignation I will get 3 months salary along with leave encashment. But now after 60 days of my resignation I haven't received the same. I tried to reach out to them via email but they are not responding. I used to send email on daily basis but haven't received any response or update yet.

                  Cognizant CTS hired me from campus placements. But my date of joining is continuously getting extended for 4 months now. Initially it was on March but lastly on 13th july 2023, now again it got extended by 27th july 2023!!! Its very irresponsible, unethical and fraud. In the world of helping freshers they just luring and cheating with their damn career. Such a hoax and worst company. It will be my suggestion if possible go for other companies if you hae option. Don't prefer this spoof over other.
