I purchased a new airtel dth connection through compare dth on 04.06.2018 and till now it is not activated. Even for installation i called many times no response from customer care and spoke to airtel dth and made it installed but still cmpare dth didn't pass my payment to airtel, so they have not activated my connection. Calling compare dth for a last four days more than hundred times but no one picks my call. But before doing payment they called me every minute to make me do the payment. Seriously its a fraud company. No:1 cheater in online, no one in customer care have basic sense to at least response to our query, they just cut the call and laugh if we say our query.

Hi, i'm user of reliance big tv dth service since last 5-6 years. Recently reliance licence for cable tv was cancelled & then renewed. I called the customer care no.[protected] and they said their service is active now and they offered me to recharge my dth account, up on which i recharged my reliance big tv account no.[protected] with rupees 1499/- customer care executive told me with 1499/- recharge i'll get all channels for one year, including paid channels. After recharging on 31st january 2018, i got service for nearly one month, but after that all the channels are not coming, after calling customer care they said services will resume april, then they said may end. I'm tired of calling them & tired of waiting since last 3 months. I cannot see any channels, i asked for refund so that i can switch to other dth service provider & they said they will not give refund, i believe this is cheating & fraud on consumers.
I need your help to take stern action on these culprits.

I have taken tata sky duel connection on 28th may 2018 and paid rs. 2500/- for that.
My recharge for the connection of first month was told free by you representative neelam/ iqram, but only after 2days my balance is showing nil and the telecast has sttoped for the second t. V and primary t. V balance is only rs. 18/-
Kindly make recharge according to your commitment at the earliest.

I had purchased dish tv connection from comparedth website. After a very big struggle somehow one technician visited my place but said he cannot fix the antenna in my place because of dish tv's poor signal on my terrace top. However i accepted the issue and raised my request to cancel the connection and refund the amount.
It has almost been 10 days yet comparedth does not take my call and i have also not received the money back.
Customers please do not buy dish tv from this website, there service is the worst.

I was requested to airtel dth intallation but dth connection not installed due to lcu area. In this regard i have requested to refund my 1799+199 rupees on 07.05.2018 but till date above mentioned ammount not refund.
In this conection i have call to custmor care service but they have not received my call.

As per the order cdt[protected] and as per the word from your ecommerce sales executive, the dish tv connection has to be deployed yesterday. But it hsdn't happened. No one has contacted me on this regard for the new connection. Could you please make an observation to help me out or communicate to me if this can't be progressed. V serve ecommerce has taken 1500rs for providing dish tv connection to me at bangalore and had specified the product delivery\installation in just 4-24 hours. Now that the 3 days are past yet there is no response from these people.

I had a connection with DISH TV through COMPAREDTH on 26/11/2017.

At the time of connection COMPAREDTH given free shoe only with 199 delivery charges which I paid already. But till today was never received by me.Shoe size was 10.

Comoaredth is one the fraud company, I did plenty call to customer care, after listening whole problem they put me on hold and never come back again on call after an hour.

They making fool of me.

Do needful help else I go to consumer forum for this and raise complain to those guy.

Cos I do have call recording of those day of when I spoke to customer care.

Now sir, i have enquired regarding the same to compare dth customer care over phone for several times. But no one want to talk on issue after listening shoe they just disconnected the call every time.

I Seems that it is just taking INR 199 from every customer and not delivering the product, which is clear fraud.

Haven't received shoes after payment of rs 199/-. I have got offer for adidas shoes at the time of new connections.
I made payment at same day.
But still not got shoes. Near about 100 days has been passed.

I want to point out that the web site is luring people with fraudulent means, offering coupons against purchase of dish tv. The act of frauds by the website is actually defaming the dishtv company.

I have been contacting your sales executives via mails from at least one week for my refund against payment id no. 98892854 but your executives are not responding my mails & calls. I insisted on providing a written email on offer being discussed. There was wrong information being provded. I did not go for the shoe offer as checked multiple complaints online
