Hi team,
This is to the above mentioned subject related to a new dish tv connection with the vc number's vc [protected] & vc [protected], as i have booked this connection through comparedth.com, i have booked max hd pack with annual subscription (Two connections) as per the invoice mentioned in the below mail trail. The sales executive (Astha) from comparedth.com has told me that this is a new pack which has been launched in north and it's coming up in south too and provided the details which includes one south regional pack free for which i have opted for tamil language, after making the payment i didn't get the connection on time, when i inquired they told me that there are some technical glitches for that pack in south, for the same i requested them to refund my money and the same has been accepted and they told me to raise an request in the website which i have done immediately but i didn't get any confirmation call nor any receipt for accepting the complaint, when again i called the customer care they told me that once i have raised an online request it will take 15 to 20 days to get my refund, but they have put me in a lurch without any documented confirmation,
Coming to the interaction with the dish tv customer care i came to know that the pack which i have selected contains only hd channels where as i am not getting the regular channels apart from that there is no south regional pack for which the executive is telling me that is an max hd north pack, more over to my disguise the telecast is not up to the mark every now n then the signal gets lost. This is very unsatisfactory from a brand like dish tv, when i requested the dish tv customer care they r coming up with company policy n all,
Request to look into this matter and come up with an positive response and get the refund back at the earliest.
Your early response in this regard will be highly appreciated.

Dear sir,
I bought a DISH TV DTH SEVEN months back (28 jan 2016 ) from Compare DTH and they were also running an offer to give away free shoes with the purchase.

After the DTH purchased they also asked for Rs 199/- as shipping charges for the shoes but its been 7months now and I have not received any shoes or update regarding that.

I have raised multiple complaints on their portal but no response.
I also tried calling their given contact numbers but no one answers the call.

Its a pure fraud company and along with the lie to give a free gift they also looted additional money on the name of shipping charges.
It is request you to kindly look in to matter & take immediate necesssary action for fulfill my complent.

I bought a Tata Sky DTH three months back from Compare DTH and they were also running an offer to give away free shoes with the purchase.

After the DTH purchased they also asked for Rs 199/- as shipping charges for the shoes but its been three months now and I have not received any shoes or update regarding that.

I, shanky vij, inspector of central excise, customs and service tax, from delhi and currently posted in hyderabad. As i have shifted to hyderabad from delhi so i was looking for direct to home connection for so long.In view of the searching i came across the website cold comparedth.Com located in delhi because it seemed as a genuine website. I ordered tata sky hd plus with one year subscription plan and paid then 4990 rupees. I was very sceptical in booking through the website but they called me and convinced me to book it. They call centre seems huge as whenever i try to call them a new person pick up the phone. Now after booking when i try to call them they disconnect the phone on the face without even listening to my problems. They promised me that the installation will be done on the same day but it has been more than 24 hours that i have not received any communication from them. I have called them many times like hundreds of time but they seem very unattentive and even insult me by abusing me and using abusive words. The same was not the case prior to booking as they were very calm and convincing.
After suffering so much i try to search the internet about any other complaints against the website and found many people have suffered and have lost their money buy booking through the said website. I am hereby attaching the proofs of my purchase and the invoice i got from them.

I have ordered dish tv set top box through comparedth.com. payment transferred on 2nd August and commitment was that the same will be installed within 24 hours. But nobody turned yet. And all numbers are not contactable. Also received sms from IM-VSERVE about installation but nobody called and came.The contact numbers Provided on website are carried by a person with him in market( yes, the number provided is personal mobile number) and after one time talking that person doesn't receive phone again.

I have ordered new DTH connection through this website on 1-Aug. Executive told me that they will come and installed it in 24hrs but yet not on turn up nor getting any satisfied revert from . Now not getting any revert from there end for installation. Now I want to cancel the order.

i have purchse DTH connection from online, he has promise connection will within 4hrs, i called him, he has again promise tomm will got connection, i call but they not pickuping, and pickup call and disconnect.
i request please cancelled and refund but they not reverting, not talking and not refund amt.

I have got a confirmation for my order id: cdt[protected] and i have attached the same. the problem now is they promised for installation on 31st july 2016, but i did not get any communication call or sms on the same. i tried contacting online char but they do not respond for any complaints. they only respond to new purchase. call are unanswered. now i am in situation for losing the money i have paid.
I am not sure if the company is registered or not.
I need to confirm if they are actually a company or fraud. i am looking for a refund for the amount i have paid.

I have placed order for dth on[protected], I have received mms from you stating that DTH instalation may take 4 to 24 hours. In between one your agent was calling from bangaloru enguired anout dth, you want ordinary or hd i said ordinary he is also said 4 to 24 hrs DTH will be installed.But nobody came, I have waited up to today evening 4 o'clock and i wanted to complaint..Around 4.30 pm i have received call from your tirunelveli dealer and asked me unwanted questions about my online order and I was irretted me and i said i will call you back .I request pl give suitable instruction to your dealer and intall DTH connection as early as possible and also inform me about gift voucher and how can i use it.

I paid the money for dish tv on 4th july 2016. I was promised the connection next day but there was absolutely no communication from this company. After many calls n emails, i was told on 12th july that they tried to call me once but could not contact me. Again they promised that connection will be done before 15th july. Nothing happened till 15th july. I again called them for refund & till date they have not refunded me.

I think this is a fake company and everyone will just loose their money here. i need refund amount of 1599.00 back as i do not have faith in this company at all.

I have purchased dishtv hd+recorder on date 20/07/2016. As they told installation will get on same day but still i didn't get installation. Eventhough amount had been paid ofrs.1599/-. Please deliver and install my product.
I complained three times but i getting automated mail and messages only. Company customer care center agents not contact me. Even not ready to listen or pick up my call also. This interaction with comparedth made to get bad impression.
