my acer laptop key board is not working pls call me on this no. [protected]

i had bought an acer aspire4710z before 5 months.
from very beginning power key is needed to turn off computer.
so please suggest me what o do?

my acer laptop i got feed up i have got he laptop before six months now two keys r not working (/ ; ) these r the two keys which is not working so please say me what to do were is the service center for this please say me [protected]

We have purchased a laptop of Acer 3 years back .Now up/down key buttons are non operating .Pls.suggest where to go for repair.

My Aspire laptopn had its 'B' key comming out. I went to Acer service center and they put the blame on me. Is this how Acer makes money. Please report the same if any one has same problem.

I don't think ACER should act like this. They should attend to the genuine complaints

I purchase acer laptop from your retail.it has problem that its operating system is 64bit insted of 32bit.thats why most of my softwares not working.at the time of purchase no one told me about that.so it is not usable to me.what can I do.
Please tell me,also give me the address of it authorised service center in vashi.
please do the needful.
