DONT TRUST THE ONLINE STORE 100bestbuy.com, its a fraud group
This is to register a complaint as follows:
I received a call from the 100bestbuy contact no. that is given on its website +[protected]giving me the reason to believe the Caller, named Atul), on 27th Dec. 2012 at 10.39 am (the registered call duration is 5.28 minutes) informing me that I am one the ten winning contestants for the Samsung-Galaxy-Tab-2 (for which I entered by paying Rs. 399 on-line). According to him, as a pre-condition to receive this winning item Samsung galaxy tab-2, I'll be getting a courier in 3-5 days on my registered postal address (for which, a address confirmation call will be coming followed to his call) and the packet will be having a mobile with MRP Rs. 9000/- and a reference code for claiming the Samsung tab-2 (which will be looking like bank's ATM PIN no.) and I have to pay Rs. 1899 for this courier and keep this number to tell the next Caller from trhe 100Bestbuy within next 3-4 days. I asked him to sent me all this in writing on e-mail and he responded that he has done it already at 7.30 am and will be forwarding again if I do not receive it. He suggested to save the number he was calling from and said that I need to ask for his name when I make a call. I got this courier and one of my family member paid the amount Rs. 1899/- in cash. While opening the pack, I found inside a mobile product in the name of Gfive (having a written MRP Rs. 1300/- and not the stated Rs. 9000/-) and there is a plastic card in Chinese scrip and no Winning code/reference no. as was told in the call from so called Atul. Further, I have not been contacted by anyone from 100bestbuy to give me next update and the winning item Samsung Galaxy-tab-2.
Now, I need to put on records as my complaint that I have called on the given number almost everyday to contact him /any responsible costumer support person but each time my call either failed, or got disconnected. It was connected twice with some one (male voice 3 days back and once today), the Caller today informed that my name is not in the list of winners and the person named Atul is not available to get connected. I asked him to connect me with some senior officer, but he put me on hold and then disconnected.
I have written to the CEO 100bestbuy expecting a clarity on this whole episode, as I felt cheated by misinforming me, imposing a useless Gfive mobile on me (worth of throwing) and just not being reachable to address this grievance.
I want my money back and an apology for this kind of misinformation. I waited for a responsible answer and due action by a return mail from the company but in absance of the same I am compelled to take necessary legal remedy for this cheating (including putting my on-line reviews /experience sharing about this 100bestbuy website), still expecting an immediate and responsible response from the CEO's/company's end.

I REALLY DIDN'T UNDERSTAND YET WHY THESE TYPE OF FRAUD SITES ARE RUNNING SO LONG.. AS 100BESTBUY IS RUNNING FROM THE PAST 2 YEARS AND MAKES A LOT OF FRAUDS WITH INNOCENT PEOPLE.. WHY INDIAN GOVT. DIDN'T TAKE ANY ACTIONS AGAINST SUCH FRAUDS WHO ARE IN THE MARKET FROM SO LONG TIME..
NOW, I WANT TO TELL YOU MY STORY : -
I made an order on 17/11/2012 but didn't received the product yet after more then 1.5 months..
Product is : Omron HEM 7203 Upper Arm Bp Monitor
I made a call on their customer support number and they told me that product is not available.. and advice me to select some other product..
I told them that i already search your whole site and i din't need any other product..And kindly refund my amount..
They give me an other e-mail ID ([protected]@suksh.com) and told me to send my concern to this person as he/she is dealing in refund's only..
I send the mail almost 3 times to this e-mail ID but didn't get any response.. I again interact with them through e-mail as you feel very lucky if anybody make response on phone.. they answer 1 out of 10 calls and other nine you have to disconnect after a long wait..
So, I again interact with them through e-mails and they told me that they will refund the amount in 3-5 working days.. But when i again contact them after 5 working days.. They stop replying my e-mails.. I made a call today and they disconnect the phone.. when i talk to them about this whole process..
I have all e-mails record they send to me.. IS there is something which can help me out..
AFTER THIS INCIDENT I DO NOT PREFER ANYBODY TO GO FOR ONLINE SHOPPING FROM 100BESTBUY.COM...
I M SO MUCH HARASSED BY 100BESTBUY.COM AND SUKSH.COM
SO, IS there something which is going to help me out.. OR anybody suggest me how can i use the consumer court..
I GOT A MAIL 7 DAYS AGO THAT YOUR REFUND IS IN PROCESS... BUT WHEN I AM TRYING TO CONTACT THEM AFTER 7 WORKING DAYS.. NO BODY RESPOND..
