Now sir, i have enquired regarding the same to compare dth customer care over phone but no one can give me information about the status of the product.

I expect you would be kind enough to take a necessary step regarding the same.

You are thief. I have purchased to airtel dth viya (Compare dth). You provided three coupen for me. But may be used to only one coupen for purchase shoes & i have been payment is rs. 199/- but shoes not deliverer[protected] to till date. All compare dth customer care is thief & layer. I do call you revived call talk to shoes & your's employees stop/ cut the call.

I deewakar talwar has booked 1 dish tv dth connection along with that i received a sports shoes voucher bearinhg voucher no. Ne0043945vi validity 30 days.

But almost 2 months have been passed, i haven't received my sports shoes size 8 for which i have already paid rs. 199/- as asked from me as a special price.

I was purchased tata sky dish tv on 20 dec-2017. The offer of sports shoes with the purchase of the dish, i availed it and paid the shipment cost (Rs. 199/-) i tried to speak with customer care so many time but not attained the call and and sometime dropped call no response from your end till date regarding time of delivery, could i expect a reply now or think about what you advertise through online is a "fraud"? This is my last attempt to get this issue resolved post which i will have no other option but to file an official complaint with consumer court. I have the massage send by hp-vserve

I am hereby to complain about dear sir/ madum,

I am hereby to complain about a company who refuses to deliver on the promise even after charging me for the same on advertised offers.

I paid the offer price for buying a dish tv connection on 24 nov 2017 that included free shoes as part of the offer. I even paid rs 200 extra for the transportation charges of the shoes on 25 nov 2017 based on a mail sent to me. However, till date, i do have got no update on the shoes.

My order number for shoes given by the company are :

I have tried contacting the company on their complaint number more than 10 times. They just put on some music and no one actually responds even after 30-45 min. There is no response on any followup emails that i have sent. They simply go unanswered. Screenshots of the emails conversations are also attached. Finally, on calling the number for meant "new registrations", they refuse to connect to a competent authority in the company and simply disconnect without warning.

Please find attached the screenshot of purchase confirmation, extra shoe transport payment and email communication with the company.

I hereby come to you to help me and scores of other customers who may have impacted by this kind of fraud being done by the company. Please bring an immediate stop to the way consumers are being taken for a ride by this entity.

I have booked dish hd dth on 10/01/2018. I was promised that the connection will take 4 to 24 hrs. Till 12/01/2018 21.30 hrs i did not get the installation of the item. I have contacted the call center several times. Initially i was given a no of service engineer mr brijesh whom i have contacted him with lot of difficulty and found out that he was in hospital. He has provided me the area service provider no as [protected]. Who in turn informed me that the booked item is out of stock and will be informed once he receives the stock. I have again contacted the call center and was assured that the connection will be made with in four hours. Every time i contacted the service center the reply will be the connection will be given by 6 pm. It seems as the working hours call center is upto 6 pm. The day gets passed. Today after getting deeply frustrated with consistent false promises. I have cancelled the order. During the course of time i have made several complaints. The cancellation ticket id is fec-22e-05e53. I humbly request you to pl. Confirm my cancellation and pay the amount with out any delay.

I ordered a dish tv connection in november 17 with offer of free shoe offer on paying extra 200/-, while dishtv was installed in 3 days time, i received regular updates about delivery of shoes by sms text message.
Even after 45 days, shoes were not delivered as promised.
Secondly, the customer care executives are not properly handling the calls to their number - [protected]. They are disconnecting the calls in mid way.
Even their complaint section, on telecalling are not connecting.
All emails mentioned in advertisement are fraud and mails are not delivered.

Would request the forum officials to take strong action on it.
Penalty should be imposed on the company for duping customers.

My name is amit kumar dey, purchase one dishtv new connection from your website on the date of 25.11.2017. But offer free shoe still not delivered on my residence.
45 days over still not deliver the free shoe. This is very pathetic practice for comparedth. I saw the review page lots of people suffer for such practice.
I pay for rs 199/- (Shipping charges). Repay my money otherwise i go to consumer court.

I am book a dish tv through compare dth on 3ed jan 2018 make payment done today itself. Exicutive promise that connection will get that day. Now after 3 days i dont get any dth and no casl from comparedth. If i am calling them they cut the phone. I dont know how to refund my money. Peopls pls avoid online purchuse such like products this is soo cheeper in market. I am quiry after get this tap.

Have purchased one dish tv on october 24, 2017; 11:39:36 hrs. Have made several calls and have dropped numerous mails but there has been no response from your end till date regarding time of delivery, could i expect a reply now or think about what you advertise through online is a "fraud"? Hi i've opted for a new connection on 27th dec 17 with airtel (Annual package) only to know that compare dth has falsely promised and has misold the product as the service provider airtel is asking me to pay from the following month itself when i've already paid for a year. Hence i request both the dealer comparedth and airtel to look into it and resolve it asap.
Or for a better solution take the box back and give back the money. Failing to receive any solution within a week i'll be asking for compensation and charge back from through the court for the inconveniences and mental stress that you people have been causing.

We order airtel dth setup box through compare dth company in dec 31 2017. And they detected money from debit card rupees 699. But still no one to come put up the dth in our home. I tried calling the executive from compare with vserve but no response as expected. Please advise how can we register our complaints.

We have done a registration through online sight - comparedth.com for add on connection of dth dated on 30dec2017, but still we not getting any response and nobody comes for installation.
Also we have done online payment of rs 999/- through our debit card.

I have purchased dish tv from comparedth web sight they installed it on time but i have not rcvd my shoes till date and now they are not answering.. This is fraud web sight pl do not purchase any products from this website initially they are vary good till you do payment but as soon as the get payment they will saw you their attitude by not answering call and if recieves then do not talk properly

I have purchased one dish tv from compare dth platform & they give coupon for free shoes with shipment cost rs.199. So i have paid rs. 199 on 25/11/2017. But still shoes not received. I have sent much time to follow up mail but only reply that will send info in 7 days but still not confirm delivery date. I have tried their phone number but [protected] but no one picks up my call.
So i complaint on their website & complaint ticket id is 5cd-5ee-2bcb9.
I want shoes otherwise i consider this is one of the fraud & do needful action against them.

I have purchased dish thru comparedth in the months of oct2017 and paid 199₹ against deliver charges as per their rule in nov 2017 and request for 6 no sport shoe. So far I have not received shoes from them and sent several mails. In one of mail they gave me dispatched detail but no where courier company name mentioned and date was 3rd Dec. But till date today shoes are not delivered at my home.
If we try to contact customer care number. They put us on hold for long and on one Respond interesting thing here is if we call on the same number for new connection they respond immediately.

I fad up now and thinking to approach thru consumer court. Pl help me to get my shoes

I have received a call from airtel dth employee from a mobile no. and after that from a landline no.

He told me about the offer and channels of 1499 recharge for 12 months. i did it on 30 Nov 17 but i haven't got full benefits. some of channels are missing in this offer which airtel dth employee told me. channels like tensports, star sports hindi, all infoment channels, mtv, z news etc. So i haven't get full benefits.It shows the inconvenience for users and fraudness of that DTH services. i have received call from [protected].

I request you to solve this issue as soon as possible. The details of airtel digital tv employee attached here in screenshot.

Even after 1month that problem not resolved and the airtel company says, we are not responsible for that. That is totally fraud with me.
