Dear sir,
I bought a DISH TV DTH SEVEN months back (28 jan 2016 ) from Compare DTH and they were also running an offer to give away free shoes with the purchase.

After the DTH purchased they also asked for Rs 199/- as shipping charges for the shoes but its been 7months now and I have not received any shoes or update regarding that.

I have raised multiple complaints on their portal but no response.br...

When i will get my refund . Should i go for consumer court for this issue as it has been passed many long days.
