I purchased through 100bestbuy.com product which was Nokia C5-03 for that i made a online payment worth Rs. 8500. After receiving the product i saw that headphone had broken and i got shocked. At first i think that i have been cheated by 100bestbuy.com. then after sometime i sent a mail to 100best buy.com and they replied me replacement details and i also called customer care of 100bestbuy.com and they told me to courier the product to our side, after receiving we will send your replace product to you. Then i did courier the product to their address and within 10 days i got new product then i opened the product that was really good, so now m feel very happy and they did not charge for replacement. thanks

I ordered wrist watch+iPod worth of rupees 599 before 20days, but the thing is i got wrong product with a damage, next i called to 100bestbuy.com customer care and they told me to replace the product which i got and also they told that what ever shipping charges will be applicable 100bestbuy.com should be take care of that, and the product should be dispatch within 6-7 working days, any how i got my product within 4dayz which i ordered with a good quality, so once i wish to say thanks for took fast action
