While searching on google for comparing the best d2h company and there services with packages, i found comparedth.com and suddenly i got the call from comparedth.com, ms. Komal on line and she offering me new dish tv hd stb installation at www.comparedth.com on 08/07/2019 and she assisting me placing the order said that the installation will be done within 4 hrs. With one offer, which is she offering me one sport shoe and voucher of rs. 2000/-. I have done my transaction of rs. 1699/- for new dish tv hd stb with one month free subsription from my credit card, but till date dish tv hd stb with one month free subsriptionnow is not installed. They are not responding on their given numbers at the time of transaction. They respond after trying to call them for continuous two hours and immedialy disconnect the call abruptly. This is to inform you that I have paid D2H connection amount but couldn't able to get the connection due to some problem. I have raised customer service to refund my amount but till now I have not received it. Kindly look into it and resolve it urgently.
