    My refund of Rs, 10, 020 was supposed to be processed to my bank account on 15th Oct. But, I have not received the money whatsoever. Beware they are delaying things saying we'll add it to your colive wallet in 3 days then you redeem it from there by the end of the month. These things are not written in the contract that I signed and this is just a strategy to fool people. People are fighting since so many months for their money. Check lets_colive on twitter in tweets and replies section to know more. Beware they do not provide existing/departed customers an option to speak on phone also. They just have option for new customers to speak on phone and as soon as they get to know it's an old customer, they disconnect the call.

      Food was promised and also billed but not provided. Later the fee was adjusted when issue was raised.
      2 months security deposit was demanded, therefore paid. I vacated the place on July 31st and they promised me to refund by 15th August. In few days October 15th would come by but the refund is not done deliberately. I was also told that COLIVE does not have the fund to refund and their staff are also unpaid due to the financial crisis.
      The Colive space in Velachery is a haunted building, now renovated. There are many abnormal activities experienced in that building called Golden Square. I urge people not to fall in the trap and of Colive. Please do not go to Colive anywhere.

        I fulfilled all prior conditions laid down by colive before vacating the room. Still they did not process my refund amount for about 2 months. After 2 months, they have deducted almost everything in the name of their dyd scheme, separation charges and unnecessary electricity and power backup bills.

        My refund amount should have been rs. 22, 000 and all i am getting is rs. 1200. This is not fair.

        First of all, i never consented to anything like dyd offer. What is this? When and how my consent was taken? Why is rs. 10, 000 deducted under this scheme without any prior information?

        As searched on their website faqs, rm charges means charges applied on any damages. I have not broken anything or caused any harm to anything inside or outside the room. Still, rs. 7500 of rm charges are deducted from my deposit.

        First the company delayed in providing the security amount refund which they claim to provide within a week or two after vacating the property. Then, stoop so low and deduct almost everything from the amount.

        I noticed there are many more complaints like this for colive and company is not responding to any. Why is their management so unfair and ineffective in such matters?

        I want to reclaim my rs. 10, 000 (Deducted under dyd) and 7500 (Deducted for rm charges).

          I was in glasgow property bangalore. I gave my notice in july 2020 and paid the rent for july. After that i vacated on august 1st.

          Now i got the email from colive about settlement and they deducted some outstanding rent amount 29.205. Even though i paid the rent.

          Electricity charges deducted for last 2 months of amount 2548, even though no one is staying at apartment but electricity bill is so high.

          They introduced new scheme of deposit retained under dyd offer, i don't know what is that. Without my consent how can they keep it.

          How can we take a legal action against them.

            I have left the colive alameda property as on 1st week of feb, 2020 and till the month of august (For last 7 months) i have paid all my dues as i had left one of my trolley bag in the colive property. As on 31st aug, i have collected my belongings via logistics personnel and asked the property manager to refund my deposit amount i. E. 6000/-. Still i have been told to pay the sept month's rent despite i have vacated the property before the start of the month.

              I vaccated my premises on july 31st.in the rental agreement it clearly states, i ll receive my deposit by 15th of the next month.

              It's been 45 days already and yet i have not received my refund back nor any response from colive team.

              Colive is running a scam and looting money from innocent people like us. I want my sd back asap.

                Hi, My name is Apurva Tiwari. I stayed at colive and vacated it on 31st June following all their rules and norms. But they held back Rs 6000 In the name of a new offer without any choice given to us. As mentioned in many other complaints, they have started looting people of their money by running new schemes which was never a part of contract. Colive should be shut permanently and strict actions should be taken against their CEO and management. It has been a nightmare associating with Colive Property.

                  I am writing in the context of security deposit refund. I, vaibhav agochiya was staying at colive signature towers. I vacated the property on 30th june 2020. I was committed to get the remaining balance reimbursed in 15 days from the dateof vacating. However, it has been more than 2 months and still i am yet to get the balance amount. I have contacted colive customer care many times and was told that i'll get the refund of rs.6000 in the next 7-8 days, but it seems they were simply beating around the bush. Therefore, i am immensely disappointed by your poor service. Please find below my details:

                    Here are list of problems we are facing at your property:
                    1) room provided to us is in very unhygienic state - there are too many spiders, dust and webs floating in the air.
                    2) chairs have not been provided for dinning table
                    3) there is a thick layer of dust on sofa, unwashed and greasy pillow with hair on it
                    4) cockroaches inside fridge
                    5) no lock for cupboards
                    6) no housekeeping to clean the room
                    7) no power back up
                    8) after listing out all complains to the property manager and your colive agent there is no response and are out of reach
                    9) layer of dust on fan
                    10) greasy induction and floor
                    11) broken door handle
                    12) tap in the washbasin is not fixed
                    13) we hv requested for another room as we are highly allergic to dust, it's very tough to stay in room like this.
                    14) property manager assured us they will be providing stove but he is out reach reach since then.
                    15) we hv in person visited the office to lodge a complaint but property manager is not to be seen.
                    16) room no 903 is not the room which was allowed to us, it was room no 1001
                    17) i hv already shared all these pics with your colive agent as soon as i walked in room and spoke to her but nothing has been done till date

                      colive bangalore is worst.

                      I am paying rs20000 rent every month but there is no electricity no internet no housekeeping

                      Manager is always drunk. He never pick up call

                      No body listens here to your query or complaint

                      Colive is worst property to stay...

                      I stayed in Colive Alameda Bengaluru. I checked out from Colive on May 31st but still till today I didn't get the refundable amount which I was deposited as security amount. I called the property manager but he left the company. I called customer care and sent emails to them.No response from them. I fed up t=with them and raising this complaint on this blog.

                        I have moved out of the property (Colive glassgow, 504a. Whitefield)
                        Mobile number: [protected] in the month of april. And i requested for my deposit amount. They sent me a mail by deducting 24000 rs as lock-in period charges. After fighting with them for 2 months finally they agreed that mistake has done by their side. Then i personally went to colive office in marathahalli and got another mail saying i will get my account within 2-3 days. Again the same condition, no mails, not picking the calls.

                        Since it's 5 months i didn't get my deposit amount back. What the hell these people are doing. I am totally frustrated with this fraud colive.

                        I am going to lodge a case against them in consumer court. I will get my money.

                          I am fed up of chasing each and every person in colive that I know. The only department that works in colive is sales department. My refund is pending since July. I have vacated from colive sunrise on 1 june. I stayed in colive for 1 month only. But I also paid for June. Because I raised notice period in June. But additional 16 k deposit for 2 months has been pending. I have sent emails to priority team, but again no response after August 8 th. I spoke to Vivekananda, Saba, Kishore kumar, Tabrez, Yogesh, Teja Reddy, Regina And few more names I forgot. 16000 rs is my deposit. I will do every possible thing to get my hard earned money back.

                            My previous complaint - id 270152... It is more than 72 hours. I havent recd any feedback for te grievances raised. It is shocking. Neither your customer care executives respond though continuously i am calling. I have raised my grievances yet no response.
                            I repeat, my son was staying in skydale 402 having booking no. 105598. He vacated the room on july 28th . As per your earlier terms and conditions, the deposit amount was suppose to be refunded within 15 (fifteen days) of vacating the room. As per the said terms and conditions, the security deposit should have reflected in the bank by 15th of august. But that has not taken place. On the contrary, you have deposited a meagre amount of 4000 something (an odd amount) and retained th ebalance 10, 000 withiyou, mentioning that dyd is a new concept. My question is when the terms and conditions did not mention the dyd how the comanycan retain the said amount. And if you have any such new concept, is it not the responsibility of the company to take prior approval and consent from the individual who has stayed with you.

                            You have neither shared any format to claim the said refund, nor your customer care executives are responding to the calls... For your information, from friday last week till date, i have called more than six times. But i am sorry to say that all these days, inspite of my calls, non from your end responded. We have even tried to reach your sales personnel, but he also did not picked up our calls.

                            We are sorry to inform you that such type of irresponsible behaviour from a corporate house like yours does not suit and it is i feel against the ehics and values of the corporate culture.

                            Willyou please respond to my grievances immediately so as to enable me to move forward for further action. Thanks ravi kumar guardian of m aditya sharma

                              Colive founder suresh rangarajan kidambi is one of the biggest fraudster in south india. He is looting public money and himself called as business man. They will never refund security deposit and he has trained all his employees not to reply to emails and calls. Please dont choose colive.

                                Colive is a serviced apartment company. I stayed with them from December 2019 to July 2020. I left on 10th July and my checkout date was considered as 31st July. As per them they were supposed to refund my deposit on 15th Aug. After multiple followups, they refunded it on 27th Aug and it was less than 50% of my deposit.

                                I have attached screenshots of my conversation with them. They claim that they deducted charges for the below, which are fraudulent:

                                1. Electricity and Power backup Rs.2, 375
                                They did not charge for electricity for the first two months. There was no agreement that this amount would be deducted from my deposit. I had always paid all my dues on time and there were no arrears before I left on 10th July.

                                2. RM Charges Rs.3, 300
                                They are claiming that there were missing/damaged items. This is a complete lie. I always kept the apartment clean and in perfect condition. I'm not the only tenant they have done this to, there have been similar complaints from many ex-tenants of Colive. They are also charging for pest control, but all their apartments are infested with cockroaches even before the tenant moves in. There are so many cracks in their apartments. It's not my responsibility to fix their existing issues.

                                3. DYD Offer Rs.10, 000
                                This is a ridiculous deduction. They have kept this amount from my deposit for some "customer comeback offer" without my permission. I never consented to this, I was not even aware about this offer until I got my partial refund. After asking their area manager, I found that I can refuse this charge. Who gave them the authority to deduct it in the first place without my permission?

                                Please help me get my refund back from these fraudsters.

                                My comments below for R&M charges:

                                1. Cup-board key missing: Cupboard keys were inside the drawer. Cupboard door was checked by their technician since the door was not working. He removed the lock and key and placed them inside the drawer. The one key that was broken was broken by the previous tenant. I have a phone conversation with Gangireddy about the cupboard issue and their technician Pabitra. There was no service request raised for this since Gangireddy had told me he will arrange it directly. Pabitra had requested Gangireddy many times to drop an email.

                                2. Wardrobe draw key missing: Drawer keys were inside the drawer. I had not even used them. If they are missing now it is not my problem.

                                3. Access card missing: My access card was in the same ring as the room key. I had left both in Adelaide's reception drawer since there was no property manager to collect them. Shersingh and area manager Herpreeth are aware of this. I had sent Herpreeth an image of the card and key as soon as I left it. The image and chat screenshot are attached.

                                4. Bulb damaged: No bulb was damaged during my stay. There was one bulb which I had moved from the living room to the balcony as there was no bulb out there.

                                5. Bathroom mirror missing: I have attached a pic of the bathroom mirror I had taken before I left.

                                6. Pest control needed: Their properties have millions of cracks and are infested with cockroaches. Every single person living in their buildings has this issue. Pest control should be their responsibility before a tenant moves in.

                                I had asked the property manager Debakanta and area manager Herpreeth several times on call and chat to check the apartment before I leave but by the day I had to leave, Debakanta had quit the company and Herpreeth refused saying that the checking would be done after I vacate. This a very convenient way to make things go "missing" or claim they are "damaged".

                                If there was any issue in the apartment, why would I ask the property/area managers to check the apartment so many times?

                                  Iam writing on behalf of my son aditya who stayed at colive in bangalore from january till july end. His booking no. Is 105598.

                                  I was told by my son that he has received the trailing mail from your end.

                                  It is surprising to note that the original terms and conditions mentioned indicates that the deposit amount will be refunded within 15 days of vacating the room
                                  . Mr. Aditya has done so following the due procedure. As per your terms and conditions you were suppose to refund the deposit amount in a fortnights time. Having understood ther current overall situation, you have delayed by another fortnight.

                                  But the most surprising part is you have not refunded the entire amount... Rather only a meager part of the total deposit you have refuned and balance 10000 you retained under your new dyd offer. Can you please explain, have you taken the prior permission or the consent of the individual before retaining the said amount under your dyd scheme? If there is no permission, how can you do so at your own will?

                                  Secondly, you have mentioned that if the individual is not interested, he should submit a form and then you will take your own sweet time of 30 (Thirty days) to refund the said amount. Can the finance department explain why you will take 30 days when the technology is moving so fast. When we can transfer billions of dollars within in minutes, why do you want to take 30 days... And the second question is if you are taking 30 days time, are you adding the interest for one month which i would be loosing?

                                  I must mention here that you cannot just at your own will introduce some funny schemes and take undue advantage of not releasing the deposit money.

                                  Through this email, i would request you to please take this email as my consent and please ensure that the balance amount of 10000 is deposited instantly in the bani account of aditya.

                                  I wait for your prompt response in this regard. If you have any doubt or query, please call me or leave a message on my mobile no. [protected] or mr. Aditya's mobile no. [protected].

                                  Prompt response and action from you end is highly appreciated.

                                  Under the current circumstances aditya too have some commitments and by not releasing the advance money you are putting more hardship to me and him and this is not fair and unjustified.

                                    Before I vacated the property. I handed over all keys and got everything inspected there and then. Later when I see my final settlement, I could see unwanted charges are being incurred to me which are absolutely pointless.

                                    I already mentioned all in detailed email and sent to their top management. Waiting for their response. Colive is doing scam during this tough time.

                                      I left colive on the 28th of June. However I am yet to get my full security deposit. They kept some 6000Rs for welcome bonus which I am not interested in. I keep calling them and keep talking to the system assistant bot. They should atleast return calls but they never do.
