I placed an order for dish TV max HD annual package and paid upfront for it.before purchase their customer service Mr.Dharmendra called me every 10mins and made all kinds of false commitments.even assured sir our website is totally safe and payment gateway is approved by SBI.from the past 5 days everyday I have been submitting a complain on their website portal under the complains section but nobody responds.i called on their customer service, firstly they don't pick the call and after calling numerous times from different numbers if they do pick up they disconnnect.this one specific guy dharmendra is a crook.what do I do.help me I have paid an amount of 5050.its a warning don't fall for this portal people.

Mr. Santosh on behalf of Compare Dth called to me on 15 November he asked me for installation of Tatasky connection I purchased and installed it by Amazon and I request him for refund. He told me that your amount will be refund with in one week but now this time also going through but neither I have received my refund nor I received any phonecall from Compare Dth.

I requested refund on 4th of this month but till now they didn't reverse my money.

I tried calling customer care many times but they answer and disconnect calls. I also sent couple of emails but none of them responded till now. Please can anybody suggest how can I take this forward and lodge a complain.

I had placed an order for a tata sky dth connection with compare dth for an annual hd ultra pack by paying ₹7, 600 on sunday 13 november 2016. Tata sky called me and refused to install the dth connection. Then i filled up compare dth's refund form and requested for refund of ₹7, 600 on tuesday 15 november 2016 but it has not been received yet. My order details are as follows:

I tried making innumerable calls to compare dth but to no avail. Before i purchased the product they called me every 15 mins but since the time i am asking them for my refund they just do not take my call and even if the call goes through they cut it mid way through the conversation. The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful.

I bharat vir received a call from mr. rohan aggarwal from compare dth regarding new tatasky connection offer and i have paid a amount of rs 599 on 24 october for that. but due to some reason after 2 days i putup a request for order cancellation. mr. rohan aggarwal call to me and told me that your amount will be refund between 10 to 15 days and our representative call to you for account no. but after 17 passing away neither l have received my refund nor a call from compare dth. so kindly suggest me how i can received my refund. thanks and regards. bharat vir. contact no.[protected]

I ordered dish tv dth connection (order no CDH[protected])from CompareDTH on 27th October 2016.i told their representative to install dth on 28th Oct before 12pm.on next day I got welcome message from dish tv for dth installation.dish tv.28th morning without asking me..dish tv cancelled service request.then I called CompareDTH ppl told them to install #airtel dish.i got message from airtel dish tv on 11th November.my order for #Airtel DigitalTV ID [protected] bearing order no. 16240480 has been cancelled. Same incident with tatasky.they refused to give dth service to huskur gate.today I called CompareDTH helpline number to get refund of dish tv I told them ..all of dish tv has refused to give connection in huskur gate.i need refund of dish CompareDTHv ..they strictly say they wont give refund of dish.everyday I have sent plenty of mail to dth compare and called also.they neither replied to my mail and nor refunded my money..very bad hassling experience from CompareDTH.

Yesterday[protected] I paid 1599 online to compare dth but no response from them after paying. I think this is fraud sight how can I get back my money please help somebody. They are not all responding what to do I don't understand. Please return my money or send that dish as early as possible. Why they not reciting my complaint I don't understand. Whom to consult now.

I paid money for airtel dth connection on 9th November. Promise was to complete the installation in 4-6 hours. It is more than 32 hours. So far, installation is not happened. These guys do not pick up the calls and even if they pick up, they will simply disconnect without answer.

Issue is resolved today after a strong mail to compare Dth. This can be considered closed

After two days i call company till 10 days they listen my issue put me on hold and atlantic cut my call many times without any information i discussed my issue with different person but they were not given any satisfied answer so i decided to lodge a complaint against compare dth.in

Still i didnt receive shoes

Have purchased one dish tv on 12-OCT-2016.The offer of sports shoes was offered with the purchase of the dish, I availed it and paid the shipment cost (Rs. 199/-) through my cc on 12-OCT-2016. Have made several calls till date regarding time of delivery, Could I expect a reply now or think about what you advertise through online is a "fraud"? This is my last attempt to get this issue resolved post which I will have no other option but to file an official complaint with consumer court.

I have purchased dishtv connection through comparedth on sep 5th 2016. shivani was the sales person who attended my call. i have paid rs 1499 for dish tv and rs 199 for the shoes online. it was told 15-25 days shoes will be delivered. but today its 35th day so far i din't receive any thing. they asked my payment details for the shoes shipment charges. i also shared every details but after wards there is no response from them even after sending multiple emails and calls.

Please help me to get either shoes or the shipment charges (rs 199) back, it seems they are making fake offers to the customer.

My mobile # registered with comparedth is [protected]. I had booked a dishtv dth through them on 11th september and paid online. The installation team from dish tv, told on 12th sept that technically. Not feasible and in turn i asked comparedth to refund me my money.
Refund pending. From 12th september. I am sending the complaint to consumer guidance council tomm

I babson binu who made the payment on[protected] amount of rs-1499 for my new dish tv connection and that agent cant provide me my connection due to unavailability of normal set up box and then i cancelled the request and asked comparedth yo refund my amount they told within 10-15 days its will be credited and no any proper updates from there side and they are receiving my call and immediately disconnecting no any proper feedback about the refund.

Have made several calls and have dropped numerous mails but there has been no response from your end till date regarding time of delivery...I need my money back with penalty for harassment done to me by the Company.

I have complaint you more than five times that I have not receiving my shoes but you are not taking serious ly to your client .today 55 days come off but my shoes not coming .you have told me before 30 days that within 5 days shoes will received but after 25 days shoes not come so what you think don't want to give me ...than says.

Your all customer care number are either wrong or not reachable ..pls give me your running number..and note my complaints.
