I have ordered tata sky and did payment on 24 Dec 2016. But tata sky did not install due to wrong direction of building or some technical reason. Customer care guys are behaving same with me and direct disconnecting the call as soon as they know i am existing customer. I am not sure how to get refund from them as there is nothing acknowledge by them.

I had orderd for dish tv and the installation was not done . I asked for the refund they said to fill the refund form online and i filled it many times but its of no use . I have called comparedth many times i can say more than 200 times i called .. all the executives who ever receives my call listen to the problem and disconnect the call everytime. Refund my amount 1249 as installation of dish tv is not being done and 17days got over paying...

I applied for a Tata sky HD connection and paid 1599Rs online to CompareDTH.com on 20th Dec, 2016. I haven't received a single call from the executives thereafter. I have called them 50+ times and they disconnect once i ask for refund. Absolute rude behaviour from comparedth.
