[Resolved]  Aircel — online gprs

I requested for GPRS by sending SMS to Aircel. But they send the service is alredy activated. When I called customer care they asked me to go to aircell cell city(Customer care centres)for maniula setings. But cell city in tirupur are bill collection centres and they dont know technical details. Cell city people redirected me to Customer care. I have called morethan 70 times the customer care in the span of 90 days, each time different person are picking up and misleading me. Still it is not activated for me.

need to activate GPRS...calling but no reply from aircell call centre
No GPRS connection, , no proper billing details. extra charges.always network problem.No response in customer care service. Plz develop like vodafone in custome service and airtel in GPRS...
in aircel thrills ze can browse only yahoo mail and messenger and some of the web sites.they must launch the full yahoo access in aircel thrills wap site.

I am using J600 SAMSUNG mobile and using Aircel card, now i want to download a cricket game in my mobile, samsung service centre said first i have to activate the GPRS, i dont know to activate the GPRS, i have asked in customer care but i cannot clear with their words, now i want to download a game, please do needful

ZN200 — cell not cool

i have the motorola ZN200 from 5 months.i mean the cell is too slow and hangs frequently.the slider is very bad and loose .because of this there are scratches on all the chrome around.the bluetooth a2dp doesnt even work properly with the cells with a2dp also.the transfers takes so much time, one can sleep for a moment.and spending this much money for the name, i didnt expected this from motorola.very disappointed

Vodafone Prepaid — initialization of unwanted schemes

Dear Sir/Madam

I am a student and have vodaone prepaid. Since last 2 months automatic subscriptions have been made by vodafone to my number due to which each time my balance is reduced to negative.

In March: Rs.36 were deducted
In April: Rs. 49 are deducted.

I lodged two complaints in the customer care center from phone where i was give two complaint numbers at each time of complaint.
Still my complaint was unadressed. Then finally i made a written complaint in the prescribed form to vodafone. But still no body took any steps to even look into the matter.

Due to lack of time i ignored the matter as my exams are going on. But today again this has happened.

So my faith on Vodafone has been strongly shaken that in this company there is no say for any prepaid customer.

So i kindly request you to look into the matter and credit my precious balance as soon as possible as today my balance is negative and i am neither able to make any call nor i am able to send any messages from my SMS Card.

It is also requested to please look into the complaints from your record which i had made one month back so that i also have a proof of the same which will help me to carry any further proceedings.

I will wait for just 48 hours after which i will move to the consumer forum and make the company liable for all the inconveniences caused to me.

i want aircel GPRS dial up code to run internet in my laptop... i have called there customer care for 20 times ... they r not telling anything and misleading us... aircel really sucks!!! can anyone know what the code is????

Incase you faced again Error 734: The PPP link control protocol was terminated error then goto desktop and right click on my computer and select manage. Then select device manager and select the modem. expand it to see the modem. then just double click on it and select Advanced and put this in extra initialization commands
AT+cgdcont=1, "IP", "aircelgprs.com"

I am using Samsung SGH E250 cell phone .I get aircel wap setting as a Scrap and i am not able to install it.Pleaseeeeeeeeeeee.help me.
