I have purchased MICROMAX mobile 6 month back now track ball is not working due to which i am not able to unlock the mobile. I want a replacement of the piece, not getting any support from the store mobitime at lower parel

micromax dont have QUALITY product, it has only QUANTITY product.

I HAve purchased X550 Qube, it's not possible to connect to the Internet on my PC using this phone and even the PC sync software is installed in my PC but still the phone is not detected when it is connected to the PC(using Vista)..
And also I tried to connect directly from network and sharing center but it displayed a error message saying "The modem hardware might not be proper".. Please help me out with this..

I had purchased q3 on 7.8.2010. It is not working (Dead) I had given this set to your service station sameer telecom c-28/2 Thane rd Bhajanpur Delhi 50 on 6.10.2010. But there is no response. PLs get this repaired immeditely.

I purchased Laava Model KKT 22 from Mobile Gallaxy Marve Road, Malad (W), Mumbai on 28.08.2010. Within 15 days its display became faulty. I appraoched the dealer who forwarded me to Anish Cell Care Dadar. I submitted my phone and complaint vide no. [protected] on 14.9.2010. Inspite of repeated reminders nothing has been done. There is only one reply that they have not received the spares. A very nonsense after sales service. Laava has no trustworthy after sales service.

I required MicroMax Mobile Service Centers in Hyderabad.

sir i have took micromax q5 from chikmagalur of karnataka from champak enterprises now when i am listening the music frm headphone whn i remove the head phone it is creating the problem now i am not able to speak the call with out the headphone so i am facing huge problem i have to ncarry every time thehead phone in pockets which is very frustating job pls i need a solution for these problem otherwise i will go to consumer court.

I am an unsatisfied customer of Micromax Q5.
I bought a phone Micromax Q5 on 9 March 2010. In 8 months this is the 7 times I am submitting my phone in a service centre. (5 times in jabalpur and 2 times in indore)
On the every second day the trackball of the mobile phone stopped working and earphon pluging/plugout automatically when i tuched trackball . It took around one week get to get repaired. There after it worked well for next 3 days .
it again took them 5 days to repair the same.now its mic is not working i have to talk loudly it needs to be replaced.
4 times i gave it to Jabalpur Service center and 2 times in indore.. now since 10 days on indore service center i visited multiple to received my phone.. but they are making me fool and saying to come after 20 days..
Please let me know whom should i speak to incase i need a better service.

I HAVE PURCHASE MY EZPAD Q5 FROM YRI ROAD 4 MONTHS BACK, THE ROLLER IS NOT WORKING IN BETWEEN THE MIC/SPEAKER FAILED TO WORK. YOUR SERVICE CENTRE FIRST REFUSED TO ACCEPT THE UNIT, WHEN I SHOUTED AT THEM, THE TOOK THE PEACE IN SIDE AND AFTER TEN MINUTES THEY SAY THE PEACE IS OK. I COME BACK NOW EVEN THE ROLLER IS NOT WORKING. TODAY TO GO TO USELESS SERVICE CENTRE IT COST 200 RS PETROL AND THEN THIS BEHAVIOUR..MY CELL M-IME [protected]..KINDLY ADVICE HOW AND WHERE DO I GIVE MY SET FOR REPAIRS. I have purchased micromax Q6 mobile phone on 12/08/2010 from Goel Mobile Store, Khanpur.my mobile Screen glass has been broken for 1 and half month before. I have been complaint so many times to Prince communication service center and goel mobile store. but both are not performing for my complaint. they tell me glassses are not available. and today 14/10/2010 my mobile display has gone.

I Kindly arrange a Screen Glasses micromax Q6 and check my phone display. so that I used this mobile. Otherwise i will go to consumer court for complaint against micromax company.

Micromax — Fleecing money by Service Centre

The services provided micromax service centre at shadipur (patel nagar) near satyam cinema are very bad. They are in the look out for customers to charge heavily. On some pretext or the other they even try to fleece money from warranty customers. Usually they repair old parts and argue that the parts are replaced and new. For the parts they charge according to their whims and fancies. To change the trackball which does not get damaged other than physical damage they charge Rs. 900. A Q5 phone costs only Rs. 3400 but their servicing charges are very high. They are also not very customer sensitive becos they behave in a rude manner and forcefully change parts.. Very bad service
