My LWD was on 7th july and i'm unable to login to always cognizant. Personal amil is not allowed is showing. Please help me. It's urgent.

Hi,

I am an ex employee of cognizant. My emp id was 2229450. I have resigned from Cognizant on 8th of may 2023. HR called me and said that I don't have billable project so I have to resign and he told me after resignation I will get 3 months salary along with leave encashment. But now after 60 days of my resignation I haven't received the same. I tried to reach out to them via email but they are not responding. I used to send email on daily basis but haven't received any response or update yet.

I can't login (always cognizant portal) as it was showing that i don't have access to it. Please help me out with that. still my clearance process is going on. I mailed you before but i didn't get any response, Kindly do the needful.

I'm Maitreyi, and I was assigned to cognizant CTS through campus placements. I had no idea such fraud was taking place at such large corporations. I shouldn't say it so soon, but it is what it is. Cognizant CTS hired me from campus placements. But my date of joining is continuously getting extended for 4 months now. Initially it was on March but lastly on 13th july 2023, now again it got extended by 27th july 2023!!! Its very irresponsible, unethical and fraud. In the world of helping freshers they just luring and cheating with their damn career. Such a hoax and worst company. It will be my suggestion if possible go for other companies if you hae option. Don't prefer this spoof over other.

My last working day in cognizant is Apr 13, 2023 but till now I didn't receive my severance pay and leave enhancement pay.I have sent a mail to ExIthelpdeskindia several times but I didn't get any proper response from them.It is more than a month I sent a mail to that exithelp desk.So please do the needful and provide settlements as soon as possible.

I got the offer letter from the cognizant on 24 may, 2023. I'm unable to sign in the onecognizant portal. And also I cannot submit the acceptance of offer letter and background verification too. I also send the issue mail at may 25, 2023 to [protected]@cognizant.com. But till now there is no response. Repeatedly it shows like follow:

I got msg on linked from HR harshita desai - about recruitment for medical transcriptionist, i m a medical transcriptionist but neither i mentioned it on my profile nor i follows or liked some medical transcription related stuff.
I was interested.
She asked for resume i send it to her.
After few minutes i got call from some of hime team member (siranjeevi) he in general talked to me asked about some details in that he asked for Pan no. I denied to provide pan no and i asked for process or why do you need it now i ll provide these docs after getting Appointment letter, he told that its a process point of there company. I said i ll let him know i need to think i asked that if would be yes, provide me the incoming no i ll call by myself siranjeevi said this no is available ([protected]) .
After few minutes i didn’t get time to thoughts about is cause i m working professional, i got his call again for same (pan no) i denied, siranjeevi said i m texting you for it so say no there so that i can remove your details from hiring list or provide than i ll forward it for next round.
I was thinking and i got msg from HR harshita dessai, i felt safe to provide her here on Linked in profile . I provided my pan no.

After that i got mail in that mentioned that need to upload your live picture here, but for next siranjeevi told me that he is gonna share some link and i need to give some test for typing and for medical terminology stuff. But there was nothing like.

I was worried about some fraudulent activities cause taking Pan no or than live picture can lead me to harm or for any fraud.
In some of the cases, people just need it to create database of resume and pan card which they can show the client to prove your workforce.

I didn’t understand this hiring process yet, I actually wants to get this job but i m feeling safe.
I would definitely prefer to visit cognizant that is available in my city if i ll get call for it.

I have experience in this.

Just let me know if it is safe, than also for that i would prefer to do it offline, on cognizant’s office
