Dear sir/Madam I ordered a tata sky HD box from comparedth. Com and made a payment of 1599rs online through net banking and they promised to me for installation of tata sky HD box with dhamaal mix pack one month subscription within 4 to 24 hours. But it's about 96 hours. No body contacted me regarding this. And when I called to customer care executive on their helpline number they are not giving any satisfactory resolution.

Recently i received call from compare dth from [protected] a male use bad language to me. Then after he disconnect the phone.. I will try to call him but he didn't pick up the phone.
Just inform them to use soft language to all customer.
Customer needs solutions of their query. If they don't satisfy customer's needs ok.. But don't play with emotions of customer..

Hi, i ordered dishtv hd+ dth connection on 6th May through compare dth. Done online payment. Agent (Babits) confirms me, that installation should be done between 10:00-12:00hrs. But no one came during that time. After calling comparedth agent, installation request initiated to dish tv. We received a call from dish tv & they told us, installation is not possible in our area (dhanakawadi, pune) as it's a cable operator area & they cancelled...

At time of booking customer care promised me installations will done within 4-5 hrs. But now it's almost 24 hrs still installations is not neither the customer care nor the service men is responding my call. Worst service. Waste my time and money this fake people. Liars are sitting on the customer support fraud company full of liars, making people frustrating...

We received a call from dish tv & they told us, installation is not possible in our area (Wakad, pune) as it's a cable operator...

Despite of many call and mail to ur company, tata sky hd dth which has been booked online on payment of rs699 through debit card on 28/04/2017 by me through ur customer care executive whose mobile no. Is [protected] has not been installed till now. I[censored]r company will not take effective steps for installation then i will be oblige to lodge an fir at gorakhpur police station for fraud and a suit in consumer forum....

There is currently (but I saw always) running a shoe offer with INR 199 extra for delivery. I paid it after I bought DishTV from them. They delivered me Size 6 instead of ordered size of 10. Now one responding. All their phones are either switched off or discontinued. When call complaint number, they disconnected after hearing my complaint. This seems a fraud company. I will never purchase nor recommend anyone. Will lodge a police complaint...

I have cancelled tata sky on 7 April and asked for refund provide bank details still i have not received any refund . i have raised more then 25 complaints now and even initiated chat but there is no response.
I have initaited a chat today and the representative left the chat instead providing information.

Customer care numbers are disconnected not in use or it will go to Vm.

I have paid money for DISHTV and the connection is assured with in 4 hrs. Its 28hrs passed no connection provided. When we call again the operator disconnects and not willing to here any complaint. The customer service number never works. Absolutely worst services by comparedth.com.

Compare DTH sold me HD dhamal kid one year subscription plus set top box in 5650 RS. They informed me that all English channel will be there and all in HD. But I paid 250 more and though no HD channels are working and no English channel. On enquiry it it found that compare DTH did not charge entire amount and saved for them instead as cheaters. Need complete refund...

They keep calling till you buy from them and once the payment is made they stop answering your calls. This sales person abhishek promised a lot about offers and shoes and mails that will be sent within 10 mins after purchasing but nothing of that sort. Highly disappointed with the service and will never refer anyone to comparedth. Have been calling all sort of numbers listed but no use. Even tried a new request but when you tell the sales...

This is the worst service provider I have even seen. The type of customer care people they are having, its not at all in class of people. The person called me named- Arjun was trying to convince me saying some kind of offer, when I told him that I am getting much better offer compare to them, he started to Abusing me . I informed the matter to his superior, even he is also supporting him. Totally worst service . Dont even visit their website....

I buy airtel dtd connection from compare dth dated 20th feb 2017. Alongwith my connection company offered me shoes worth rs.1300 approx by paying additional rs.199/- for delivery charges.

I am not get the same still after long span of time

but after repeated reminder and repeated mails no response from such comparedth side and not pick calls from them....

They toook my money from card and after that no response ..wrote plenty of complaints but no response just reply u will get refund within 7 days after 7days again 7 days when call them they will talk i[censored] talk about buying new connections i[censored] say about refund thy will disconnect ur call ..what the he'll and still they are running this fraud business...what consumer court is doing.....
