I have taken Dish TV from Compare DTH through phone. During that time they had an offer to provide shoes along with setup box. For that they have shared one voucher to fill for the shipping charges. I have paid that shipping charge and screenshot is attached in this mail. After that i have called these people more than 10 times. some time they did not pick the phone some time if they pick they are saying to complaint n website. I have complaint there also two times but did not get any response.

Hi, I had made online payment to https://www.comparedth.com/ as per instructions of the sales executive for an offer of installation and delivery of Airtel d2H on 4th April, 2018.However https://www.comparedth.com/ failed to get it installed and delivered to me at my home. I have ordered dth with that they told me that they have with that shoe as free as i paid 199 delivery charges to them and i tried to reach threw there official number they are not responding anything they will pick the call and they will listen we are telling about shoe or what... After that they will drop the call suddenly. It is fraud guys fraud company don't buy any products from that... And i am going to file a complaint.

I have purchased one product on 16/02/2018 (Tata sky) where there was a free offer (Pair of shoe), paying rs. 199/- as a shipping charges against above on merchant website : comparedth.com vide ebs payment id : 93676248 the payment has been made successfully from my side. For your ready reference i'm enclosing please find here with the acknowledgement from comparedth.com of the same.

Now sir, i have enquired regarding the same to compare dth customer care over phone but no one can give me information about the status of the product.

I expect you would be kind enough to take a necessary step regarding the same.

I purchased the dishtv 1 year connection on 26.03.2018 but till now no installation has been done.

I called on compant customer care number but there is no response fron their side.

I tried on the number through which i was getting call and they are either not picking up or cut the phone when i say installation has not been done.

Request you to install the connection asap.

Its a fraud company.

I purchased a new connection of dish tv dth connection on[protected] through your company and at that time your staff ms. Vaishali gave me three vouchers including one voucher of sports shoes and i redeem the shoe voucher and paid rs.199/- as charges on[protected].

But informing you that till today i did not receive the delivery of sports shoes inspire of my several mobile calls and more than 20 messages to mr. Sudhir soni your senior staff member on his mobile number [protected] but informing you with heavy heart that each and every time he gave me false information. Moreover he supplied me wrong courier docket number and wrong courier company name.

I have purchased the new dth connection from compare dth and they told that they will provide the connection of dish tv which is newly introduced in their company at the earliest and asked to make the payment of rs/-1799.00, i have already made the payment and when i called for refund they are not responding properly and disconnecting the call, seems it is fraud company and would like to request for refund.

My subscription ID [protected] I have opted for infinity 1 year plan 4 multi connection and paid 17400 to comparedth.com and instead the local team by mistake they installed internet tv with 1 year main box and 3 child box has 1 month... Premium customers are being cheated like this.. I m using Tatasky from 9 years and just for change to try so I shifted to airtel just got to know my tata sky is better they don't cheat customers... Plz resolve the issue or disconnect and refund my amount from 2 months breaking heads for these...

The installation is late (Because long distance)
The signal is not come frequently
The service's provide in long distance (Long by 80 km)
The explanation of product is not true

The same time repeatedly lied to me
The same time they are not told after installation canceling the order
After the installation only say to me

I've shopped for airtel internet tv dish on comparedth website on 6-jan-2018 and paid 999 rs. Via online payment.
After payment i come to know that above product is not available. They said me the same for next 2 weeks.
After being frustrated i logged ticket # b5b-e27-990fd & e12-90d-e256d on their website as per their standard process, for refund and also discussed with their executvies regarding refund, but still i've not received my money back. Everytime they use to say i'll get the same within 1-2 weeks but after more than a month gone no refund came to me.
Request you to look into this matter and help me with refund.

They told me that we will give you sports shoes with airtel dth but you have to pay 200 rupees for shipping charges. But i have not recieved the sports shoes till now.
