1. There was an offer of shoes while purchase big tv dth through compare dth in rs 1500/-. I have purchased the same on line on 09 oct 17 and also paid rs 199/- on same day as the charge for delivery shoes to given address of faridabad.

They stated that the shoes sent for delivery on 13 nov 17. I have received a call from delivery man your address is not comes our delivery area, to collect your consignment no [protected] as on day i was out of station. I say please now i am out of station, kindly deliver the same. After arriving i spoken to company for package. They given mob no of faridabad delivery in charge. He said i have already given to concerned delivery man.

I have send many mail to company for asking the progress. They repeat that your consignment has been sent to faridabad for delivery.

Till date i have not received by consignment whereas i have also paid rs 199/- as delivery charge. Kindly take necessary action against the defaulters.

Sir, i have made booking on 16 dec 2017, of two dth dish tv and made effective payment of rs 8900/-, order no cdt [protected], i was promised two pair of shoes and rs 2000/- as gift voucher on each dish tv and dish tv will be installed in 4 to 8 hours, its been 5 days no body has come to instal the dish tv and the sales persons are not responding, ifeel i have been cheated.

I had ordered for Dish Dth Connection for ₹1799, where as it's actual cost was ₹1499 on new dish Dth Connection through customer care. After delivery compare Dth site gave offer to buy shoes on ₹199, I deducted ₹199 since 2 months but no shoe recieved still now. It is a fraud company, it theft my belief and money ₹300+199= ₹499
Please banned the online registration permission of compare Dth

Because your are not support to local distributed.

Now sir, i have enquired regarding the same to compare dth customer care over phone but no one can give me information about the status of the product.

In afternoon dishtv technician came and informed, this connection is not allowed and there is already a common airtel connection available for all the society members and that service can be provided. Hence the advisor on call agreed to convert dishtv connection to airtel instead of refund.
As per commitment she agreed that the connection will be installed on[protected].

There was no technician called hence, i called multiple times to this team and was informed connection will be installed on same day till evening.
But there was no installation done. The call center advisors keep disconnecting call continuously. When discussing with advisor, they informed, they have all the records and history against the mobile number.

I called compare dth team again in the morning and was assured the connection will be installed at any cost till evening. I kept chasing with them multiple times as no call from technician during the day. The call center advisors keep disconnecting call continuously. And showing their unprofessionalism. These advisors

I called multiple times with recordings available to prove the unprofessionalism of the company advisors and i will be able to produce these audio clips in the court when required.
The advisors not supportive and not giving clear information. I want someone from this company to answer my queries for their unprofessional behavior and why they cant give clear information to customer when its necessary.

I made payment of rs 1850 for tata sky connection on comparedth site.
This was done on 1st dec 2017, i waited till 4th dec and nothing happened, no connection was done. Whenever i make a call the cut the line. I had also send a mail, but got no response. The enthusiasm that they showed in forcing me to take a connection is not seen now. Please help me.

I have paid ₹1699 for new connection of dth dish tv on 24 nov 2017 but after paid the money i got the call from compare dth that manpower of your company will not come for installation of same in my area due to some reason and i will got my ₹1699 refund in 24 hours but still didn't get my payment.

I have purchased one dish tv connection on 28 sep 2017. The offer of sports shoes was offered with the purchase of the dish, i availed it and paid the shipment cost (Rs. 199/-) through online transaction on 28 sep 2017 with order id cdt-shoe-[protected] and payment id[protected]. Have made several calls (But nobody attends) and have dropped numerous mails but there has been no response from your end till date regarding time of delivery, could i expect a reply now or think about what you advertise through online is a "fraud"? This is my last attempt to get this issue resolved post which i will have no other option but to file an official complaint with consumer court.

But after 60 days they havent send any shoes.

Hi,
I ordered a new dishtv sd connection by from comparedth.com paying 1699/- online. I was promised by agent that connection will be installed with in 4-24 hrs after payment. Not even after 3 days i received a call from person. No bill on my name and no updates to my mobile.
When a person called me after 5 days for installation, i rejected to take that dishtv as i already purchased from local dealer.
I requested for cancel and refund by call and sent cancel request from my email and registered mobile number.
I didnt get any updates or my money back yet even after 10 days of request.
Such a fake commitments and promises. None of csa are patient enough to listen my problem and many of them showing their irritation on me.

I have raised a complaint for deactivating my account and cancellation of setup box on 13th november 2017, complaint id[protected].

They had taken the complaint and informed me that their person will come and collect my setup box. However even until now, no one has come to pick the setup box. When i called the customer care again, they tell that the complaint has been closed without my consent.

The issue was to be closed yesterday 20th nov 2017. However, i had not received any calls from videocon personal regarding my issue. Hence i had called the customer care again on 20th nov to clarify regarding my issue.
They said me that it will be cleared by 24hrs. However, i did not get any calls even after 28hrs. Hence, i had called the customer care again. Now they tell me that the old complaints have been cancelled as they have not worked on it. They forced me to lodge a new complaint today. Even after my rejection they raised a new complaint without my consent[protected].

My balance during the complaint on 13th nov was 250 odd rupee. However, my current balance is 50odd. How can my subscription continue without my consent and my account deducted even though i am not able to see any channels.

I have all the recordings of my calls to customer care from 13th nov to till date.
I dont believe or trust videocon customer care or service personal to help me in this matter.
Hence, i am raising this complaint against them in belief that my plea would be heard and justice be served.

Dear sir,
I am book dish tv new connection & pay amount 1799 to compare dth. But till now we don't receive any gift voucher & shoose cupon. His customer care no also fake. They don't received my call if we call other no they received but don't give solution told send cupon few minutes by mail.
It's a fake company why central government don't action against that type of company?
If you quarry that company cheat maximum no of customer.

I booked a dish tv hd set top box new connection thorough comparedth.com and paid rs. 1350 online in advance as booking fees. Their representative promised me on phone and email that the installation will be done the same day within a few hours. However, no one came for installation, no one is picking up the phone number given on payment receipt and the website, and no one is responding to my emails.
