I got an email from cognizant and got a call on 29th Jul but didn't get any further updates when the program will be conducted like no such official email communication after that.I want my application status plzz update to me?...

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to formally register a consumer complaint regarding an unresolved issue related to my recent resignation from my previous employment at Cognizant Technology Solutions. I am seeking your intervention and assistance in addressing this matter.

My resignation became effective on 20th April 2023, and as per the company's policy, my last working day was scheduled for 19th July 2023. During the resignation process, I opted for the notice buyout option, electing to complete a 45-day buyout period. I wish to extend my appreciation for the successful adjustment of my 31 pending leaves during this period.

As per the terms of the agreement, I made a payment of ₹13, 447 to cover the remaining 14 days. I have enclosed my bank statement as evidence, confirming the successful transaction to the CTS account. This payment led to the revision of my Last Working Day (LWD) to 02 June 2023.

My concern pertains to the comprehensive and accurate details of my Full & Final Settlement, which are required by my new organization for compensation purposes. I recall that Ms. Manju Subramaniam had initially communicated this information via my former Cognizant mail ID. However, I no longer have access to that account, which is causing a hindrance.

I kindly urge your prompt attention to this issue. I request a thorough review of the settlement details and your acknowledgment at the earliest convenience. This acknowledgment is o[censored]tmost importance as it will enable me to provide the necessary information to my current organization and ensure a seamless compensation process.

It's been a month I have cleared all the technical and HR round as well. I have been promised to receive offer letter within 2 working days by them. I am still waiting for the offer letter. The HR is not picking up the phone anymore.
Please can some help me what could be done in this case....

Hi this is to inform you I have completed my Hr discussion on 6 of july but . i have not got offer letter till now after 1 month they are telling me the position is closed. So why they take interviews If they can not provide offer letter or join the people.

Hi all this is to inform you that I am done with HR Interaction in cognizant on 4 of july and till now they have not given me offer letter holded me by saying I have to talk to my lead and management and wasted my 1 month of total time. The problem was I told them I have worked in a company where I don't have a salary slip as it was a startup that time and we where getting salary in hard cash. But the company will respond you in email or whatever way you will contact them that I have worked there and the certificates are not fraud. After holding for one month they asked me for the offer letter of all the company I have given them the offer letter as well. And now they are telling me position is closed after given interviews and getting selected and after HR round also I have not got the offer letter. Now I don't know what to do further I told them atleast you could have mailed me about that now after one month you are saying this its not a proffesional behaviour.

I had got a call from Berribot for recruitment purpose yesterday. While I was telling about my skillset, Berribot was not able to understand my voice properly and Unfortunately, Berribot was able to recognize only 1 skillset, which will effect my selection process. Can you please help in resolving this issue. And schedule a Berribot call again or any other alternative.

My Name is Rakesh from Hyderabad, i have attended walk in drive conducted by CTS on 20th April 2023, on the next 21th April I got a call and mail from Hr stating that i am selected for this position and asked me to submit all required documents, so i have submitted all documents on the same and package discussion also done ..after all this Hr said that Offer letter will be shared on my mail id with in 2 day ..But...

I am not able to login to One Cognizant to get my Form-16
I haven't received my Form-16 till now, tried multiple times to login to One Cognizant but everytime getting errors and i have sent multiple mail to cognizant but no response, please provide me the my Form[protected].

Hi,

I am an ex employee of cognizant. My emp id was 2229450. I have resigned from Cognizant on 8th of may 2023. HR called me and said that I don't have billable project so I have to resign and he told me after resignation I will get 3 months salary along with leave encashment. But now after 60 days of my resignation I haven't received the same. I tried to reach out to them via email but they are not responding. I used to send email on daily basis but haven't received any response or update yet.

I can't login (always cognizant portal) as it was showing that i don't have access to it. Please help me out with that. still my clearance process is going on. I mailed you before but i didn't get any response, Kindly do the needful.
