Colive Centrepoint did not give back my deposit. The sales team rented my apartment to another set of tenants (inspite of me being active tenant) and asked me to leave the apartment forcefully within couple of weeks without any prior notice.
On top of this, they did not return the deposit of 16000/- which i had paid at the beginning of my tenure. The company is fraud and they're not ready to listen or act on our complaints

    I am even struggling to talk to anyone about this.
    Horrible seriously.

      Hi Am Priyanka colive ruby Hyderabad. I raised the notice period on Feb 1st and I vacated on feb 28 but nobody is there on that day so I gave keys on March 1.now they are saying I vacated on 1st March.acc to policy they are not deposited my amount.i will go legally if not refund me back.

        Joined Colive For Just 1 Month. I stayed in colive memhis, bangalore.
        I Paid A Deposit Of Rs.17351.

        In The Beginning, The Sales Executive Told Me That He Will Be Able To Waive Off 3000rs From The Separation Charges (Actual Separation Charge -3000) As I Am Going To Be There For 1 Just 1 Month.
        When He Made That Promise, Then I Did Agree And I Joined Colive.
        But Now, I Tried Contacting Him, His Phone is Switched Off. So, Overall, They Give Fake Promises While You Join And Later They Don't Vare At All. All Fake Marketing And Sales Strategy Has Been Used On The Customers.

        I have my call recordings related to it, when he told me he would be able to do it.

        Second, Coming To The Refund Amount, In The Beginning It Was Told, Within 15 Days After We Vacate, We Would Be Given The Refund.

        Now they say, some dyd offer. I have cancelled it and still waiting for their refund of remaining amount atleast.

        Its Been More than 20 Days, I Raised An Issue. But Until Now, No One Has Contacted Me.

        I tried to contact my sales manager, but no response.

        Third Issue, They Have Deducted 4000rs As Maintainance Charges( Other Than Separation Charges) I Stayed For Just 1 Month.We Have Given The Room Back In A Very Good Condition.
        I Don't Understand What These Charges Are.

        But All I Could Guess Now Is, While We Were Checking Out, The Property Manager Was Not There. We Tried Contacting Him Several Times, But No Response From Him. We Had To Give The Key Back To Watchman As We Had Our Bus Bookings.

        But The Watchmen Did Check Everything While We Checked Out.
        There Was No Single Issue Found.
        Bit Still I Don't Understand Where These Charges Came From.

          Dear Team,
          I Had stayed at colive central park, saidapet, chennai for 6to 7 months. Vacated the room on 16th Feb, while vacating I was told by billing that I wud get my deposit back in my savings acct within a months time.
          Amounting to 15k.

          Now on 15th mar i receive a mail from [protected]@colive mail; mentioning that my deposit has been transferred into some scheme "Double your Deposit" and will reflect in the app in 3 working days and hv an option of withdrawal. This withdrawal will be deposited in my acct after 30 working days...

          In addition to this they hv deducted 2600 rs for Electrical consumption.
          While i hv arthritis ao i dont use AC at all. 2600 is only for using 2 leds for 3hrs(8pm to 11pm) and a fan thru out the night. THIS IS WITHOUT ANY BILL.

          1960rs for seperation charges..which is 25% of my rent amt. This is penalizing me for leaving their property. Upon my checking with their Chat expert..he/she says "these r cleaning and maintenance charges"

          My query to this:
          A) why would i pay cleaning charges for something i am not using.
          B) I left the room as i got it.

          My plea: kindly get me money refunded without any Spurious schemes(only for colive to earn interest) and without any deductions.

          Note: Their customer care is the worst. Dont takr calls.
          Chats r closed without resorting to giving solution. Only thing they r concerned abt is closing the chat within TAT.
          Mails again non-responsive.

          Not even a single point of contact.

              Colive we had very bad experience. I will suggest not to stay in these properties. One lady pooja who is in billing she is very rude and very irresponsible while talking with customers. She has no control of her tounge and no one in colive responded to this. Turly horriffic customer service. And there is no business greetings to customers just saying hello. Stay away with them especially Miss POOJA IN BILLING SECTION..
              I WANNA GO LEGALLY ON HER, IN WHICH WAY SHE CAN ABUSE CUSTOMERS. AND MANAGERS OF COLIVE ALSO IRRESPONSIBLE NO ONE ARE RESPONDING. MISS POOJA USING A NEGATIVE LANGUAGE LIKE Customers doesn't have ears, n lazy to pay rents etc. Calling and irritating so many times continuously(pooja). Rude behaviour and attitude(pooja)

                On the 9th of jan i moved to the property while doing a check in I was told to pay the amount twice because the first payment was failed. I paid 10018 twice. The salesperson told that they didn't received the 10018 money at the first and again I was told to pay money 10018. I kept on asking about the money but they kept on lying me. I contacted to the customer care and they give me the proper proof that I have paid twice the same day. Now I need a refund of 10018 but no body is helping me.

                  Due to COVID, i had a deal with Colive executive to pay only 4000 out of my total rent amount starting from August month. However, due to extended work from home I had to decide to leave my colive accommodation entirely. So I raised the checkout request on 30th November which was completely valid as per their checkout terms and December month was my last month to pay the rent. So I paid the complete rent for December instead of 4000 but now when time came to provide back my deposit they deducted extra 5287 INR as an outstanding rent amount for the month of November. Earlier for every month from Aug to Oct they waived off the remaining rent amount but for November they didn't do this. Now when I asked them to not deduct this amount they come with instantly made conditions and denied me for this. When the deal was made there was no such conditions explained to me and then at the end they deducted this extra 5287 INR from my deposit. They are not listening at all and not ready to discuss this or show me the proof for the conditions for which they deducting the charges. It is completely unethical of such a huge renting firm to extort money from their customers illegally. Please help as they have done the same to many customers like me

                    I was looking for PG kind of accommodation and enquired online after after that I received call from Colive RM and they explained about amenities and all and ask to book the premises but I was not in city so I told I will book visiting the premises but they insisted that why you are not depositing it will be refund if you want to cancel but I dint do payment this was in 17th November per name Srikanth Roy. Then after some days I received a call from another RM on 18th Nov and again she sent me details and started insisting for booking I asked her about refund and she told if in case you don't like it or you want to cancel it will get refunded on her words I deposited 2000 as booking amount but after 6 days I wanted to cancel the same as I have received better pg along with food facility and I informed to Colive RM she told it will get refunded but it will take 15 day and now its 9th Jan neither they are replying nor they are refund my deposit.

                      I am staying in Colive 303 Alakka Palazzo. I have received incorrect rent receipt for some other property Colive 309 Primex Verterra. I have asked Colive customer care service about this incorrect invoice but I had received a harsh response from Devika from Colive. She asked me to pay for this incorrect property and I said I paid for the property for where I am currently staying and I cannot pay for some other property. For that I received response from Devika in harsh words, you have to pay for this incorrect property also and she said Colive will not allow me to stay even if I pay for the correct property.

                      I request you to take necessary action on this and help me and other consumers like me.

                        I was living in colive glory Bangalore. i was supposed to check out on December 31st and i was not available at the property for a week before that so i called the property manager before leaving to say do not enter into my room until i came back, leaving so many valuable stuffs including and expensive jacket, bathing products few of my clothes. after a week back i went to my room that was complete empty and i asked the caretaker who cleaned the room after i said not to and all my stuffs were missing. I raised a ticket for security because it happened before also when i came back from my office my room was wide open . i am a single women who stays alone, so security is major issue and i complained before to the property manager regarding that . that time also i missed a valuable things. Now that ticket turned into cleaning after i left and property manager is not answering.

                          Address: Colive Friends Residency Karthik Nagar Marathahalli Bridge.

                          I was living in Colive Friends Residency Bangalore. I left the colive on 30 November 2020, informing the property manager and billing team also. They are not returing my 2 month of security deposite amount (19000 INR) instead they are keep on sending me the rent invoice in thier app tough I have left the place on November end. I got the rent invoice for the month of december 2020 and January 2020.

                          Kindly address my issues.

                            I'm complaining about security deposit refund and putting in wrong charges

                            I had moved in Colive Brisbane with my roommate back in November, 2019 and left Colive in July, 2020. We had checked out of Colive after talking with the property manager about the security deposit regarding which the manager said that we had to put in the check out notice one month prior or a month rent will be deducted and there was a separation charge extra which was reflected back on the app and It will be credited a month after checking...

                              I’m a first time customer of colive, I did my booking via sales person and he didn’t told me about the charges which were extra from the rent like electricity rent is separate and also I was unaware of the fact that 7 days rent is deducted from the security deposit. After I paid all the money using the links he provided me and got to know of the app that’s where I got to know about all this. This is pure cheating and breach of trust . This is how they treat there customers and hardly pay any heed to the concern. Very disappointing . I hope I get a positive response after I complain here . Thank you

                                First thing colive exited by leaving without my confirmation and now they are not refunding my security deposit amount. Nobody there to help as they only ask to raise service request through app and no resolution on it.

                                  I have given INR12000/- as security deposit to Colive Garnet. I left place after finishing my lock in period and in my settlement the have substracted 2 amounts which are Electricity charges for 2 months INR 5000/- and INR 3000/- as separation charges which was not mentioned anywhere or never told to me. And whatever amount was left they invested it into something called "double your deposit " fraudulent scheme created by Colive only and they are saying your money will remain with us if you want that we have to wait for more 30days.
                                  Also they didn't take my consent for the same and wallet which they are using is also not affiliated with an banking organization.
                                  this is a security deposit scam runned by Colive under the banner of PG.

                                    I checked out from Colive Glory Bangalore rented house on 30th June. I am still waiting for my Deposit settlement. They have incorrectly billed me for Room damages. While the property caretaker has confirmed that room damages was nill. Please see attached screenshot.

                                      Hi Team,

                                      I am not staying at the Colive property from 25 March 2020 due to this pandemic situation. I paid the rent for the the months from April till August 2020 on time. I have vacated the room on 1st September 2020 with giving prior notice 1 month back. From past 2 months I did not receive any communication regarding the security deposit refund and today after tweeting and raising complaints I got an incorrect settlement details.

                                      Kindly look into this fraud company and please help me in getting my security deposit amount back in this tough situation.
