FRAUD AIRCEL COMPANY HAS CHARGED ME WITHOUT MY APPROVAL FOR - LOVE TIPS AND MISSED CALL REMINDERS. WHICH I HAVE NOT REQUESTED FOR. I HAVE RAISED COMPLAINTS ABOUT THAT, THEIR RESPONSE IS SO STUPID, THEY ARE SAYING I MUST PRESSED WRONG BUTTON DURING THE MONTH OF DECEMBER 2008 SO THE CHARGES WE ARE ON. FOR THEIR KIND INFORMATION I WAS NOT IN INDIA I WAS IN ABROAD WITH THE AIRCEL CHIP. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. THEY SHOULD BE FINED HEAVILY FOR THIS TYPE OF ACTIVITY. Aircel — unauthorised charge
my mobile no. is [protected] ...aircel activated of hockey alerts service without my permision within 30 min interval date on 8 march till today 5 times activated this service i have complant custmer care but no one taking action .....and 1 caller tune activated to my no. without my permission......plz refill my amount balancei have lost 65 rs till now plz help ......
Hockey alerts is an automated service and there should be an authorisation from the customer. The promotional calls and messages can be the reason for that when responded, in order to avoid such in future get your DND service activated

following message and steals Rs.7/-
"Sparsh is renewed at Rs. 7.0 for 7 days.To listen or unsubscribe dial 5800065"
When i dial the above no. they don't give any option to unsubscribe.
I think its thousand times easier to activate any service on aircel than to deactivate......
When i try customer care or complaint desk they don't connect/recvieve my call !

Marne k baad b saale paise leke jaaenge !
Sharam naam ki koi cheej hogi toh ab shayad deactivate kr denge !
