My last working day is 31 oct 2022 still i didnt receive my reliving letter please help me get my letter as early as possible .

I got terminated from cognizant technology on 23rd September 2022 and received mail as I will get my notice period salary after submitting cognizant assets, so I submitted all assets from my side within a week, but I didn't get any call from them, mail from them and not even my notice period salary

I had attended the technical interview on 05-Nov-2022 and had the HR discussion on 09-Nov-2022 where the HR had assured that I would be receiving the offer letter within 2-3 days.

It has been over a month of continuous follow ups but they failed to send me an offer which they had assured.

Worst part is that no one from the HR department is responding to my mails or calls.

I have never encountered a situation where a reputed organization ghosts their candidates after interviews. They should atleast have the courtesy to inform the candidate if they are not going ahead with their candidature.

Such a disappointing and frustrating experience with Cognizant.

Candidate id:19781645. I was selected through the digital nurture program in September 2021. I completed my internship for the period of six months from March 2022 to August 2022. I was waiting for my date of joining and raised a query to campus to cognizant. I received a mail that I will be onboarded in the month of November. I kept tracking and communicating in one cognizant portal regarding my onboarding and date of joining. I raised a query on November 29 and received a reply on November 30th that "I am in the active pipeline and my date is yet to be finalized".
Again when I raised a query on December 5th I received a reply on December 6th "We notice that we have already communicated on the offer status to you on 5th December 2022. Having already informed on your offer, we would like to re-confirm that your offer stands cancelled from our end.". But I did not receive any communication email from Cognizant.
When I logged in to the one cognizant portal on December 6th It shows that "With your permission to decline the offer access to one cognizant portal had been revoked". But I did not receive any e-mail and also I have not declined the offer, in fact, I have been eagerly waiting for the date of joining and onboarding from cognizant.
Now I am not able to see any option in OneCognizant portal when I login.
Please Kindly check this and clarify regarding this issue on my onboarding process. Kindly h help me to sort out this. I herewith attached all the previous email communication for your reference. Kindly do the needful.

i have attended interview on 25th nov 2022. i got selected submitted All documents scanned copy and CIS form ans CDF -1 form after that you told wait for hr discussion after 2weeks multiple mails today[protected]. HR directly called told you will have 1more round from BU. Then i said okay no problem i will be available to attend, after some time again i got call from same hr he told you have to attend this client round interview...

I had interviewed with cognizant on 11th November and receive documentation mail on 12th November. After that i got call from HR regarding CTC discussion and agreed with HR as per budget on 22 November 2022. I attended pre hiring orientation as well on 23 November and HR agreed to release offer letter within 2 days but it has been more than 13 days now and not received offer letter yet. Could you please confirm if i am under consideration because everything was already done and if yes please confirm how much time it will take further to release further offer letter. I will be very happy if you respond fastly. As we are stuck to one side only due to this hope you understand!!

I received November month working days salary on 2nd December.

Can I receive notice period salary and leave encasement or not?

I completed and cleared my interview in July. I received a mail clearing my SME Interview on 2nd attempt in July. Now I have no information regarding my DOJ. But today[protected] I received a mail stating that I haven't cleared my interview so I need to change my role to CIS Service desk role. It is not fair. I have completed my internship and SME interview but there is a miscommunication. Please kindly check the issue and resolve.

It has been increasing nexus between HR's as in par with water gate scandal's, some recruits are providing fake education certificates and fudged experience certificates where cheap illeterate people are taking services of thirdparty services to connect to remote connect to complete the job in Cognizant Technology Solutions, surprised team member is discussing with the person not knowing he is the project manager whom he is talkign to and giving suggestions how to exploit existing loopholes to fudge Non-adherence to CMMI guidelines for some ransom amount. given they are not legally not bound which is huge racket in Bangalore.

Person is creating fake out of my experience and hiring spree creating blackhole creating junk workclulture not competent to be an employee for CTS. details could be provided if required. few engineering colleges are supporting their alumni to indulge in malpractices as i know personally other mate is saying someone experience certificate is been used by Mechanical Engineer as Computer Engineer comprimising for Low grades which is complete misapology

Have been part of IT industry after graduation from university latestly as an architect with infosys Ltd, have seen vandalising behaviour by few People who they use for Branding and Merchandising Few political figures who have been caught in controversial scandals like Congress Prime Minister Rajeev Gandhi son Rahul gandhi in cover page of Raw Magazine with Hookerin Nude pictures which is undeniably questionalble. One person claiming to be Shareholder of company who founder of amarraja group have provided 10000 shares since inception from this father who is youngest sibling to your Grand Father from mother parental home. His wife has charged him with unhygenic and harrasement behavoiur by Her In-Laws whose details will be provided below. He has magazine in his home where its cover page with Hounourable prime minister Atal bihari Vajpayee, he scolding Founder as Maid and driver once in his Mother's Parental home who is respectable and political figure like founder of RASSNGO etc. This person Sunil Endluri aged 53 years is giving false and agitating statement in his region language like Founder of RassNgo as "Mundakoduku, bastartd, scoundrel", his misbehaviour reached such a heights that he smoked ciggarette on his wife's ### and harrased her like the Founder had intimtate realationshion with Shri Rajeev Gandhi Wife Sonia Gandhi. Even i have met as he is very controversial person in our family as per his Sister Sunita Endluri who is dentist by profession her husband and her brother-in-law sunil always had argument and he had fight with his son to an extent he ill-manner behaviour of their son is arguably questionable where they were kicking each other despite the age gap as discrimination on age cluase,

Raisign this because the founder son jay galla is fancy fraud in admission expert in assigning seats in colleges and universities across the country in illegal and management quota funding ways where he met me when on of his Leaders have passed away when i have returned from london i suspect this is fake death and Sunil endluri father is re-appeared(some masked person) and he is masked and roaming may to divert funds from his account even after his demise as his wife is getting pension as such and he is sister of Film Director producer Shri Ravill Thulasi Kumar who i suspect could be case of cheating fraud and dna Forensics of the personnel to be questioned as who ever uses amararaja products are subject to this Fake death scam indirectly which isto be available for General Public discussion.

He may be in mental hospital for some time taking treatment as per his mother's testimony, his behaviour has not changed as he is incapable of being to be shareholder as i felt he is cheaply begging money to bring ciggarettes and liquor multiple times with me as have been employed with Mutlnational Companies and his desire actions are undisputably questionable.

Have been tenant of Serviced apartments from NestAway since 2016.there were many instances from house owners like E revati and Syed Zehra Corporate forged their identifies and becky schmitt alias Jayne Opperman where both were disfugured and appearing in two seperate companies as Executive vice presidents both on Client location and Service provider which is creating jeopardy creating denial of justice and hacking prone seamlessly.
More over incompetent and inrevocably creating bully poor body shaming work culture as we have found her misappeareance in strip clubs as hooker too. which is shame on them. Many instances as such like incomptent sent in illegal routes for Visa category fudging and creating alliances in Misappeareance categorty which is misconduct where she is escaping jurisdiction from Europe and intermittently flying to other legal juristicing which makes her uncatchable like in Russian - UK Tom cruise & Fake news etc.

I resigned Cognizant and my last working day was July 15, 2022. I was able to complete my clearance on September 20, 2022 but still not received my final pay. I've been constantly sending emails since November 2, 2022 for status follow-up but did not received any response from the Final Pay Team. I need my final pay for my mother who is confined in a hospital.
Any help is highly appreciated.

I would like you to complaint about a candidate who has been appointed by Cognizant as Quality Engineering & Assurance, as per my knowledge he came to cognizant with experience with no prior experience. He have submitted all the fake documents with the help of one consultancy which is in Hyderabad. All the interview process was not done by him it is done by consultancy people and candidate paid 2 lakhs for this job. The reputation of the company will be damaging by these kind of people. So I request relevant team to consider this request and take proper action against the candidate.
