I have joined Colive on 1st Jun 2022 and seeing the condition and service same day i have raised my notice period and vacated the room on scheduled time and date. but till now i have not received my security deposit.

    This is not a single complaint.
    Everyone who has got a place/ room from Colive is Unsatisfied with their service.
    The Sales team while selling us the place tell all huge things about Colive but after joining it we get to know that these guys do not provide basic amenities
    We are trying to close the Colive account they are not providing us the Deposit back.
    They have taken 10k each from all o[censored]s and are not giving us the money back.

      Hello I booked a single room pg on colive and my check in was on July 3rd. I went there on July 3rd and the room was not as promised and I didn't stay there and I have been asking them for a refund and none of them was responding. I have payed almost 14000 for nothing.

        I had given a total amount of 19000/- as security deposit to colive which is not yet refunded even after 6 months.
        Even more my rent was increased by 3000/- in just 2 months, when questioned I was asked to leave the property for the same month and there will not be any deductions from the deposit on doing the same. After leaving the property my security deposit is not yet refunded as well as I am asked to pay an extra amount of 6200/-.

          Colive agent told me to book a flat by giving advance and said it is totally refunded. I have paid 1500 but now my company is providing accomodation. Now Colive is not giving my refund. they are saying we can give you virtual money in a app and you can use it in future.
          Guys this is a SCAM going on. If they don't i move to Police and do FIR

            I had left the Colive (BTM property) in Jan, 2022. My deposit had'nt been refunded to me citing that I had not raised a notice (which was to be raised by my Sales rep- Yogesh) on the Colive app 1 month before vacating.
            Abhijit- managing payment and billing, informed me that in lieu of January month's rent, they'll forefeit my entire deposit amount.
            A few months later, starting February 2022, they started sending me threats...

              I have paid ₹14000 as my rent for June 2022 on 1st of June, 2022 at 12:10AM. I have paid through an option they showed under my profile in their web application. I have the receipt of the payment. I have checked it was done on colive.com website. Even after money paid online on their website using the option they provided, yet they say rent payment is due. I raised the complaint on the very first day i.e. 1st June. Few days latter I was assured that they have found my payment and will update. 3 weeks have past, and now the month is also almost ended. The issue is not yet solved. They kept adding late fine. On forcing them to work fast, they blame me for making payment at wrong place. I have only used their option available at their website at that time. I have proof. I have asked me to repay. They are just delaying and I worry that they will latter refuse to refund my security deposit for not clearing dues that in real doesn’t exist.

              The company called me and said they would update my account. On 29th June they finally updated my payment on the mobile app acknowledging my payment.

                Rent fraud

                I have vacated the property on 5th May and Colive has been harassing me for a very long time. They are asking me to pay them 20k as some illogical dues. And they are also sending me Harassing mails like "Legal notice". Please take some action against the company. I don't stay at Colive anymore and they are still asking me for money....

                I am a tenant of Colive Sunrise. I am recently moved to Bangalore. I thought Colive is a better place to stay near to the main road So, I took a room for rent here. Now suddenly after 3 months, they increased the rent from 11k to 14k, and when we asked why you increased this much rent that was without any prior information. They are like we have not increased the rent from last 6 months so we increased. Now I want to vacant my room because I am going home. I was trying to raise the notice period but It's showing your remaining balance is 9K. I don't know why their app is showing basic rent 22k now. I have already raised the case many times for the same. I know they won't refund my security deposit. The thing is that I am not able to raise notice which means if I vacant my room without notice they will send the court letter to my address asking for the sum of rent. They already did it to my friends. Please help me.

                  I had taken colive for 1.5months. 13K was per month rent. I still ended up paying 9000 for the first 15days plus security deposit of 26000. I asked them to deduct the second month's rent from the deposit leaving with 13K refund amount. After vacating, they are not providing me my refund of 13000 INR. They are faking the bills, and also showing a fake document when my original agreement given to me is completely different. They have switched the numbers when asked for bills and given things that don't even make sense like late fees etc. I paid the amount in the very start and there was no late fee at all. Also they are taking our time and energy asking us to wait and to send out emails. This is wrong and I want my security deposit back.

                    I have been not refunded my security deposit of 10, 000. I stayed at the colive benton property, E.C phase II, bengaluru.
                    I was told back then by the community manager [name-protected] and the property manager [protected], plus my sales manager[protected] that it would be refunded within 15 days of next month. It's already going to be a month, and they have started being irresponsive over it.
                    I have all the proofs and recording, as in how I was guided and told that deposit would be refunded, and because of that only I had to let go of last month rent.
                    If required, I'll go more forward, and show how they turn up to what they said and promised, but want my deposit anyhow.

                      I vacated the place(Colive benton) on 20th may, and did pay may month rent without even living there.
                      I was told by the property manager and the community manager, that this month money you will have to let go off, but deposit would be refunded by 15th of next month. And now, they are asking me to pay rent and all that, and deducting it from my deposit which is totally unfair.
                      I have all the proofs over the managers, how I was promised what, and how I am treated once they have the money authority, and have taken this action only when they have become so irresponsive, and if needed will take it forward to.
                      I need my deposit back immediately.

                          I had paid the booking amount last Sunday. I was contacted by an employee of colive called Rinku. He informed about a PG to be part of colive which actually isn't. He even said you can find the colive bedsheet in it. The owner of the pg is saying, it doesn't belong to colive. I haven't received any mail or anything after I paid a booking amount of 1500. He told me yesterday I will get my refund. Today morning also he said the same. He was saying the tech team is having meeting with the CEO and all such rubbing things for the reason I didn't get any mail from colive. Now he saying no refund is possible only amount transfer is possible, with such bad experience. I only want my money back. Many people told me colive is fraud. Your employee is proving that. Kindly help me and provide my refund

                            The colive person Roopesh took Rs. 2000 advance as a booking fee and I didn't take the property. But he is not willing to refund the amount even if I didn't stay there. I need the refund immediately.

                              On the 1st of June I got contacted with a colive seller name Nisha. Enquiring whether I'm looking for a room. I said yes & the lady offered lot many rooms but when I ask her to give me the room details.
                              The lady refused & said that I have to pay Rs 1000 for the details to be given. I paid the Rs.1000 but told her not to booked any property unless I visit & confirmed it.
                              On the same day 2nd of June after the payment later in the evening I asked her not to proceed for any booking as my KYC details wasn't accepting by COLIVE moreover I have no interest in the property shared by NISHA.
                              So, I asked the NISHA to refund my money as the booking wasn't confirmed as per COLIVE Policy. I have the right to get my money refunded.
                              I raised 3 tickets but none of them had been looked into nor any COLIVE customer service dare to help me. Till date I have made 89 calls but each time you introduce a refund they disconnect the call.
                              I tried calling back the lady NISHA but call blocked once she attended the call refused to refund & after a 2 days later the COLIVE sent me an email saying my booking is been confirmed whereas I requested COLIVE not to booked any property & give me my money refunded.
                              I request COLIVE to refund my money also not to cheat people those looking for house.
                              I need my money back, I need my money refunded

                                I am siddhika gupta and me along my 3 other friends ( Riya, Shreya, Priya ) have booked 2 rooms and paid 6000 for that . But when we contact colive person they said no room is allotted .. i have proof of payment as well with verified colive . Can you please help me with this, either provide us 2 rooms or refund . As a proof I am attaching my screenshot but I have 3 more images same like this of other 3 friends. I appreciate if you help me .

                                  Hi Team,

                                  I stayed at Colive Ruby from December 2021 to February 2022
                                  During the booking have deposited 13000 INR as security and while joining They confirmed that they give the refund of this amount by deducting the 25% separation charges for cleaning and maintenance then I said Ok for that
                                  and also they confirmed that they would charge 10rs/Unit electricity.

                                  In the first month, they said that electricity would be calculated for the whole building and divided by among the flats and maximum charged will be around 1200rs per room, I found unrealistic but I said ok to that in the mind not to fight.

                                  Later a month I put a notice due to many issues with Colive Ruby regarding water, electricity, etc.

                                  And Relived from Colive Ruby Property on the correct date of exit and informed the property Manager, Mr.Abdul, by Showing that there is no damage in my room and everything was checked by Housekeeping for clearance!

                                  Now recently I have received a Final Settlement by providing the following Break with a Zero Refund amount, they are Cleary making their customer mad.

                                  Electricity Charges: 2930INR
                                  Separation Charges: 2750 INR
                                  Repair and Maintenance Charges:2200 INR
                                  Deposit Retained under DYD offer: 5120 INR
                                  Total deposit amount: 13000INR

                                  Its is very Cleary visible that Colive Ruby is trying to steal money legally.

                                  Having said, only the following amount can be deduct officially and they need to return my money as mentioned below

                                  Can be deducted from my Advance:

                                  1. Electricity charges: 1500 INR ( As they committed in first-month maximum only u can get 1200 INR, Now I’m ready to accept 1500INR as final )
                                  Also, note in between they given a substantiation that they are deducting electrify bill for two months that not true as I’m paying electricity bill every month I have bill proof
                                  2. Separation Charges: 2750 INR ( As I agreed upon joining for cleaning and maintenance )

                                  They should not deduct as mentioned

                                  1. Repair and Maintenance Charges:2200 INR ( This amount they should not as I have clearly shown my room before exit and they said no damages, Note: maintenance charges I have already paid in separation charges more than that how can we pay ?)
                                  2. Unrealistic Electricity bill: 1430
                                  3. Deposit Retained under DYD offer: 5120 INR ( I have not given any confirmation to retain this amount, how can they retain it without my concern ?)

                                  Team, This COLIVE RUBY Guys are cheating their customers like hell, this not only happened to me also for everyone who staying at the Property

                                  Request you to kindly help me to get this amount of 8750 INR back to my account, please

                                    Have had so many issues with Colive, All they want is your money, at 1st they raised the rent after 2 months without even notifying me imaging a 2000 raise in rent within 2 months, in the name of electricity they are charging double of the price, then when I left the place they deducted 8000 in the name of separation charges, and held back 10000 rs without checking with stating if I come back to colive I can use that amount. ITS BEEN 6 MONTHS AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A PART OF MY DEPOSIT. These are all malpractices they are deploying to just take money from people. Over an above this there is no customer service, you cannot talk to anyone, in the name of chat its a bot.
