It is more than a month past but you have not refunding the money nor shoe.

Frankly saying with this type of frauds are not going to work for you or any of you.

You have given an offer of one sport shoe free with dishtv setup box. You have charged 199 inr for delivery as well but have not given any thing. Nor you are picking phone or listening complaints which has been logged 100 of times at your website: https://www.comparedth.com/complain

Expecting the shoe or refund of delivery charge on immediate basis.

Pfa for more info. Which nothing but proofs of your misdeeds.

Even at professional courier website this tracking number nda3740616 does not exist. I already logged a complain thrice but same result, as you did, no response.

Thank you for sending the shoes (with this much worst quality) at last after number of follow ups and requests. Which is a question mark with the delivery charge of 199 INR. The received shoe seems bought from roadside footpath which price is not more than 150 INR. As received shoe doesn’t have shoe packing as well as the packing itself doesn’t have any address details.
Same I have conveyed to the courier person he also told and agreed that this shoe is not the same (i.e., as original shoe van is stuck in customs department) and have less price than 199 INR.

So kindly just return me the amount of 199 INR itself which I had also requested earlier in all my email communications (i.e., if you are unable to send the shoes then kindly return the money ASAP). Which can be checked it attached or earlier email communication.

So without any discussion kindly return my 199 INR.
As it is big question mark about your gift offers which is not a gift but these are again a good source of income with maximum margin.

    You assured me that you will get in touch with me at the earliest but what do you want to mean by earliest ? When already 11 days have passed but are not able to installed my dish tv. You are requested to confirm me the date of installation.

    I have ordered dish TV 5 jul 2017.Bt I have not received complete set such as HDMI cable. My HD channels are not working & remote is not good working. I have also contact many times to customer care. They can't solve my problem. These site is fraud & make a stupid to many peoples. Plz solve my problem.

    I booked a dish tv hd set top box new connection thorough comparedth.com and paid rs. 1400 online in advance as booking fees. Their representative promised me on phone and email that the installation will be done the same day within a few hours. However, no one came for installation, no one is picking up the phone number given on payment receipt and the website, and no one is responding to my emails.

        I made payment of Rs 1799 for Dish TV connection on CompareDTh site.
        This was done on 26th June 2017, I waited till 6th July and nothing happened, no connection was done.
        So I asked for refund thru all mechanism, call center, emails to
        Compare DTH,
        Service team,
        Compare DTH

        but nothing happened, My ID that they gave me was : CDT[protected]
        and Dish Tv ID was : [protected]

        This fraudent company should be made to pay.

          I order on 23 june 2017 an they promise they will deliver set top box within 48 hour. Till now i dint recive any call from them and if i call them they are simply disconnecting call without providing any information. I mailed them too they are not replying me. I tried doing new purchase immediately they called me back and asking for doing payment and once i asked that i already order and i already payed please share my order status, they disconnect the call without replying me, this prov the website is fraud.

          I need my money back, please help me to get refund.

            I have taken a dishtv product from Comparedth 4 days ago for my old parents.

            where I stay at different place.

            Comparedth.com executive have assured and promised dish tv would be the best option and will be sent in 4 hours.

            So I have paid my money there after no response from those guys till now.

            As I trusted those guys Because I cant wait one week or so for just getting setup box connection as my parents continuously asking when TV will come.

            I got tired of calling Comparedth.com people more 50 times in a single day.

            Its a minimum humanity that you people should listen the version o[censored]r customers.

            They are just faking all the offers now I am struggling for my money back there is no response till now.

            They just simply wont let customer to speak and disconnects the call.

            I request and urge consumer court to take severe action on them.
            As i am not the only customer struggling like this.

                  I have booked a new dish TV hd connection through compare dth on 26 Jun 17 & my order no is CDT[protected] as assured by our executive this connection is to be installed on 27 Jun 17 but it was not done. On 29 Jun 17 I was given a date i.e 01Jul 17 there after 02 Jul 17 and now another date i.e 09 Jul 17. I had spent a full week without TV and now I can not wait anymore that's why you are requested to cancel my order and refund my paid amount as soon as possible.                   I, Suresh SM booked for a Dish TV DTH Connection via comparedth.com on 26th of august vide booking no. [protected] for an amount of 1799 for my residence premise at #22, 16th A cross (near spoorthi school) bagalgunte, bangalore 73.

                  I was promised of the installation within 24 hours, i was called by the representative of DISHTV DTH, He expressed his anguish in installing at my premise at first and then decided to tell me that he is unable to install at my residence due to some conflict of interest.

                  He however said that he will cancel the booking and revert my payment with in two working days, trusting the words of the EXECUTIVE and my exigent needs i booked from an alternative service provider, who was prompt and courteous enough to complete the installation by time promised.

                  The point of contention is after 2 days, ie on 28th august 2017 i got a call from an executive suggesting an alternate service provider willing to install at my place, however being my needs fulfilled i have promptly asked for a cancellation and refund, the executive promised to revert the payment by 30th August 2017, its been September 14th today and numerous calls to comparedth.com for the reversal of payments all the efforts have turned futile.

                  I here by request you to accept my ticket and resolve the issue in a simple reversion of payment and close the issue once and for all, if its not done im compelled to address the issue to a Consumer Redressal Forum for my payment reversal.

                    I have paid online through paytm valet amount of 1799/- against connection to Dish tv HD on dated 28/6/2017

                    Titt date I am not gatting installation for dishtv HD, I have many time try over the customer service No but some no are not in service and some no active but complaint option only recorded,

                    I have record also but no reply from customer care team.
                    Many time mail to defined mail ID but no reply.

                    Please take action against above companies and inform us.

                        I have baught a dish tv connection from comparedth. They'd promised me that a shoe free with this package. But after that they gave me a voucher of a shoe which delivery charges were 199.00.. I've then paid the balance of 199.00. But shoe still not arrived. How can i track that package. When i call their helpline they cut my call. But when i call from other mobile no they have talk to me. When i complaint about my shoe, they rejected my call without any info.
                        What can i do. The last way is consumer helpline.. Many of my friends have bought dish tv and they also did not get their shoe. They also faced same problem

                        They informed that it will be install next day but not yet. I have orderd on last month June 30th. When I called tge they simply disconnecting my call so many time I have contacted them I don't know what happened with my order. Really I don't have patients with their service please help me someone with this issue...

                          Booked dish tv hd box on 26 jun 17 through cdth they assured installation with 4-24 hrs but no buddy contacted even after 26 hrs. Customer care of comparedth is not attending my call and when i called from alternate no they started disconnecting it. Then i checked from dish tv customer care he told that they have not even received my booking.

                            I have paid for a new dth connection through comparedth.com. I have paid the complete amount online. I have been calling the customer care executives. But no response from them. They just disconnect the call. I have complained multiple times online no response. They immediately disconnect the call if i ask for the status. Now that i have cancelled the connection. I need my refund. I have attached all the required documents.

                              I ordered dishtv hd from compare dth on 14/06/2017 i asked them for installation within 24 hours. But after successful online payment, they left my call unattended. Didnt give proper response. They didn't forward my booking to dishtv hd even after 24 hours. After 2 days i have submitted on cancel order till date no response on your side. Your customer representative name neha she told me to one of the best dth services in india but your services not good.                                 Hi I am Boopathi from chennai. Ordered tata Sky HD connection from comparedth.com. TATA Sky person came and installed the box but said to ask the dealer to recharge. Its been 3 days. Til now not recharged. Don't know what to do. Please do not allow the agency to sell and fool like this.

                                  The representative at time of buying dish tv promised me of giving full support but after one month they are not picking up my number. I purchased dish tv from compare dth 01 month back with plan of basic pack valid from 3 yrs. But after one month pathetic service. I have not get my dish tv recharged.                                     I ordered tatasky hd + recorder from compare dth on 14/06/2017 i asked them for installation within 2 hour due to my train and they promised me for this. But after successful online payment, they left my call unattended. Didnt give proper response. They didn't forward my booking to tatasky even after 2 hours. I also missed my train and at last told me to cancel order (Representative hema). They told me that i will get refund after 24. Very poor service by dthcompare.com.
                                    Never buy.

                                      Dear sir/Madam I ordered a DTH HD box from comparedth. Com and made a payment of 1799rs online through net banking and they promised to me for installation of tata DTH HD box with dhamaal mix pack one month subscription within 4 to 24 hours, along with a promised mail for next month recharge. But it's about 96 hours. No body contacted me regarding this and no mail on it. And when I called to customer care executive on their helpline number they are not giving any satisfactory resolution.

                                        Ordered AirTel DTH through but they could not install it. Later order was cancelled from their end. Till date neither they installed nor refunded my money. I called them several times and whenever they pickup, after listening the issue they cut the phone. One day finally he said that compare dth will not refund in anyway, whatever I want I can do.

                                        I have done the wrong recharge to vediocon by using paytm unknowingly the amount of 230. The order has been done successful. Can you please cancel the transaction and refund the amount back to paytm.Kindly help me with this problem.
