I bought a new phone and didn't back it up or save any details. I tried to login the onecognizant portal in my PC and sent a notification to microsoft authenticator app which is installed in my mobile .But I didn't receive any notification to my authenticator app to enter my code. There is only options to use the Authenticator app. Please help me to login the onecognizant portal ASAP.

My full name is Aparajita and I don't possess a last name. The link for the CDF-1 form was autopopulated with my details and last name set as blank. It's non-editable and hence I am unable to submit the form.

Unable to login to portal because I have changed my mobile phone .so i need autheucation code by mobile phone .i directly login to QR code .so i have changed my phone .so i need access to portal to login again

In regards to my service letter, which you published, I am really disappointed.
The company (CTS), with which I had a year of association and always taken great pride in your leadership, governance, and technical skill, is no longer in need of me.
You fired me as a result of an error made by my previous employer. I agree, but if you put it in my service letter, what would it mean for my career? If I provide the same kind of service letter, will you hire me?
Your organisation (CTS) also made the error of paying my final wage (31 days) for unfortunatly more days than I worked(28 days), but I accept it and just refunded that amount.

I kindly request two things from CTS.

1. A letter detailing my one-year experience (which I need to share new hires)
2. I still haven't received my full and final settlement.

The employer has been always rejecting my changes in details like bank details updating. If they continuously does this, how can I claim my pf amount...

Hello, Sir/Mam. In the month of October, I resigned from Cognizant. I have received my salary for that month, but I have not yet received my earned leave. When I was resigning, I told my manager that I could serve the notice period, but he told me that because I wasn't working on any projects at the time, I should leave right away. I also decided to leave because I didn't want to waste the company's money by taking a salary during a period when I had no main duties. But I did ensure with the manager that I would receive my earned leave.Following that, he asked me to send a resignation letter in a specific format, requesting an immediate resignation. He stated that he will handle the remainder. When I didn't receive my earned leave, I contacted customer service, and now HR says that due to the format of my resignation letter, they cannot credit me with my earned leave. I come from a middle-class family and am in desperate need of that money. Please take action against this fraud and assist me in obtaining my earned leaves.

I am trying to fill the CDF -1 form and get access to Camera, Location, Microphone and Others and allow the permission after that Camera is Turning On and I am not able to capture my photo. If I am uploading a photo and Submitting then it is giving an error "Action Required - Photo not Captured".

Please help me how i can upload my photo.

I have successfully completed AMCAT and attended for cognizant interview on 11 Jan 2023 in Hyderabad and my profile got shot listed and I have sent my CDF 1 form and all other documents and also finished preorientation process on 13th jan 2023.then on 17th Jan 2023 one Mr.Vikramkumar.SP HR from Hyderabad called and discussed regarding the salary terms but his way of talking is very hurting and rude he will not listen anything from us he told his salary offer and told to confirm by 6PM 17th Jan 2023. I have confirmed the same then he told me to send a confirmation email of my releving date from previous company to issue offer letter with in two days. I have requested my earlier company to relieve my immediately and confirmed that my last working day is 20th Jan 2023 and sent the confirmation mail of my previous company to him and called to inform the same then Mr.Vikram told me that he can not give the offer to me and there are no vacancies now and he is not listening to what I am telling he said I have never told to resign from your company its your problem go and look some othe company.
Because of him even when I was having a chance of talking back my resignation I told my company to release me.
When I listen the answer from Mr.Vikram Kumar I was shocked and I never expected such a reply from a person who is working for such a reputed company. Because of him now I lost job from my company and in cognizant
How can a company say there are no vacancies after shortlisting and finishing all the rounds to the candidate.
I have never seen such a rude HR person and came to know from others also that he behaves like this.
I know after this mail I may not get any offer letter from company

HR interview on 6th December
It's been more than 3 weeks.
