Whenever we call customer care they listen to everything. Once we say shoe they will disconnect. Today also i called them, her name is aarti (Comparedth). So friends, do not buy shoes. Its waste of money...

I ordered dish tv connection for one year through comparedth.com and pay the full amount online and was promised the installation with in 4 to 24 hours. It's been 4 days now and when ever i tried to contact the customer care regarding this matter they are dropping my call and are not at all interested in resolving the issue.

This is highly intollerable to not to receive services/products after making multiple promises. No one is concerned even to talk over phone and as soon as you start telling your issue they disconnect the phone. No one even responses over mail. These people were after me to make a connection and after the payment they are least bothered. I highly doubt on them to be a fraud. Will surely share this message and my experience over social media...

I made payment online for new dth connection an amount of rs 1699.00 but i have not get any msg or call about connection my end pay i’d is[protected] and merchant ref no cdt [protected]. What is more frustrating aspect is i could not get connected to sells contact number by several times. May be it a fraud website which is making money by showing advertising and luring people, someone has to take action against these fraud websites....

I paid Rs 499 to compareDth online and as promised to me that they will give me the connection within 24 hours for Tata sky it has almost been three months now and I am still not getting any response from Compare DTH
Whenever I call on the Compare DTH Customer Care service they listen to my problem and disconnect my call every time without any interaction. Especially one lady she is very rude to me all the time and disconnects my call....

They called me for dth connection, kept on irritating me, made me pay rs 390 online. After payment, i sent them payment id and told me that the technician will come in 24 hours, there is no follow up and no confirmation, when i called them back they disconnected the call.
