I HAVE 3G AIRTEL DONGLE AND HAD MADE RECHARGE OF RS. 750/- ON MY MOBILE NUMBER [protected]. I HAVE MADE COMPLAIN SO MANY TIMES TO AIRTEL NUMBER [protected] THEY SAY WAIT FOR SOMETIME YOUR COMPLAIN IS BEING FORWARDED AND WILL GET IT RECTIFIED WITHIN FEW HOURS. WHEN AIRTEL CHARGES RS 750/- FOR 30 DAYS AND IS NOT ABLE TO SOLVE THE COMPLAINT FOR 6 DAYS I ASK COMPANY WHO WILL PAY FOR 6 DAYS WHICH IS ALSO NOT CONFIRMED THAT IT WILL BE SOLVED AND AT TIME OF SELL AIRTEL COMPANY SAYS YOUR COMPLAINT WILL SOLVED SHORTLY. WHAT KIND OF SERVICES THEY ARE PROVIDING. IF ANY FURTHER CONTACT HAS TO BE DONE MY CELL NO IS [protected]. I ASK AIRTEL COMPANY TO COMPENSATE ME FOR LOSS OF TIME TILL WHEN MY INTERNET CONNECTION DOES NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY

I have made complaint after complaint about the dongle showing the 'connected' status and the internet not workign...over last 10 days, they did not resolve my issue...Suman, Nadiri and Karan were utmost unprofessional, speaking lies and giving false assurances that I will receive a call back

nobody is doing anything about complaints...they are a bunch of cheats

I am a customer having 3G Dongole and its number is [protected] for the past seven days its not properly connected & also speed is very low even after regular remittance o[censored]sage bill .Further my station is at Bangalore and my airtel contact number is [protected] please do the need full at the earliest since I am entierly dependent on internet for my work.
