I have been cheated by one of your sales person, they have informed me that because of lockdown declared by government, they r providing a new offer where we can reserve room with a refundable deposit within a time period... Incase of any circumstances if we can't move in the amount will be refundable... And now the relevant sales person is not responding in calls or messages, i couldn't get my deposit amount back.

My previous complaint - id 270152... It is more than 72 hours. I havent recd any feedback for te grievances raised. It is shocking. Neither your customer care executives respond though continuously i am calling. I have raised my grievances yet no response.
I repeat, my son was staying in skydale 402 having booking no. 105598. He vacated the room on july 28th . As per your earlier terms and conditions, the deposit amount was suppose to be refunded within 15 (fifteen days) of vacating the room. As per the said terms and conditions, the security deposit should have reflected in the bank by 15th of august. But that has not taken place. On the contrary, you have deposited a meagre amount of 4000 something (an odd amount) and retained th ebalance 10, 000 withiyou, mentioning that dyd is a new concept. My question is when the terms and conditions did not mention the dyd how the comanycan retain the said amount. And if you have any such new concept, is it not the responsibility of the company to take prior approval and consent from the individual who has stayed with you.

You have neither shared any format to claim the said refund, nor your customer care executives are responding to the calls... For your information, from friday last week till date, i have called more than six times. But i am sorry to say that all these days, inspite of my calls, non from your end responded. We have even tried to reach your sales personnel, but he also did not picked up our calls.

We are sorry to inform you that such type of irresponsible behaviour from a corporate house like yours does not suit and it is i feel against the ehics and values of the corporate culture.

Willyou please respond to my grievances immediately so as to enable me to move forward for further action. Thanks ravi kumar guardian of m aditya sharma

      Colive is randomly charging me electricity bill. They are not providing me the bill. They are now blackmail ing and harassing me to pay the bill.

        Hi team,

        I made a booking with colive athens, whitefield, bangalore from[protected] to[protected].

        Initially sales people (Mr. Srujan_ promised us no lock-in period and i stayed 3 months with colive and cleared all dues within time and checked out the property by raising the notice period. I paid two months rent as advance and people deducted rs. 8500 towards no lock-in and not even a single penny has been refunded.

        Worst experience with with colive since beginning like face internet issue for the first 15 days and charged me for that and for electricity bill there is no individual meters and colive used to charge as their wish.

        Spoke with sales people and sent mail multiple times and yet there is no responce. Even customer care people also not answering my call.

        It is really a humiliating situation for me.

          I had booked an apartment through colive on 5-4-2020 and to check in on the day of the lockdown lifts. I was promised by the salesperson that due to the lockdown even if i am unable to check-in to the property, the reservation amount of rs.4000 will be refunded back. It has been one month, they haven't even initiated the refund, and to every calls they say is "it is non refundable" or that "they are working on it". The colive definitely gives fake promises and tend to not meet them. Consumers are suffering because of this. This needs to be stopped.

            Hi,
            My complained on many of things like
            1) why they are charged very huge amount of electricity. At the time of check in sales manager verbally said for your room light bill is maximum goes upto 200rupees per month, but they are charged very huge amount per month around 1200rupees per month.
            Like from last two months i was not using the room but i was paying the full rent on time, but again they charged very amount of electricity.
            But when i am asking for electricity bill they not given to me??
            2) my second issue is, last 15 days i was requested for double sharing bases but for that also i not received any response. For this issue i tried many persons like sales manager area manager, and many more but not received.
            3) third issue is like i will vacant the property they said they will not get your security deposit.
            So in this pandemic situation and crucial challenging time they are not support with us?
            After following all policies we are not getting own money?

            So please help me on this issue and suggest us the best solution for this...

              I booked colive glory, bangalore, room no. 602 on 5th march 2020. For booking i had to pay an advance amount of rs 4000. After the payment of my advance amount, i tried communicating with my colive manager and other colive executives regarding my accommodation with colive and the dates of arrival in the room i booked, but they never replied. Its been 2 months since, i'm trying to connect with a colive executive but no one is responding to my concerns.
              Recently, i came to know the room i had booked, people are already staying there, and they have not vacated yet. When i asked the colive executive about the possible dates of the current tenants leaving the place, they kept saying, they will get back to me, yet until now nobody has contacted me.
              During my booking, i was told if for any reason the shifting doesn't happen, then there will be refund of my advance amount. Due the negligence of colive, now if i'm not able to move, i want the refund of my advance amount immediately. It's already been 2 months, i need my payment back.
              I've attached all the communication proof with the executives, including the proof where they confirmed about the refund of my advance amount.

                The statement for rm charges i. E inr 10, 775 is really shocking and disturbing to a resident who has spent almost 2 years at the property without a single damage or complaint throughout maintaining a clean record. This is really traumatic for me as i have left my job and all i had was this deposit money in which you have deducted so shamefully as its getting really difficult for me to manage my expenses in the lockdown. I feel really ashamed that how you people are harassing your reliable customers by charging such huge amount, pathetic.

                  Hi,

                  Due to covid-19 pandemic i had urgently leave the pg and informed them of the same on 18-mar.

                  I have given the security deposit of 2 months rent i. E. 17000 and was expecting soemthing in return.

                  But it was told to me that as you have not served notice period 1 month rent will be deducted and also lock-in period was not served so another month rent will be deducted.

                  I have clearly shown them that my lock-in period in the rent agreement is 0 months and i was able to inform you as early as possible because of covid-19 scare i had to check-out of the room in an emergency.

                  They have deducted the full amount and even shared the final settlement deduction total as 25159.

                  I cannot believe this as i was living in a shared room how can i be charged this much as a separation charges.

                  Another point to be noted is that i have stayed there for 4 months and kept everything clean as it was given to me and ithey have charged me with 4000 for repair and maintenance charges for double sharing pg room. Even for the entire flat of 1bhk will not be charged with this much repair cost.

                  Attached is the agreement and settlement invoice that was given to me.

                  It is a big fraud to its tenants. If they call themselves a good brand it is totally opposite they have done with me by cheating.

                  I sincerely feel that 1 month rent should be enough to deduct as i have already informed them on 18 mar and even left the keys to the property owner on that day so ideally i have not even stayed for full month in march.

                  It is highly unacceptable and i am feeling cheated by colive brand.

                  I highly recommend not to stay at their property because these people who call themselves professional doesn't even follow their own rent agreement which they prepare for their tenants.

                    These people are tricksters, the sales guy had promised me false rent when i was getting onboarded to colive magnum in bangalore, later i found out all his promises are nothing but false.

                    My rent was supposed to be 12k per month as told by the sales guy mr. Sabapati, but now he has gone back on his words stating that they won't be able to lower that rent to that much and i should pay extra.
                    They are now telling, that it will be a great loss for the colive and they won't be able to proceed with that.

                    I am really furious withtheir response, coz its just complete lies that i have been getting since the date i moved in to colive magnum

                    There is absolutely no support from colive side backend team, and these guys promise you anything in the beginning, so that you take the deal.

                      It was the worst experience for me to stay in colive, as there was no hygine and also false promises my the salesperson, also they were not answering my any queries earlier and were very rude, but at the time of rent, they were asking for rent every hour and were threatening me of throwing my luggage out. It was a mental torture for me and was a nightmare.

                        It's been 20 days, we have started living in colive, till now, there's no provision of wifi, drinking water, food, breakfast, geyser, furniture facility provided. The care taker knows nothing about any of our complaints and there's no property dealer to talk with. Everytime we ask, they say it's getting done, but nothing so far. I request u to look forward into the matter and then provide with the promised facilities.

                          Hello

                          I have booked for room 202 A (Attached screenshots for proof). Now your system is showing room no. 203. the sales guy told me that I can go there and take 202 A but the property manager denied to give me room and told me to shift in 203. I am not going to shift to any room other than what was promised to me how come they change my booking without even telling me?.
                          I am coming from a very far place, you are calling me and not providing the service. Everyone is saying they don't know a thing. So I have not checked in the room today, now the solution is either give me my actual booked room (202A) or give me the complete refund of 33K Rs.

                            As per agreement between me and colive, electricity bill is on actual. Colive is charging me more than 1000 rs for single room with one light and one fan. For oct month 1072 rs and for nov month 1222 rs. When i asked for proof of electricity consumption then they are not ready to share any information from past 45 days. Now i vacated the property, while doing the settlement they have deducted more amount and not ready to give any explanation. Even ceo (Suresh) is not replying over the emails.

                              When i rented a bed in colive alpha bellandur, i was told by colive's sales manager that my rent would be 7000/- inclusive of all, i rented the property from july, then i paid 7000, in aug i paid 7140/-, in sept i paid 7241/-, and now in oct they issued the receipt of 7888/-, this is serious cause of concern for me and not only me, it's happening with everyone staying in this property, every month the company is increasing rent as per their own wish.
                              Colive is fraud

                                I am living in Athina Vasudha - property of colive, Bangalore. We 2 girls are staying . We booked 305 bu because it was not painted Sales manager Vishnu told us to shift in 104 for a week till the required house gets painted.
                                Its been more than a month now we have not got any resolution for the same.
                                We have written mail to customer care also called 100 times. No response received yet. This is a fraud case. Now they are telling to pay 22000 instead of agreed price of 20000 if we want to shift to booked property.
                                They are not responding to mails, neither to calls. They just to complete month end target created pressure and booked the property, now not responding.
                                Also attaching scree shot of chat which were made for confirmation before payment of deposit and rent.

                                  The deposit amount not refunded. No response from customer care. Please help me out i am calling from months. I gave the deposit in the month of march., after deposit given no contact from the colive side. And they say vague reasons. There employees to whom we were discussing resigned, now they saying we can't return as per company policy. It's not we cancelled., it's because no response from there side we had to. On the day of shifting also no key handover, no response. How can we go believing them.

                                    I used colive services in bangalore this april. I paid the security and rent regularly and vacated the house on 31 may 2019.

                                    I have contacted customer care 100 times and they are not responding. I need my refundable security back as promised by them. They asked for a 2 month refundable deposit and have not refunded. My refund is due since 3 months and no one is here to help. I have contacted my sales agent sumit and also made calls and wrote e-mails to the customer care.

                                    Please help me out.

                                      Colive has taken my money and on the day i was supposed to move in. They tell me that the room is not available as the tenant didn't leave so they can't do anything. Then they tell me they can give me another room in another place far away from my preferred location. Then finally when i refuse the alternative, they tell me that they will not refund my advance back. Colive is just in bangalore to make money. The management is absolutely poor...

                                      I have vacated colive on 26th of may. I need to get my refund amount of 10k. They told it'll be paid on 15th of june and it's got over and i had many calls with support team and jun 30th got over now it's july 16... Still i didn't got my refund. I have all the invoices i paid to colive. Worst customer support from colive. I contacted the support team many times as they are telling the issue is in high priority we will respond... But nothing is happening. Don't know what the # they are playing like this with every customers... I would like to suggest plz say no to colive.
