Aircel — Service withdrawn in Udupi And Mangalore

Sir,
Aircel has withdrawn services in Udupi and Manglore(Karnataka). I want a proper reason for that. There are so many customer who don't want change their operator from aircel..... So please reopen services in These 2 district of Karnataka.

Aircel — automatic subscription of service

Aircel is always deducting balances activating its own services against my number([protected]). when ever i recharge my number, automatically 15-30rs gets deducted activating any service.Whenever i call on 198,costomer care executive always tells me that service is activated by me.It fustraits me a lot.today also balance deducted.aircel should give me compensasion

Aircel — Unnecessary bills

This is regards to my Aircel number, which I had requested for disconnection. They first asked me to clear Rs1105/- against this number to proceed with the cancellation. I cleared this payment then and there and asked to proceed with the cancellation (please note that the SIM was no longer used since that day).

I received a reply 2 days hence for clearing Rs.160/- against this number. 2 days later I received an e-mail to clear Rs.193/- due on this number (not sure what this amount was as I was not using this SIM).

The amounts suddenly increased and I received repeated requests to clear my bill amount. Kindly note that I have made a payment whatever I have used for.

I received a call recently from an Aircel executive asking me to clear my dues. Who gives these individuals the authority to talk to me like "pay kab karoge...kab ha....” when they do not know head or tail of the situation? At the same time I receive e-mails asking for the payment and they have also sent people to my residence to collect the money. PUT AN END TO THIS BEFORE I TAKE ANY A

I have all the proofs, which state that I asked for cancellation, they gave me an outstanding amount and I cleared it. Why are they behind it for more money.

I would want this nuisance to stop before I escalate this matter further.

I am using aircel network nearly 5 years but it is a worst network compared to all because in my mobile i cannot browsing the internet but they automatically receiving data.i complaint many time but no response from now onwards my balance nearly 100rupees were reduced...very very bad ...about 20 aircel sims are using by our family members they also told worst...thatswhy now i decided to portable my number to other useful network and also my family members...thanks aircel bye bye bye...

Aircel — Dialer Tune has activated automatically

My dialler tone has activated automatically yesterday. Tried to call you immediately but didn’t get any reply from Aircel customer support. This is really irritating that I'm being auto subscriber of different packs of aircel without any information.
Please deactivate this facility and refund for the same shortly.
