From one year, I have raised 3 tickets, several emails, tried calling, no positive response.
On first ticket, deposit was in process of refund but there was a mistake in my IFC code, the team informed me and I corrected it and mailed them the same, but I didn't have any response back neither the deposit.
On second ticket, they still asked to confirm the account details without doing anything before, atleast they sent me a image of failure of transaction in first ticket, app doesn't generate notification, I missed there 24hr response time, they didn't call me, didn't mail me, didn't message me and closed the ticket.
On third ticket, been 7 days, mentioned both of the previous tickets, no response yet.
Colive customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
When we requested for it by raising a service ticket they said they put our money on DYD which was completely unethical, they made it clear in the rules that we will be refunded our deposit after the 15 days of our exit. but they betrayed their own rule.
We are still struggling to get our money back
