I booked colive glory, bangalore, room no. 602 on 5th march 2020. For booking i had to pay an advance amount of rs 4000. After the payment of my advance amount, i tried communicating with my colive manager and other colive executives regarding my accommodation with colive and the dates of arrival in the room i booked, but they never replied. Its been 2 months since, i'm trying to connect with a colive executive but no one is responding to my concerns.
Recently, i came to know the room i had booked, people are already staying there, and they have not vacated yet. When i asked the colive executive about the possible dates of the current tenants leaving the place, they kept saying, they will get back to me, yet until now nobody has contacted me.
During my booking, i was told if for any reason the shifting doesn't happen, then there will be refund of my advance amount. Due the negligence of colive, now if i'm not able to move, i want the refund of my advance amount immediately. It's already been 2 months, i need my payment back.
I've attached all the communication proof with the executives, including the proof where they confirmed about the refund of my advance amount.
I repeat, my son was staying in skydale 402 having booking no. 105598. He vacated the room on july 28th . As per your earlier terms and conditions, the deposit amount was suppose to be refunded within 15 (fifteen days) of vacating the room. As per the said terms and conditions, the security deposit should have reflected in the bank by 15th of august. But that has not taken place. On the contrary, you have deposited a meagre amount of 4000 something (an odd amount) and retained th ebalance 10, 000 withiyou, mentioning that dyd is a new concept. My question is when the terms and conditions did not mention the dyd how the comanycan retain the said amount. And if you have any such new concept, is it not the responsibility of the company to take prior approval and consent from the individual who has stayed with you.
You have neither shared any format to claim the said refund, nor your customer care executives are responding to the calls... For your information, from friday last week till date, i have called more than six times. But i am sorry to say that all these days, inspite of my calls, non from your end responded. We have even tried to reach your sales personnel, but he also did not picked up our calls.
We are sorry to inform you that such type of irresponsible behaviour from a corporate house like yours does not suit and it is i feel against the ehics and values of the corporate culture.
Willyou please respond to my grievances immediately so as to enable me to move forward for further action. Thanks ravi kumar guardian of m aditya sharma
