Dear Sir/ Madam,

Please note I have taken a connection on 22.10.09 vide no. [protected] and on 23.10.09 the Aircell mobile service provider has forcefully deduct Rs.30/- for Dial- A- Tune charge. While asking the Customer Care it has been inform that I have requested the same on 11.10.09. I do not understand how it can be possible that SIM has been activated on 22nd but the request has been placed 12 days in advance of activation....

Please cancel all the subscriptions 4 which i am being unneccesarily charged. These are voice chat, cricket news updates and hello tune. So please cancel the same as early as possible. I tried using nos. 58000 and 57000 for cancellation of hello tune and voice chat respectively but in vain, only further money goes wasting. I'm waiting for your responsive action. My mobile no. I have lost my Aircel sim in my Car on 21st October 2009.so i called to the aircel customer care to block the sim .and the executive name :Avishek Singh behaved with me very rudely and he have not lodge my compliant .i requested him many time that if anything wrong will happen with my no than who will tke the responsibility.than he hanged the phone....so i requested kindly look into my matter.

This is Anuradha Gupta From Kanpur(Uttar Pradesh), I have purchased an aircell sim card from a retailer Bala Ji Telecom (Mall Road) 1.5 months ago & accordingly i have submitted customer detail form, photographs, my voter id copy as a indian residential proof.That time i requested to the retailer to submit the form detail carefully & he has assured me that he will do his job.besides it i do not use this sim regularly, i used it only...

Recently i have taken an AIRCEL mobile the main reason is they have good record in TAMIL NAMDU and KERELA state....and more over they introduced second pulse 1p/sec whole of india...so i have taken it.


After i have taken just i called up customer care and i heard a IVRS voice saying only 1000secs of STD calls it would be charged 1p/sec and after tht it will be 2p/sec and for more details i called up customer care and...

Without knowing me why u subscribe the Imehfil-e-Timepass in my mobile no.
Plz as soon as possible unsubscribe it.

i changed my student lifetime sim to 1 pisa per sec plan.
in that they not specify the entire plan after changed to it.
they sms just the call rates, not about msg
now i want to change to old plan
they not giving option to this
lock this complaint...

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had visited to Aircel office located in C.P. in front of PVR Plaza to recharge my Aircel mobile. I told my number to the executive (Mr.Kashif) to recharge the amount of Rs.200/- but by mistake he has recharge the amount to sum another number that is [protected].
He informed me the amount has gone to this number and it is in working condition and the amount could not refund now.
I tried this number...

I'm a student & purchased aircel sim with lifetime validity. when I wanted to use it which was in the validity period. I was surprised to find that the incoming & the outgoing call's have been barred. So I called the customer care executive(cce) he replied that due to the non submission of the document's it is barred (but i have submitted voter identity card & photo). He said to submit the same at mehdipatnam. So...

I have taken a aircel SIM no mentioned above on dated 05.10.09 from Aman Mobile distributors Road No.1 Jagdishpur and I am submitted all related documents on 07.10.09 but my documents will not be forwarded by the Aman Mobile distributors after that some SMS I was received from the customer care of Aircel and than I was informed to the Aman Mobile distributors than he will be forwarded my documents to the next distributor Mr....

I have taken a prepaid connection - ( No. [protected]) from Kerala circle of Aircel.
The documents provided to obtain the connection along with the application were a self attested copy of my PAN card and the latest BSNL Land phone bill in original.
My connection was terminated after a week saying that the address proof is not sufficient.
The application form says that as ID proof PAN card and as address proof Telephone...

last day i got a sms from aircel . the message was about an option to change the network logo... to change the logo type : mylogo<space>font size<space>new logo and send to specified service number.. sms cost 3 rs and service is free .. lot of my friends send message as they want to change logo in to their lovers name , in my friends circle the number is more than 20 . but later nothing happened other than we lost 3 rs each...
