100Bestbuy.com — 100bestbuy is a fraudulent company | |||
I was called by an executive of 100bestbuy on 15-9-11 and told specifically that I would be sent an apple ipod for rs. 700. I asked him 2-3 times whether it is an apple ipod and not any local brand. Upon receiving the courier on 17-9-11 from aramex courier and checking the contents it was not an apple ipod but some local brand which DID not even have the memory card and does not even work. Their customer service number is never available. I want my money back now! and please advise me on the future course of action to undertake against this fraudulent company. you knw the people who replies good thought about 100bestbuy they are fakes, they just signd into make people like us to fool, i[censored] comment on them also they will never rply, 100bestbuy is an another meaning of fake. only one things i would say about cheating people are not living in the world they living in the hell like devils.

I purchase a combo(silk saree & watch promo) from 100bestbuy.Com worth rs 399. I receive the both the products and they are gud bt after few days the watch is not working properly. i call customer care and they replace my products with no extra charge and this time i got good product. Now i am happy with this service

I had ordered to the maroon color silk saree on 26 oct 2011 but after a week I received the product by courier, when I opened it... color was different than what I had ordered to 100bestbuy website. I had called to the 100bestbuy customer care service... and had said ti resend the product which I had actually ordered. But still I have not received...then i called there and told him to about delivery issue then the y check the my details and they given to me one tracking no and they told to me we will already send your replacement product so please check it out through given tracking no of blue dart courier
the after within 24 hour i got the replacement product and when i opened that saree is corecct color which i ordered on first time, so now i am happy

against 100bestbuy.com worth Rs 599 / including all taxes and courier charges when the delivery reach our home the and i open that product the i got one product was missing that is watch .Then i called to 100bestbuy.com customer's care executive then they told to me sorry for inconvenience due to stock inability we didn't send to you that product, but don't worry we will send asap that product and within 3-4 day i got that product watch and ladies watch it's looking good and nice quality
then that i am very happy to that for good service from 100bestbuy.com
