    An amount of 10k was deducted without prior customer concent in name of DYD. It is months my money isn't returned after multiple refunds

          My friend had vacated my flat in colive property Colive Magnum on 1st April 2021 and it been 2 months we have not received my refund amount. I am trying to reach the customer care however they are not responding .

          Could you please look into this ASAP.

              I have vacated my room in March and till now I didn't receive my security deposit. When I tried to join these people didn't even allow me inside without paying the advance. But ow they are not sending my own amount. How can they cheat the customers so easily and not even give response.

                I was staying at Colive Ruby, now it almost 2 month I have vacated my room and I have not received my deposit. I moved to my hometown in July 2020 and almost after 9 month I gave notice prior 1 month to vacate the room(even in Pandemic paid whole rent and all unnecessary charges becoz there was no option for me to travel in that in pandemic period and move my stuff. When I went to vacate my room, my room was looking like earthquake came over there in that period, fully unhygienic, my most of the stuff was missing.

                When I asked Property manager, he misbehave with me and my dad.

                  Hi, This is Abhinaya Teja Mobile Number: [protected]. I opted Colive on January 10th 2021 and vacated on April 10th 2021 and paid the amount as per the instructions by the Colive executive which is 14, 751 (i paid the rent in time for every month) they have considered and told me for extra 1 month to pay but now they are ignorant as saying that i should be paid for extra two Months and but i only stayed there for 4 months now im not receiving the refund and also they are asking me to pay me in return of 23k.I dont know what I have to do.Why should i pay in return . I need a detail explanation on the amount i literally paid 60k for 4 months. and i have all the recepits with me.

                    Hi, Colive had an agreement that if I am going to leave the house, I would need to serve the notice period of one month. Due to emergency, I had to go back to hometown due to covid 19. But they added one month rent, electricity charges when I was not even living and other taxes and brought the outstanding to 54, 000k. They have my deposit of 18, 000 as well which i informed them I do not need it. But they are asking to pay 36k which is huge and waste of money from common citizens when we dont even live and pay for it. Not sure why the rent, taxes etc. Please help. They are threatening for legal action.

                      So I vacated the room kn 27th March but the amount isn't credited in my account. Am feeling helpless. There's no way to contact or talk to anyone . My deposit is 15k .

                          I left colive imperia on 25th of March waiting for my refund, they are saying I am not eligible for refund this is absurd nonsense. No one picks up calls, no reply to email and the concern is not willing to help us from any end.
                          I have paid rent other expenses and electricity bill that too timely but they are asking for hidden charges I stayed there for 1 month and they are demanding us 2 months electricity bill and maintenance charges.

                            From one year, I have raised 3 tickets, several emails, tried calling, no positive response.
                            On first ticket, deposit was in process of refund but there was a mistake in my IFC code, the team informed me and I corrected it and mailed them the same, but I didn't have any response back neither the deposit.
                            On second ticket, they still asked to confirm the account details without doing anything before, atleast they sent me a image of failure of transaction in first ticket, app doesn't generate notification, I missed there 24hr response time, they didn't call me, didn't mail me, didn't message me and closed the ticket.
                            On third ticket, been 7 days, mentioned both of the previous tickets, no response yet.

                              I was a resident of colive Oasis bangalore in feb and march 2021. I raise the exit request on 26th feb 2021 and I share my account details and the refund about mentioned was 10, 322. I am yet to receive any amount in my account.

                              After raising 4 service request, now I see 8k colive money is added and 4k colive currency in the colive passbook, which was never mentioned in any document. So the amount should be deposited to my bank account.
                              Yet to receive a single call from any of the service person.

                              Please find the attached evidences on refund and exist request date.

                              Check with the sales - Pratik samanta he had no help to offer and than shared rajdeep’s detail mentioning he is banglore lead for Colive, he is not after first call.
                              Also have not received a single email regarding repayment.

                              Please take appropriate action ASAP. And let me know if any further details are required.

                                I vacated the room on feb 29th from colive Tornio and its been 2 months haven't received my deposit back, they are saying excuses on excuses, they are saying thier own company hasn't approved the payment, that's clearly not my problem, they put the amount in their scam scheme called DYD offer, where they take peoples money and earn interest from the bank, i think the company should be shut down

                                  I had vacated from that place over 2 months back and they still haven't returned my deposit. They illegally put my money into their DYD(double your deposit) scheme without notifying me and also deducted half of my deposit money. They are doing the same with all the people.

                                    Colive Centrepoint did not give back my deposit. The sales team rented my apartment to another set of tenants (inspite of me being active tenant) and asked me to leave the apartment forcefully within couple of weeks without any prior notice.
                                    On top of this, they did not return the deposit of 16000/- which i had paid at the beginning of my tenure. The company is fraud and they're not ready to listen or act on our complaints

                                        Hi Am Priyanka colive ruby Hyderabad. I raised the notice period on Feb 1st and I vacated on feb 28 but nobody is there on that day so I gave keys on March 1.now they are saying I vacated on 1st March.acc to policy they are not deposited my amount.i will go legally if not refund me back.
