Hi Team, I have completed Technical and HR rounds on 19th and 25th of October and I am yet to receive offer letter from cognizant. I have submitted CIS form, CDF-1 and CDF-2 forms. I tried reaching recruiter and HR but didn't receive any response. Kindly help me in getting the offer letter.

Till now i didn't get any mail from cognizant regarding offer letter release.when it possible to solve is there availabile or not please confirm As soon as possible.

A mail have been send to me like initial I ahve to pay 4000 to get the question which they are going to ask by getting a help from cognizant employee after that total amount of 60000 I have to pay from my salary

Initial amount of 4000 I have to pay and he will be sharing me the question which the company going to ask me after that from my salary I have to pay 60000 which is divided to pay it for 6 months

Hi sir/ma'am this saiteju i was joined called Aspire Technology in Kukatpally and i joined for sap mm .he promised me to give job at cognizant company where he is working as an sap mm consultant .he charged 25 thousand from me .and did online lectures but which were of no use i had many problem arising while practising but when i used to call him or text him he usally use to shout at me many times but i thought may of his work pressure .so i took it lightly after that i was asking him for server to practice .and i did part - payments after the whole payment i had many questions regarding purchasing, RFQ etc but he didn't responed for any of those .every time he was using a harsh tone when ever he talked with me .i want a refund from this guy called Kasi Naryan Reddy in your company working as senior consultant(Hyderbad).
please help me in this .if you Guys think i am lying please see the attached snaps below please i need your help .

Bharath, one of the HRs in the cognizant Technologies, Bangalore. I have contacted him through one of my friends knowing some vacancy in the firm and asking for considering my profile if suitable. Then later on, he was texting continuously asking to come to Bangalore, spending time with him for a day. He said he would book some private luxury villa for a day and have a drink. When I said I don't like all these, he directly said he would not consider my profile for rejecting the personal offer which he gave. I feel that Is this happening with the knowledge of the management? or they don't even know such people do exists in the firm. I really feel bad for such good and reputed firms hiring such a people. I request the management to take a appropriate action on such a person and his idiotic activities.

My Last working day is 1st September 2022 but i have noticed period 3 months my HR told me they release early and provide three months notice period salary and last August month salary with held its almost 2 Months completed stil pending full and final settlement they said joining bonus pending why there not providing the salary one my teammate she also pending joining bonus but she got all settlement amount but still...

This is Rakesh Sahu, one of the employees in Cognizant. I am working in GIS PROCESS and the timings are 4 pm to 2 am. I am writing this mail because our team leader SAI KRISHNA has created all the fake health policy documents for our teammate LAVANYA DIBBA. Those documents are submitted on (22/10/2022) in the morning at the DLF Cyber City Plot. No: 129, 130, 131 & 132, Gachibowli Rd, APHB Colony, Hyderabad, Telangana 500019.

Main thing is that on 21/10/2022 she travelled by bus the entire night to reach Hyderabad and her work was managed by her sister and this was supported by our team leader SAI KRISHNA. She is currently doing work from home only, her hometown is in Srikakulam and she took her system to her home town doing her work from January 2022. Management can check her live location or make a video call also for her by screen sharing option for live location. Management can enquire her parents about which hospital they took the treatment for and for what the treatment is also in video call only. I am sharing the photos in this message only.

Mr Anubhav Mohanti working as analyst at cognizant is calling my people demons, just because of a domestic abuse incident that happened in my state, how can he generalise an entire community based on single incident. Could you please help me for with login login error as I am not able to login to One Cognizant.

And getting below error.

The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.

I have completed my all round and fill the CDF2 form on 30 sept. My HR Discussion done with neeraja rajashekhar, she said I will recieve the offer letter within 5-6 days...but it have been 20+ days..i didn't get any letter or update regarding this......

In HR Discussion, Joining date was mentioned 17th OCT but Offer was not released yet. So, can you please update the status of Offer Release.

Actually my initial on-boarding date was 23rd July in Cognizant and my last working day in previous company was 25th July. So attended the on-boarding and on-boarding POC told me to wait for new doj.

I submitted my relieving letter in August itself. It's been 2.5 months nearly and no update regarding doj.

On-boardings are happening but still the doj haven't changed in my portal till now. Onboarding POC and recruiter both are not even responding to my mails
