I am Vinod Tanwani, customer of Airtel Digital TV from last 20-24 months (customer number -- [protected]) . I am facing disconnection from yesterday. Today I called customer care to resolve the issue. (ref no[protected]
I told them that my preferred time to visit service engineer is 7.30 PM, they told OK.
I got call from engineer (from number [protected]) and he told me that we will visit my home at 5 PM, I told him that my preferred time is 7.30 so come after that.
He was extremely RUDE, he told me that I will not come at 7.30, I dont know what you talked to customer care, then I disconnected the phone saying that I will talk to customer care.
I again called to customer care and explained the situation and also complaint about that RUDE engineer , customer care executive said that they will send some one at 7.30PM today,
No one visited my home till 8 PM, I again called customer care, and now they are saying that my problem will resolve on 6th JULY !!!!
As per me TATA Sky and other provider's customer care service is much better than Airtel.
Other Concerns regarding Airtel digital TV:
--> Whenever I call to customer care, every time i have to wait for 5-10 minutes, so many times call cut happen in between wait period
--> They charge 100/- for any engineer visit, even thought there is airtel fault, as per my view this is wrong, other providers dont charge for engineer visit.
--> half of the time, website of airtel digital TV doesn't work
Airtel — automatically FHM@5 ACTIVATION
i do not how but [protected]@5 has been activated on date 15/08/2011 in my number [protected],and continuously deducting rs 5 from my acct.main balance with a message that you have been renewed the [protected]@5 service but truly i do ,,not even know what the service is about and how i renewed it,when i call customer care about this ..first they tell that this service has not been activated and disconnect call,again when i called they continuously disconnect my call,at last when i got to tell them about my problem they told me that we just take your request and we will take action in another two days . but this will tend me deduct more 10 rupees from my acct.and also i am not sure about them weather they will take some action .and if also they deactivate the service this time can i be sure that it will not activated automatically further..PLZ DEACTIVATE IT QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE
