I m nishit, I have purchase tatasky dish from compare DTH on behalf of that I have received one gift voucher of bindass shoes from vserve.
I have pay 200 rs for that product and I have receipt for that and in that receipt they written that with in 15 to 20 ddays shoes received but after a long delay of 42 days I have complaints to your company and you have reply me that within 7 days I receive that shoes that message I have received and today after 7 days onemore message come after 7 days shoes received

So don't .make us full we are not chutiya if you can't solve our complain than close your third class company..today more than 50 daycomplete but still I m waiting

In return of it I have received voucher of shoes.I have to pay shipping charge of 200 rupees, which I have paid by 2nd of august.after payment I have received mail & message that your payment received and delivery of shoes will recieve in 15 to 20 days. Today its 42 days but still I m waiting not any shoes received and there isn't any number they have given to us ...
After a long tired I have call to compare DTH they have told me that after 5 days shoes will come at your home and after that 10 days gone but still I m waiting.
I have complain to you so many time but same. You are also not giving the reply

On 6th Sept'16, I paid 1490/- online via credit card as per telephonic conversation with Mr Abhay who in a very gentle manner kept on telling me the benefits of buying from Compare DTH which included Installation within 24 Hrs time, professional engineers will be coming and installing by themselves and if the time expires, full amount will be paid back to you.
That was the last time I heard them speaking in a soft voice.
After trying calling them for more than 100 times, they picks on their own will and confirms that today it will be done for sure.
More than a dozen times I have gone to there website and applied for refund of amount paid but have received no reply.
There numbers are: [protected]/66, [protected] from which they contacts later on.

I only need refund of the amount I paid asap, for which, I have asked to them several times, but they each and every time make excuses that today it will be done by the evening, but does not send or confirms the same via email.

Please refund my amount, and if it is a time taking process, kindly confirm it by sending an email that it is in process.

I made the Connection payment on 9th Sep 2016 but still connection is not installed. They made a claim during sale that it will be installed within 4 to 24 hours. I trying to connect by different means Mail / call but no one responding. For Complain[protected] AM to 6 PM Monday to Saturday ) :No one receiving call. I bought a airtel connection.your company gave me some offers like bindass company shoes, 3000 ibibo vouchers n 1000 food vouchers but i have not received a singal benefit of those vouchers n all. I called up 100 times but every time they told me the will send me though mail but it is almost 20 days but they are doing fake promises.My registered contact no. I booked the Airtel HD box by paying Rs.500 online on 31st Aug as they said the offer only exist for that day. They are suppose to install in on Saturday by 11AM but on saturday at 12 PM they told that you have to make a full payment then only in next 2 hours I will get the order. So I paid full amount. But till now I haven't got the HD box. Costumer care is not picking up my phone or disconnect it once I start explain what happen with me. Also they used bad words to me instead of being apologies.
Please help, I want refund of my money.

This is in regards to the new dishtv connection with vc number – [protected] which was installed at my place yesterday i. E. On 25th of august 2016. The same has been purchased from compare dth. The invoice copy has been attached for your perusal.
An employee by name astha has sold me this product. When i bought the product from comparedth they have assured me that this is a 1 year package with all hd channels and the regional language would be telugu, as i belong to hyderabad, telangana.

I opted for telugu language and only after getting assurance that i get all the telugu channels, then i purchased the package and paid the amount of rs. 4990/- in full for 1 year.

Now the dishtv has been installed yesterday and got activated around 6pm on 25/08/2016. After activation i realised that i am not getting any popular telugu channels. I then called up dishtv customer care and to my utter disbelief they informed me that this is not a telugu package and nor a south package. It is a north india package and i wont get telugu in the package i am currently on.

I then complained on comparedth website several times and called them more than 15 times but none of them bothered to respond nor resolve the issue.
The worst part is if they answer the call and as soon as i start telling my problem they hang up on me.
I can assure you that comparedth is an absolute fraud company. They are absolute cheaters. This is worst experience.

I now feel betrayed by what has happened. I kindly request you to please take stringent action on them and help me in getting the refund of rupees 4990/-.

I have also spoken to dish customer care many times and also spoken with senior supervisor 'kanchan, but still the matter is not yet resolved.

I am also sending you the copy of invoice on which it's clearly mentioned that its is a telugu package.


I kindly request you please resolve the issue asap

Hi I am Amit from Mumbai.I have booked Tata Sky HD in offer from comparedth.com at Rs 7100 per year for Ultra Pack.I was promised the conection on the same day by 8pm but Not recieved a call.Finally got the installation after 4 days after installation the Tata Sky connection is not Activated.They havent recharged it.TATA sky person said aap ne online liya hai, udhar se paisa bahrenge toh he activate hoga we can do nothing.Its been 24 hrs now waiting for it to get activated.No numbers are working.Plz dont buy from comparedth even when its lucritive offer.My invoice number is Order ID: CDT[protected] and my Payment ID is[protected].

Comparedth sales girl Astha sold me a dishtv 1yr telugu package and charged me rs. 4990/- yesterday the installation was done but i am not getting any popular telugu channels. When i contacted dish tv customer care they informed me that this package is meant for North india not for telugu hyderabad.
I have complained 4 times on their website and called these people for more than 15 times today but no one bothered to answer the call nor tried to resolve the issue. The worst part is they answer the call and as soon i start telling my problem they hang up on me.
I am sure this company is an absolute fraud company. Sales people are absolute cheaters.
I am sending a legal notice in fews days time and will take the matter to the court of law. I will surely see they get stringent punishment for their fraud activities and acts of cheating. I will not spare comparedth.

I had booked airtel dish through you on 18.08.2016. i had make the payment on same day through online at your gate way as per your staff they have committed they will install with in 4 hrs and maximum 24 hrs but after c certain follow up with airtel. as per the airtel. compare dth not paid to airtel because of that airtel are not able to installl finally on sunday they have installbut not active the planand three person was break my roof, still we are facing the resolution problem and same they had offer me shoe know they are asking for delivery charge, kindly suggest me what should i will do i have to go consumer court.

I had baught a new dish tv connection online from compared2h.com on 16th august.
After fitting the dish and set top box, I have been facing a lot of problems.
Firstly, the reception is very bad
I had to call the technician twice.
The set top box has some problems, ie. The sound goes off if i try increasing or decreasing the volume from the set top box remote and when i set the setting to 5.1 channel audio, there is no sound on non HD channels then I need to revert the settings and restart the set top box.
Now, I am asked to pay an amount for the engineer to visit me and check the set top box
compared2h.com doesnot respond to my calls.
I would like a full refund of the money paid for new connection, installation and extra wire.
My next action would be to contact consumer court if the problem is not resolved.

They confirmed me that till 17 aug 2016 at 11 am, installation will be done, but i haven't received any call for the istallation.

I tried to register complaint also on the company website, but no respose from their side.
No oneis picking the call also.

I have paid for dish tv connection on 6th august, within hours dish tv guys called me and informed that they will not be able to give connection to the place where i stay. Now the harassment started, i applied for refund online from compare dth and everytime i follow up for the same, they simple disconnecting my calls or blindly replying email saying that refund will take 5-7 working days. Please do not fall in this trap
