[Resolved]  Aircel — my sim is not working

my sim is not working when i inserted it into my mobile.
for few days it is working now it is not working other sims are working in same mobile
can u solve my problem my aircel no:[protected] if need to contact me [protected].this both are andhra pradesh sims

I purchased a new SIM card for myself no: [protected] on 2nd June 2016. After the address verification I am asked to do a FRC (first time recharge) and I have recharged the SIM for rs 50.00. However, until now the SIM card is not working. Customer care executive asked me to go to the service centre to solve the problem.

Is this the way Aircell works? Soon after I purchased a SIM card, I am asked to go to the service centre. I am surprised to hear this.

Is this problem will be resolved or shall I go and purchase another SIM card from another service provider? Can someone look into this problem and respond.

We verified your number and found that due to TV failure the same was not activated on 3/6/2016.You need Need to do FRC to activate the same.
