My name is sonendra singh i have paid 199 rs. On 13 aug 2017 with payment id 81569624. But shoes not received till now.

Please refund my amount or dispatch my shoes as soon as possible.

If these type of frauds will happen no body will do online purchasing.

Sir mene 2nd august ko teen saal ka free to air channel wala plan liya tha jiske liye mene rs.2600/- pay kiye lekin ye ek mahine ke baad band ho gaya hai or customer care number kabhi pik nahi karte ya kabhi koi naya excuse de kar taal dete hai koi sunwai nahi ho rahi. Kirpa karke mere problem ko solve kiya jaye or mera plan activate kiya jaye dhanyevad.

I have requested for dth connection at the time of booking costomer care says that gift voucher of rs. 2000/= & sports shoes which were visible at the site also, it is a offer for you. Now dish tv antenna & set top box installed yesterday. But till now no message for shoes or gift voucher received. My reference no cdt[protected] request no [protected]

Invoice no cdt[protected] i have placed order & paid amount on 5th august, your service provider refused to connect dish hence i cancelled order on 8th august, since then asking for refund, everyday your service desk replying will refund in 5-7 days over phone & mail, but not yet received money. How many days you required now??
Compare dth using my money since 1 month.
I need refund today any how.

Now sir, i have enquired regarding the same to compare dth customer care over phone but no one can give me information about the status of the product.

I expect you would be kind enough to take a necessary step regarding the same.

I have taken a dishtv product from comparedth 3 days ago for my old parents. Where i stay at different place. Comparedth.com executive have assured and promised dish tv would be the best option and will be sent in 4 hours. So i have paid my money there after no response from those guys till now. As i trusted those guys because i cant wait one week or so for getting setup box connection as my parents continuously asking when tv will come.
I got tired of calling comparedth.com people more 20 times in a single day.
Its a minimum humanity that you people shud listen the version o[censored]r customers. They are just faking all the offers now i am struggling for my money back there is no response till now.

I am booked dish tv connection of rs.1799/- on 20/07/2017, order no. Cdt[protected], but i am second connection booked of rs.2800/- on 31/07/2017, order no. Cdt[protected] & installation complete on 01/08/2017.

So i am first connection booked amount refund already send but always your office clerks information me that "your refund amount to bank at the earliest" not yet received amount of rs.1799/-

Sir, you are requested please refund my amount. Any queries discuss to me my mob no.[protected].

Have ordered for dth dish tv hd 99 pack for three years +new hd box on 15.08.2017 and online payment rs. 2449/- (Two thousand four hundred forty nine only) has been paid on 15.8.2017, connection will made on 18.08.2017 but hd 99 pack for three years not received till date

I have ordered dish tv dth box online from comparedth online website, as per the offer i should have got dish tv hd+ box and all channels including hd channels which cost 755 per month for 1 month free as a offer deal, moreover, they have promised me shoes and free voucher worth rs 2000, i have paid them online total 1799rs for this offer, but they provided me different box and the basic pack only, and they have not provided me shoes and vouchers as well, when i have tried to contact them the customer care number is not working no reply or acknowledgement of my email i have sent to them, i think this is big fraud company and they are exploiting customers from very long time. One of their employee assisted me online while i was doing order his name is nikhil.
Please look into this and help me with this..

You are so much of interested to cheat people like me by calling number of times and however convincing for payment then after payment no body turned up to provide the agreed sevice or product
Nobody is interested to attend online call at local level where the service to be delivered...
They simply making some fun by saying kit is not available or stock not provided..
I dont know what it would means...
I lost faith or trust on you...
Dont offer anything which you cant manage...

I have brought dth connection on 18th june2017 and as an offer the shoes has to be delivered, i have paid amount of 199 rs for delivery charges. It is 2month left and i did not get it.

I have called this company 3 times and mailed on 20 july 2017 about the issue.

This company was cheating the costomers by giving wrong directions as an offer.

And they promised me to give me a pair of shoes as a gift for this i had to paid a rs of 199/- for shipping charge. Now they sent me a pod no cd[protected]in delivered service name speed post. But whenever i tried to track my consignment the indiapost replied as the consignment details not found. As per their message they have sent my consignment through india post on 03/08/17 but still not delivered. So i have fully confirmed that they are cheating the public.

But i have payment of offer pack of rs. 2800 but my account shown of rs. 1175.00 validity 1 month.

Sir your service man (Motiur rahaman mob no [protected]) told me that give me rs. 1175.00 but i denied to pay the money to give him. I already paid rs. 2800.00

So i requested to you that to solve my problem as soon as possiable.

Compare dth company customer care contact me on phone, i order dish tv dth on[protected]... They told it will reach u by 4 to 24 hrs.. Up to more than 50 hrs, still now dish tv hd + dth connection not installed.. I contacted they numbers, no response and immediately they are disconnecting calls. Please go through and do need full.. I have ordered dth from compardth website. My order id is cdt[protected]. I have registered for tata sky hd. Compare dth executive said that they will do installation on same day. Now i am calling their customer care they are not receiving my call. When they receive call and i am complaining then they are cutting the call. They are taking pre payment after that not providing service. When i am calling and asking them for new connection then they are answering properly but when i said i have already registerd and want to complaint about why still connection is not done then they are cutting the call. I think they are fake.. They take money from the customer and not providing service. Please do not take dth connection from this website...

I had placed an order for dish tv hd plus on 1st july 2017.
I was told my salesperson that i will get my product delivered within 4-24 hours but till next 2 weeks i did not hear anything from comparedth. I raised many complaints and calls to customer care but i didn't got any proper response. Still awaiting for my money to be refunded. This website looks like a complete fraud and has been thugging many online buyers.

I have booked a dish tv connection thru campare dth and i have been offered for free shoe. For which i have paid rs.199 thru on line for freight charges. 10 days back i got a sms from campare dth that the shoes has been dispatched thru professional courier vide awb. No. Nda[protected] but still not yet received to me. Yesterday i got a message from the campare dth that the shoes got delivered to me. But physically the same is not yet received by me. While checking with the professional courier about the awb no provided by the compare dth. The same is not reflecting on there system.

While trying to contact compare dth no body answering my query.

Please help to get same resolved

Recently i took a dth from compare dth. They offered me to pay 199 to get a branded shoe free. I paid 199 and after 20 dayz i got a fake courier id num. I try to track and came to know its a fake. I called u customer care as soon as they heard a word shoe not delivered. They cut the call. If any one is planning to buy a connection before buying try to call customer care and say u haven't received shoe. You can experience there fake promises. I believe there are thousands of people who got cheated. Govt need to take certain action on this issue.
