Since one month I m trying to connect with them(Compare DTH), , regarding my shoe products, , but till now they ignored me, , I already paid for that, , and still waiting, , as per their costumer representive advice also put on a complaints (4 times) on their costumer compliant mail id but nobody ready to response on these matters, , if I call to costumer care regarding this matters they won't listen my call, , before I speak anything they disconnected the call.

On 25th of feb through comparedth i booked dishtvhd+ recorder(shoes offer) by paying 1599 for dishtv hd+recorder and 199 paid for shoes offer in which they clearly mentioned and told that size-11 is available. But till today instead of getting the shoes, i am receiving sms that your size is not available so u hv to order size 6 or 7 through sms from your registered mobile no. Sir what i will do by taking size 6 or 7 where as my size is 11. If it is not available they would have told that time itself regarding this. The thing is why i should order size 6 or 7 and what i will do by taking that size of shoe. I have purchased dish connection through comparedth.com and it was informed that they are providing complimentary shoes offer and i have paid Rs.199/- on 08.02.2017 with payment id :68052468.

I have dropped multiple mails. Filled their complaint forms multiple times. Around 15 calls were made, their customer service team just cut the call abruptly, when they hear the shoe complaint.

Shoes are yet to be delivered. Their customer support is worst, i have come across.

I tried making innumerable calls to compare dth but to no avail. Before i purchased the product they called me every 15 mins but since the time i am asking them for my refund they just do not take my call and even if the call goes through they cut it mid way through the conversation. The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. So please send my refund, this kind of service making your image down

I have purchased DTH connection on compare DTH at 25.01.2017, but DTH installation not happend, i have complained after that they said that they will refund the amount but not yet received

Please provide my refund amount asap

On saturday 25th feb by 4 pm i booked the order through sales guy Mr.Naeem and he promised that with in 4-24 hours your installation of set up box, antina and all other accessories will be over, along with that you will get a confirmation call from the service engineer. Neither i got any type of confirmaton call nor any type of installation although its 1 day over. he also promised that if it is not happening with in 4 to 24 hours your full money will be refunded. Now what shall i do

I have cancelled my order for Multibox dth in dec. Still i did not receive my Money back. i called comparedth more than 50 times. did complainant more than 4 times. No feedback, even Comparedth so callled Customer service department are not entertaining me . i wish i could be in USA. Then i can sue your company for Multimillion doller and you will be out from the market.
Its a request to take necessary action and help me to get my money back

they are saying aapne consumer form pe complaint diya na iske liye refund card k details pe he hoga i have call recording with me

I HAD ORDER DISH TV CONNECTION FROM U PEOPLE MAKING PAYMENT VIA NET-BANKING BUT THE INSTALLATION DIDN'T TOOK PLACE AFTER THAT I HAVE REQUESTED MULTIPLE TIMES FOR MY REFUND VIA MAIL AND CALLS AND VOICE MAIL BUT TILL DATE NO RESPONSE.. I have booked Tata sky HD DTH box through your sight, your executive told me, one month subscription will be free but Tata sky technician told me to recharge for the first month, and if I don't he would not install DTH box, I consulted your customer executive, they listen but not respond, please help me soon, keeping faith in your sight I booked DTH connection, hope you will looked into matter immediately, rs 599 has been deducted from my account

Www.comparedth.com plz dont fall prey to their marketing calls. They confirmed that dish allows unlimited recording if i attach external hardisk as per space available in it. I also have their phone call recording. But the dish tv executive clearly told me before installation that only 1 hour recording possible. I demanded refund. But they are not calling me back despite complaints and calls to them.

Because of them my family has "NO TV since 11 days" now. And i hope others will understand how frustrating this can get.

Http://Comparedth.com is very very strong with marketing but final service is all opposite. Their sales executive mislead tacticfully.

I bought from them dish hd setopbox ONLY because their sales exe confirmed to me that "with external harddisk attached" i can record "as per harddisk space" available.

After 3 hrs of installation done the installation guy tells me that ONLY 1 HOUR recording possible irrespective of harddisk space.

I was ŕeady to shell out more money for upgrading setopbox because JUST 1 HOUR REC is not what i wanted.

I got many calls till I paid the amount 1590 rs for Airtel HD DTH recorder, once payment was maid some msgs come about the installation, it says 4hrs to 24hrs but no responses from the company. later I tried to reach the same guy who called me but he is not picking the call and no response. Then I started looking about reviews of company all are bad. No idea after many compliments also how come still they are doing business. Lost trust in e-commerce .

I bough my new Airtel no. [protected] 8 month ago. After few time I am receiving calls by videocon dth. I told their excutives many times I am not using dth connection and plz delete my no. From their data. But they are not listening me and cintinuisoly call me every month 4-5 times regarding recharge. Recharge your d2h id[protected] with Rs. 435 against your monthly subscription of base pack and add-on before or on 23-Jan-17 to enjoy uninterrupted services. Plz resolve my issue.

I have bought new dth connection of Airtel hd and i also paid the amount also at 21 evening they said by morning 12pm or with 24 hrs they will installed it but till now the next day of 22.01.2017 i have not received any information about it kindly return my amount r give me details about the dealer...and also i called to that service customer care number some one attend the phone when i spoked and explain my problem he just disconnected his line. This is totally fake site. They don't recive my phone calls after the payment of dth.
When they pick the phone, they speak rudly or cut the phone.
They didnt send the gift voucher on my email id as they promise. I m totally upset for this fraud. Why cyber crime didn't take action for these sites.

The company exec called to share details about dth connection i was searching online. The agent ensured dth installation in 4 hrs. post purchase, they have simply vanished, the same agent is not anwering calls. others are acting and giving assurance of call back. complaint number is not picked.
It looks to be a complete fake company and should be listed as a fraudulent one to avoid any further consumer loss.
