Please find the attached email that I have raised notice to vacate the room on 4th Jan 22 as discussed earlier by sales person. Please note before raising vacate notice I have tried reaching Abhishek multiple times due to concern about poor room hygiene and maintenance, however no one was ready to take up accountability be it Manager or Sales personnel. Everyone blamed each other than helping me. My questions and concerns were left unanswered.
I had no other choice than vacating the room by serving notice. Property manager and assistant are well aware that I have been vacated by the property by 5th Feb 2022. Also, I informed many retention executives about the same that I had faced multiple issues so I have been vacating the property.
Colive team is not refunded my deposit despite they are claiming me to pay 6000 INR for as some penalty. Kindly help me in resolving this concern and share the strong feedback to colive team that they are poor service provider.
