I don't know which service is activated on my no. And I m not getting any service messages from the company even I have subscribed for DND service so its impossible to activate any service on my no. By a call or message ...

And if it is activated then why I m not getting any message of the service...

I called on customer care from the no. [protected] and complained for this the service advisor misbehaved and disconnected the call...

So i request aircel to please call me on the no. [protected]. And provide me a betterservice and i also want the refund. For this wrong service activation...

    Sir, I bought aircel 3g data card and i recharged 277 frc upon which I shouldve got 2 gb usage 3g n unlimited 2g after consuming the 3g data. But I get to use 3g only about 200 mb each day no matter how much 3g balance i have left unused. and that too in the morning time specially around 7 -8 am. I have complained about it n no one have intimidated to me bout it yet although its been about a week. My no. is [protected]. And the customer care personnel are so rude , sometimes they even cut the line whenever I called them for registering complaint. It took me 4 to 5 turns of speaking to the executives to register the complaint. Also the complaint line is often busy . Worst service I have ever experienced. And the 2 g is so slow that it takes more than 5 minutes to even completely load the facebook homepage. And to my surprise these things r happening even though i have full network. My pin code is 786125 n they said that i have full 3g network here.... MY URGE IS NEVER TO USE AIRCEL..WORST SERVICE PROVIDER... RS. 1800 DOWN THE DRAIN..

      Aircel s one of d worst network i hav ever seen .Dey r simply activating sme unwanted packs like all channel tv,weekly news and al without our own knowledge and latter if we cal to the customrer care n ask dem to deactivate it and refund d amt dey say its nt refundable and dey also dnt respond properly im going to lodge a consumer complaint.Dey hav activate sme useless channel pack and charged 40rs simply if i cal to d customer care n tel dem to refund dey say its nt refundable.Dis s bull service.Pls dnt go for aircel at al.

      i am also having Aircel network.
      in that unwanted plans to show when am browsing. it will happen to activate any of the plan to subscribe with aircel.they will cheating & get my money up to Rs75 .Please help to close this issue..

        My mobile number is [protected]. Few days back some service message has got activated without permission and money has been automatically deducted from my prepaid connection.
        I've registered a complaint and got confirmation that the service will be deactivated immediately (through message also). But after some time, got the service message again.
        If the service provider does not stop sending me the messages and if they deduct any amount from my account, will definitely take action against them.

          I am customer of Aircel since launch of Aircel in Coimbatore i.e for the 13 years. We had more than 20 connections in our company and because of the poor service of this operator all the connections were shifted to Vodafone barring one. Now suddenly I am getting a message that my account is debited Rs.10.00 towards renewal of powerplay. I am director of Pvt.Ltd., company and the handset for this connection is Nokia 6303i which cannot support downloading and playing games. When I contacted the customer service executive he says I have downloaded games. This is ridiculous, if the debit is not reversed in a couple of days I will be forced to change operator. I briefed whatever I have written here to that operator but of to no avail.

              Payment was collected by Aircel representative from billing address on 18/02/13 and my Bankers debited
              my account on 22/02/13. On 04/03/12 myself contact customer care and their reply was payment received on
              18/02/13 & line disconnected on 28/02/13, reason not known to CC representative. Again today I contact
              CC representative Mr.Yasin Sayed and reply was your line was disconnected on 27/02/13 but reason not known to him.Till 07/03/13 so many people informed me that your line is temporarily out of order that is the
              reply from your Mob No. [protected].Reason of delay of payment due to AIRCEL stores was closed on 09/02/13 at sector -18, Noida. The same was complaint to Aircel CC Representative and they collect the
              payment on 18/02/12 from my billing address. I ask to AIRCEL customer care what is the reason of disconnection of my Mob.No.:[protected] ? They are not in a position to reply of my enquiry.
              Please look into the matter and resolved the matter.

                i am syed ,
                i recharged my aircel mobile with Rs.198 3G Pack today 7.3.2013 at 8.55pm .
                My AIRCEL NUMBER IS [protected] .
                I did my recharge with airtel money .The recharge was successful on my airtel money and the 198 rupees was debited from it.
                I also confirmed the customer care of Airtel.
                But when i contact the AIRCEL they say that no recharge was done till now after 2 hours.
                They are not responding .
                The money 198 rupees is not just a thing ,its very important.
                So please do my recharge as soon..

                    on my aircel no [protected] i received message regarding activation of pocket internet services yesterday at10.27 pm while no such request had gone from this side. i unsubscribed from the service and today at about 2.43 pm i received the message again regarding activation of the service. immediately i contacted aircel customer care and they assured me that rs. 10 will be refunded and I got the SMS regarding the same and about unsubscribe from the service. but within one hour I received another SMS regarding activation of the service and deduction of rs.5 I contacted customer care again but the behaviour of customer relation was totally irresponsible'
                    , unwarranted and ridiculous. I fail to understand why they are activating these services and silence of trai regarding this

                      I have recharged my Prepaid Aircel Number [protected] with Rs.30 on 4-March-2013 , but around around Rs 20 from my pre-paid balance had been debited for the Dialer Tune services which I haven't subscribed. I had tried to deactivate the dialer Tune services even after raising a request for un-subscribing the dialer tune the provider hasn't deactivated the Dialer tune service from the account.

                        I purchased a new Aircel connection that comes bundled with some free internet usage to try out their network. I topped up the account by Rs.50 and added an SMS Rate Cutter pack for Rs.55. My balance as on March 5, 2013 was about Rs.47.

                        On March 6, 2013, my phone did a reboot and on turning it back on, I received a message that the cost of the last message was Rs.5 and my current balance showed up as Rs.27.

                        When I called customer care to inform this and request a refund, I was brusquely by some lady informed a VAS service was activated and they can't do anything about it. She offered to deactivate it and immediately disconnected before I could determine how the "service" was activated.

                        I called "customer care" again and was informed no such thing was activated, to my astonishment. I was requested to confirm by calling 500010 which I did and found nothing was activated.

                        So I called "customer care" again and after explaining the issue, was told to hold on the line - which disconnected of course.

                        And I called "customer care" yet again and was informed it I was sent an SMS from Aircel which would activate the service unless I sent "NO" to not activate it. I did not receive this SMS and this sounds like some unfair malpractice if they can activate "services" like this at their whims and fancy. Easy way for them to cheat customers out of their money. On informing this, the lady immediately disconnected before I could question how they could activate something without my permission.

                        After this, my calls to "customer care" were not attended by those irresponsible agents who had probably red-listed my number. I waited without disconnecting for 13 minutes after which the call disconnected by itself. Same case for the next two times.

                        In short, I would like to warn you all that Aircel activates services without permission and expects you to find it out by yourself. They don't refund the money either and if you question them, they block your calls. If my phone had not rebooted, I wouldn't have discovered this issue until after my balance reached Zero - which is what they are hoping will happen to their customers. This company doesn't seem to be interested in a long term customer relationship and wants to simply grab what little it makes in as short a time as possible.

                        I doubt our beloved Consumer Courts and TRAI will address this issue as it looks like the Government is only interested in extorting our money, placing ridiculous constraints on our communication capabilities, raising prices and creating a bad standard of life in general.

                        I am cutting up this sim and throwing it away right now.

                          In January, while dialing a number to check validity a amount of 178 got deducted.(There was a 3 month rate cutter in Aircel for 178 till december which was not available now). When i asked customer care the told, "some how rate cutter got activated so we extend your validity till may". Again from 1st of march the validity didnt work, i tried contacting them i didnt get proper response. The associates are not giving proper response and behaving rudely.

                          for srevicing my nokia 3600s set i ve gone to nokia care thrissur(manichithra arcade11/596,31,veliyannor road,near mathrubhumi press,thrissur6800021)on 12/10/10 eveningbetween 4pm to6.30pm)My set problem was not getting started.one of your male staff (customer care) checked my set after removed the battery.After checking the set he returned they are not received my set because the set board damaged set was in assembled condition.after reaching my home ichecked the mobile and found batterry was not in that set.On next day(13/10/10) evening again igone to the same nokia care i met the same person but the reply was very disappointing and he behaved rushly without manners.battery is still there in nokia care but he was not ready to reconfirm my complaint.for getting back my battery wt ican do? plse help me for a solution

                          I had submitted a complaint to customer care by email on 19th December, nobody has even bothered to respond back. Going to file a Criminal complaint against Aircel. (ERN[protected]GTJB)

                          Recently Aircel advertised Rs.150 worth calls on recharge of Rs.135. When I went to the vendor he was surprised to find that the message received said valid only till 7th March (about 3 weeks only). Well I had no option but to accept the same. However, as against regular 1.2 paise per second, they are charging 1.5 paise per second! It means clearly cheating. Whereas I had only to use the amount within 3 weeks, the charges per call are on higher side.

                            I m using aircel in srinagar. my number is[protected], I purchased a aircel sim card on 15th of jan, 2013. I using of postpaid plan 499 with get unlimited internet, but when i started using pocket internet, browsing/surfing was not gud beacause of one page open but when i use second page start for open its show web page not found, download was very poor, when i try to download a file which is more than 750kb-1mb, it doesn't downloads the full file, it gets paused, and now after 5 days the browsing is also getting poor and downloading is literally 'nill', this is pure cheating and looting by them in the name of free unlimited internet.sir please help me

                              i am your old customer. my no is [protected].but it was deactivated on 21st February2013.
                              on 28th February i paid old balance 668/-rupees and activation charge 300/- rupees westmambalam aircel city office. till now my no has not activated.i am running post to pillar for activation.but the result is zero.your they are threatening me .can u help me activate this no.

                                Aircel is a cheat company,
                                My no. [protected] has recharged with Rs 22 roaming free voucher for 30 days on 13-feb-2013, but it stops working and incoming calls last week without any notice and also it has shows the left balance in it but no incoming & outgoing even i recharged it with rs 200 as per company rule 2 months ago. then why it says the number you called doesn't exist. Just start my number as by now.
                                In my another no also I recharged the same amount with Rs 22 but the call rate in change to Re 1 per minute while the company says 1p/sec for 30 days validity. so aircel cheat the customer and no one is listening.

                                Problem is in no. [protected] when I call from other phone it says "The number you have called is not available, Please check the number and dial again." Got call from customer care and they says that your problem will solved by 5:30 PM but yet now its not solved.
                                Yet the problem not solved, help me soon
                                roming recharge not working ...my no. Is [protected] . Yesterday i have recharge with 22 ... But aircel cutting incoming cost 1 rupee mint ... This is bihar no. And now i am at bangalore ...
                                Aircel is no more a valuable company so i think for mnp

                                  I am using aircel internet plan of rs301 which gives unlimited data with no speed capping but aircel has capped my speed to 5kb/s. I have activated this plan because in this plan there is no speed capping and speed capping is only in plan 14 and 98....
                                  I want justice.even they have marked on their official website that in plan 14 speed will be capped after 250mb and in rs 98 plan speed will be capped after 2gb but in other plan there will be no speed capping.
                                  now low speed is frustrating. also in local stores there is a banner on which its written that speed capping is only in 14 and 98 rs plan.
                                  please help me.

                                      i bought AIRCEL 3G dongle few days back for Rs.1500 and done FRC Rs277 but after consuming 1GB data now unable to open any internet page.
                                      it is getting connect through modem but page not opening, download speed is showing 0.

                                        I had purchased a post paid connection of Aircel pocket internet and have been using their service for the last 6 months. according to my plan 198 I was supposed to get a download speed of 3.1 Mbps for 1 GB and thereafter i was supposed to get a speed of 128 kbps. After 1 GB of download I am getting a speed of 25 kbps and I am not able to log on to most of the sites including Facebook and certain blogging sites. Even the Google page takes ages to load. I tried to call the company's help line at 198 from a registered Aircel account but no one would respond. The IVR would put me on long hold (duration ranging from 30 to 40 minutes) and then automatically disconnect. I tried to call several times but with same results. I need help to so that action can be taken against the erring company. The company promised 3.1 Mbps of speed but I never got more than 1.8 Mbps of speed. The norm the world over is the customer is guranteed a speed of 75% of which is promised. My post paid connection number is [protected].

                                        Aircel — Horrible Service

                                        1. I took an aircel connection from chandan nagar, and submitted the documents.
                                        2. The sales person of the distributor verified the documents in front of me and the retailer and okeyed the documents.
                                        3. But after 3 days, the outgoing facility stopped.
                                        4. As I was using a different mobile, I just waited for few days.
                                        5. After another 10 days, incoming facility also stopped.
                                        6. I contacted the retailer. He contacted the distributor.
                                        7. They said that they have already submitted the documents.
                                        8. I contacted with customer support. They said that, there are some problems with the documents.
                                        9. They suggested me to resubmit the documents, without informing me, what is the problem.
                                        10. I contacted with distributor. They said that even they can not say what is the problem.
                                        11. Then I contacted with the retailer. He again contacted the distributor and finally told me that I have to resubmit the document.
                                        12. I did so. The retailer told me that the number will be activated within a day.
                                        13. Now 3 days passed. I am calling the retailer, distributor and the customer care again and again but no result.
                                        14. I am frustrated now.
                                        That’s very frustrating I know but you can visit the nearest Aircel outlet and submit the your documents, that will solve your problem for sure.
                                        I do agree that AIRCEL service is a BIG NUISANCE. Facing the same problem. And when we call the customer care they answer in a very neutral way. The Aircel Senior authorities are available only after 10:30am. But they are the biggest nuisance. Even their reply comes on a neutral gear. We have to just run from pillar to post and gain nothing. So I suggest that please DO NOT MAKE A MISTAKE BY BUYING AN Aircel Connection.
