[Resolved]  Aircel — deduction of balance

Dear sir/madam
I have got aircel mob no.[protected].i have activated pocket internet monthly plan of Rs 98 on 29 may 2012.On 08 of jun while browsing they deducted my my whole amount of Rs 122 .On asking to customercare they said your 3G service is on and we have charged for that.I told them that i did not make any request for 3G service,how you can start it without my consent, Though my pocket internet balance was sufficient,instead of charging from pocket internet they duducted my balance of Rs 122.i have raised the compalaint([protected]) but response was negative.
This is one kind of cheating,whenevever there is sufficient amount is balance these companies their own starts the paid service without your consent/request or information and charge undue amounts from custmores.
pls help and guide me how to resove the issue.

and activate music connect automatic from your service provider and deduct my balance of rs 30.00 so i want my balance and stop music connect service
I am Avijit Chowdhury from Kolkata. My Aircel no. is [protected]. For last few months, Aircel is frequently sending me a msg ;Thanks for subscribing music connect of Rs. 30.00 for 30 days validity and they are deducting Rs.30 from my account without any reason. WShenever I check for any service I always get a reply that I am not subscribed to any service. This is really frustrating for me. I hope Aircel will look into this matter and do the necessary action
my no is [protected] . there is a deduction of balance for which i complained several times but no resoulution to that complain have been given till date . from last more than 40 days i am suffering. take a strict action on this
automatically balance is deducted..i had not initiated any service or scheme..they themselves activate one or the other service and deduct my balance
There is a continuous deduction of Balance from my account from last few days.I don't know why.Customer care people never pickup my calls.
If any activation is done from your end for any pack, deactivate it now.

tried to take a loan of 10 rs on 6/4/2015 but amount was not approved and instead deducted my balance for that loan which was not approved right day tried to have a talk with customer care but couldn't unable to connect the call after selecting the option what an worse rendering of services by this awful network never experienced this kind of services with any of the networks very awful and worst services hassling the customers by deducting there balances please do not avail this network this is not for the first time i am enduringit its reccuring again and again with this useless network instead i could rate this network as -100/100 if the option is provided

I am a user of your service with prepaid no. [protected]. Yesterday an invalid deduction of Rs.50 took place from my account on behalf of internet usage.
I was using Rs24 pack earlier. The cost for excess data should be 2ps/kb. That results in 80kbs usage to less than Rs.2.
Continuous deductions are taking place since then even after signing off the data services. Similar deductions took place in past as well.
Kindly look into the matter and refund my amount as soon as possible.
Some unwanted aircel deals have been activated to my mobile from 1month due to this when I recharged my whole balance was deducted by aircel.When I call 198 I did not get any correct responce.Almost 120 rs was deducted by aicel during this period.I want deactive all these deals or sevices from my mobile and never activated any such deals to my mobile no.[protected]. I also need all my money back

ON 24 MAY DEDUCTION OF 16 RS. MADE FROM MY ACCOUNT WHICH MOBILE NO-[protected], EXECUTIVE TOLD ME THAT THIS DEDUCTION MADE AGAINST GPRS(NET) USAGE, BT AT THAT TIME WHEN DEDUCTION MADE, I HAD DATA IN MY ACCOUNT, UR EXECUTIVE TOLD ME THAT HE LAUNCHED COMPLAINT, BT TILL NOW I DID'NT GET REFUND FROM U.

I have recharged my mobile no. [protected] with 155 rs. on date[protected] and got 40 rs in main balance but 30 rupees deducted as a vas pack renewd video talkies on date[protected] while i confirm on date[protected] that there is any vas service activated on my number but the aircel customer care sent me sms that there is no vas services activated at my number. So how they renewed the service so please this is my humble request that please resoleve this problme and refund my balance
i activate a five rupees net pack with 30 MB data and 1 day Validity when i use this i have a balance of 52 rupees when i have been used 29 MB data i disconnect from internet after this when i check my balance it shows i have only 11 rupees balance.
this is happened with me many times i talk to customer care they said that u used ur data and that's why my balance is deducted
if this continues then i want to change my SIM portability
My Aircel Mobile Number [protected] Is From Rajasthan. On 27th June At 04:02 p.m.
I got A message receiving deduction of balance of Rs 28.. I contacted at customer care but no response is received by me.
I Request You to refund my balance that has been deducted. And I request that immediate action should be taken on company for such actions.
hi sir, without any reason nd any information how can u cut my balance..at afternoon i have recharged to data plans with 24rs nd main balance with 60rs..and i have used 5rs of 60rs and now my balance is jst 10rs ..how can u do dis with me..i need my 50rs back to my acount..if not i have 2 talk with your higher authorities..
