this is to inform u that i am a resident of Subha Appartment , plot no-27, rajendra nager sec-5, g.t.road shahibabd,ghaziabad ,U.P . A mobile or internet tower has been installed at the top of the residential roof, This is just with the permission of Building. This is very dangerous for health as well as this may be a cause of major accident in storm because this is just on the roof of the residential building. There are 11 families are residing.
You are kindly requested to take action against this tower.

    I had lost my mobile on[protected], and i called the customer care on[protected] and barred my number. The same day i went to Airtel relationship centre (27 Mahadevpura Post White Field Main Road Bangalore 560048 Opp Bimal Maruti Auto Agency 560048Bangalore) to get a duplicate sim. For my connection i had given my office address as communication address as it was a CUG corporate connection, my residential address as present address and my native address as permanent address. I carried with me my driving license (showing permanent address) my pancard showing DOB, photo and company ID card showing my company address. Despite of carryning all the necessary documents the representatives there did not give me a duplicate sim and repeatedly asked for a letter from HR. The connection is in my name and for what reason do they need a letter from HR? I tried to put in my concern but they were not even bothered with that and even said in my face that they dont care what i say and they wont give the duplicate sim. This is a very disheartning experiance and i was so angry that i even wanted to cancel the connection. The people in this relationship centre are so arrogant, narrow minded and unprofessional and they do not have any value for the customers. And taking into consideration that i received the duplicate sim from another centre with the same documents, i think these people are purposefully harrassing the customers, expeting customers to be at their mercy and running the store at their own will. Please take action on this or else in future people like me would ofcourse think beyond airtel.

    At the same outlet, I converted my post paid to prepaid connection by submitting all documents but still my number is not active. They didn't even tell me what's the problem.

    When I contacted customer care, they asked me to visit the outlet.

    Those guys didn't give me their contact number to call them if there is any issue.

    Now, I have to take my time to visit once again. Why should I waste my time and petrol for their poor service?

    I'm going to rough them up for sure when I visit.

      I had applied for a broadband connection of airtel.Their executives informed me that there is one customer in my area who is discoonecting his connection.Later it will get transferred to my name.All his arrears were charged on my bill.I had raised a cancellation request on this land line:[protected].I was promised that with one week's time the connections will get disconnected.They did not disconnect and now they are asking me to pay 2500.

        My name is vijay
        Am using airtel prepaid connection for the past 7 years.
        I am using mobile office monthly subscription.
        Its usually get renewed every month after deducting monthly charges from my talktime balance.
        This month also it happened but on the same day they charged me around 150 rupees for internet usage.
        On behalf of the same I have raised co'-!5"mplaint
        But very very poor response from cust care executives.
        I want my money back
        What should I do.

          I have applied for Multiple(3) connection for my home and my Customer Id is [protected]. I have one HD and rest two are SD connections. I have got Economy Pack free with them. I'm facing major problem with blocked channels. All my News and Kids section channels are blocked only in my primary connection(Which is HD one). When I ask for the reason in customer care, they tell me that these channels are not subscribed by you and not in your pack whereas the same channels are coming in my second and third connection. Once they know this situation then they start the channels on my primary connections but after passing few minutes, again those channels get blocked.

          I have called so many times in customer care and they are unable to solve my problem and just keep on putting me on hold for hours.

          Another issue is with picture quality which is lower then a VCD quality. Blocks and scattered pixels on all channels which even admitted by the engineer who come for installation and one who come after to solve the problem. but both of them have same wordings that, this is the maximum quality which Airtel provides. The picture quality really sucks

          Please give me the solution of my problems

            I have terminated my Airtel mobile connection on 12th July 2011 after making all outstanding payments. However, on 29the Aug, Airtel sent me a mail asking me to make payment. Even after repeatedly asking for explanation and status of closure, theey have not responded withe any such detail. I have discontinued my connection since I moved to US on 12the July and has been here ever since.

            Airlel has started calling my sister and father in India and use intimidatory and abusive language and threatened them that they will move the court on this issue.

            We have raised this issue with the Bharti Airtel Ombudsperson however, we did not recieve any help.

            Please find attached email correspondences

            I request you to kindly help in this issue.

            Airtel — Bill for Mobile Service being sent even after closure of connection

            Hi,
            I have a serious concern the way your billing department is working.Airtel connection for number [protected] has been closed and all pending amount has been cleared.

            All my communication with Airtel customer care ( [protected]@in.airtel.com) has been registered in the e-mail chain which has with sub-line 'CLOSE CONNECTION FOR [protected] [|BAL|[protected]|[protected]|]' ,which can be retrieved by Air-tel Customer-Care Personal (if anyone is seeing this post).

            However couple of days back, I got a mail from Airtel with a new bill for the month of May 2011 (refer 3rd attachment).

            I really don’t understand how an corporate Airtel account remain active even after request was placed long back (19-April 2011) and all pending amounts are cleared (see attachment 1 and 2)? Is this the way your long term customers are treated these days? ( 3 years with Airtel, with Broadband, DTH, Landline, 2 cell connection-- I had for my stay in Bangalore since last 3 years) This is not acceptable.

            Please see to this ASAP and provide proper resolution.

            Airtel — Bill payment after closure request

            Hi,

            I have requested for internat broadband transfer on 09-oct-2011 to a new house . I have been given assurance that , it is available on new facility.

            after one week , they told me that it is not possible to provide new connection. I Requested them to close the connection from 09-oct-2011 as there has been false commitments.

            They have charged bills till november , for which i haven't availed facilities.

              I have a few complaints against Airtel

              1) Since yesterday morning a certain amount is being deducted from my balance for no reason. Yesterday it was Rs.0.21 and today I get a pop up message on my phone saying Call Cost: Rs.0.57, Balance: xxxx..Last Call Duration: 00.00.00. What is the meaning of this? I haven't made any calls but still they are deducting money from my account.

              2) When I added the STD PACK for Rs. 39/- on Jun 02 2012, it never mentioned the validity of the pack in the confirmation SMS that I received and I assumed it was valid for 1 year. However in the past few days a very high amount is being deducted from my account for STD calls. So Airtel is trying to make more money by keeping customers in the dark about validity of their packs.

              3) I had registered for DND many years ago but I still keep getting SMS and unsolicited calls which has become a big nuisance.

              Just now Rs.4.20 was deducted for no reason..what's going on..every few hours different amounts are being deducted..where..I even mailed Airtel yesterday and there's no response..I'm losing so much money..please respond to my problem asap

                Sub: Complaint - your raising Bills - My Land Line[protected] which is under safe custody since 20th May 2012.

                Above said phone is under safe custody with you since 20th May 2012. I am holding receipt issued by your frechise office at Saibin complex Lalbaugh Mangalore for the safe custody charges for 3 months , paid by cash . I am holding this receipt at my home in Mangalore . In fact I asked for safe custody facility for 6 months but your Frenchise office refused the same & told it is available only for 3 months. I even pointedout then provision available in the printed application form . It is, your said office told me there is no necessary to terminate ECS instruction , under which you are debiting monthly bills to my SB account with corporation bank Pandeshwar Mangalore 575001 branch . Now to my utter surprise you are still raising bills even for the period after May 20th 2012.
                You should have billed for the month of April 2012 as your Frenchise office at Mangalore have collected propotionate charges from me for May 2012.

                Now you are hereby requested to cancell the bill raised by you and inform me at my email Id registered with you.

                    I have taken a new AIRTEL connection 5 months back. At the time of installation, AIRTEL person also installed a wi-fi modem and charged 1500/= for this.
                    After 1 month, the wi-fi modem stopped working and when i made a complaint they installed a very old model of wi-fi modem. I was totally disagree with this because i have made the payment for a new latest model wi-fi modem. I raised my voice and asked them to either replace the modem with the new model or reimburse the amount of modem in the bill.

                    I made complaints many times. After getting frustrated and fed up, I said to airtel customer care that i will not make any payment untill and unless my query gets resolved but still there is no effect.
                    Moreover, now AIRTEL again n again disconnect my connection due to which i face a lot of problems in my business. Now, i am looking forward the way to consumer court to get the full claim of my loss and teach the lesson to AIRTEL.

                      Wrongly deducted charges for java game which is not supported my handset.

                      Bymistake i pressed add in my application airtel deducted Rs. 99/- after that game was not downloaded, again i registered complaint but it was closed without contacted to me.

                      Airtel has to give option to cutomer re confirm while purchase any things sometime it will not require to us.

                      Please re open my complaint or wave off the charges.

                      A sum of Rs.45.60 (RS Forty five & Paisa sixty only) has deducted from my prepaid mobile connection no [protected] on dated 04.05.2010 on a/c of downloading charges from my mobile as confirmed from customer care.
                      I confirm that i have never used intrnet service from my mobile.
                      This is the second instance that they had debited my a/c without any reason/usage of value added facility.You are requested to arrange to reverse the same.

                          I would like to inform the head of the DTH operations of airtel to kindly look into the problem i am facing regarding the unavailability of some of the channels included in my package.Due to satellite migration and realignment of dish I was deprived of viewing some channels for a long time. In spite of several correspondence to the customer care center they falsely assured every time that your complaint will be rectified within five days or 24 hrs.I started correspondence with care center with effect from 13.6.2012 to 5.7.2012.Lastly i was informed that an engineer will visit to attend to my problem from Tinsukia district,Assam.But till date no such step has been taken by the customer care center.
                          I would kindly request you to compensate the amount i was charged for the unavailable channels of my package.If no further action is taken then i would surely remove this DTH service after the expiry of my validity.

                          Airtel India — Customer Care Unavailability

                          I am highly disappointed by Airtel Customer care help line.

                          I was trying to reach from last 2 weeks, but every time
                          whenever i selects option to talk with customer executive, call
                          gets disconnected.
                          What is this. When i want to use 198 no. Then always listen "plz try after some time abhi me ma chudwa rahi hu. Jab facility deni nahi aati to dete kyun ho. 1 mahina ho gaya ki cc se baat nahi hui. Mujhe apni ondemand service band karwani hai. Paise kat rahe hai, jitne kat rahe hai aur jitne katenge unhe kya tumhara baap bharega.

                          I am from Gujarat my nu is [protected] I had a fight with an Customer Care Ex. on the phone when call nu. 121 his name was RAKESH MARU . It was at night 10.00 oclock. I do not know when was the perfect date but it was before NAVARATI. It from that time my customer care service is blocked n problem is not that they have shut down my customer care service but they not telling that when will it start again.

                          I have also given the complaint by calling on 121 to VINESH PARMAR ON 31-10-09 n my complaint nu is [protected]

                          Now i want to know that when will my customer care service start. One thing for ur kind information that I customer of Airtel since 6 yrs time when no one know about Airtel in my town.

                          One thing the night Customer care Ex. are just fake person u can try by calling at night n u get the things how they talk and give the serivce .

                          Airtel DTH — Unavailability of Services

                          I have been using a Airtel DTH HD connection since Nov'11. Recently I got another regular box for my second TV. My last recharge billing cycle was due on 10 March'12 and accordingly I recharged with a sufficient amount of 700 INR on that day itself. My monthly payout is 690 INR for both the boxes. However, suddenly on 11 March afternoon my primary HD connection got suspended mentioning Error 6- "negative balance" inspite of the fact that it was recharged on the due date. Since then I have been trying to reach customer care 12150 to restore my services. Today its been 4 days without any services to my HD box. My multiple attempts to reach customer care has resulted in nothing but to listen to the Airtel theme at all times. Infact, when I tried today, 14 March, I was not even able to connect thru and everytime I pressed the button to speak to a customer care representative, it diverted me to a auto response "pls sms or call at 54325" and soon after it got disconnected everytime. Meanwhile I even tried to reach the nearest Airtel outlet but to my dismay none of them were courteus enough to listen to my request and they denied to register any complaint as they did not have any escalation services for DTH services. In turn I was given to send a mail to nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com, appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com & DTH.[protected]@in.airtel.com to get a resolution. I havent yet got any response even after more than 24 hours. This has been a harrowing experience altogether from a comany of international repute.                           sir my mobile number is [protected]. i have been using airtel sim for 1 month and in between this time period mynout going calls get barred one time and when i contacted the airtel office they wanted me to submit my photo & proof once again...i obeyd it..bt after that i tried several times to contact the customer care service of the service provider...but no use at all...unfortunately my incomming calls and messages were blocked since this morning and i cant contact with the customer care for more informations about it..... its really a sort of cheating the customers by offering them proper services..

                            My airtel prepaid mobile number [protected] (may be life time Sim) has been deactivated, incoming/outgoing calls barred with no network. Presently i am in roaming (i.e. in AP). Without informing (voice call/text message) me the services have been dis connected. I tried to contact to customer care through phone and e-mail but till date no satisfactory reply received.

                            Please tell the remedial method or procedure to re-activate it.

                              3 airtel sim holders are disturbing me day and night.nubers are [protected],[protected],[protected].they are talking in rough language.
                              Some one unknown number distrub me, for last 2 days, he did not disclose anything of his identity so I am afraid, please let me know who is that? so that I can take necessay action, his number is [protected], yesterday (5-9-08} he gave call between 7 to 8 p.m
                              mobile number: [protected] is giving about 10- 40 missed calls everyday since the past 1 week. I told him/ her also that I dont know him so stop doing all this. but he threatens on phone .

                                i was using aircel number and a call came from airtel about to mnp.they have said you can take 99 plan right now after you convert this to 149.but after i take this99 monthly rental plan i have called to airtel about to change plan to 149. they said you are not eligible for this plan.i want to change this plan to 149.please provide me.thanks

                                Airtel — discrimination in service provided

                                On dated 5th of January 2008 I have received a message from Airtel Info that my all locals calls are only @1Rs./minut. Subsequently I have inquired from 12131 they also confirm me that now my all locals calls are @1Rs./minut. But when I have made a call to our friend who is a local number I am charged @Rs.2.25/minuts by your company. When I enquired today i.e. on 22.01.2008 from 121(customer care) Mr. Vipul, Executive of your company stated that I am using an another scheme which 37 recharge which reduce my STD call rates. Hence, the scheme provided by Airtel i.e. all local call @1 Rs/minute has been deactivated as I cannot avail two or both the schemes at a time.

                                Now I state that when I scheme is provided by your company to all the customers using bundle handset officers without charging any money/rent I am also eligible for the above scheme even after using the deferent scheme because for another scheme I have paid Rs.37 extra inspite of all other customers.

                                I also state that if your company has prescribed any such terms & condition/restriction as discussed above is not fair with me and these types of terms & condition makes you services discriminatory and arbitrary.
                                my bill plan change with out understad what i want. so pl.solve my case and i will not pay any charge.
                                pl.activate my old/as on starting.

                                I have an airtel mobile number [protected]. as per the commintment of the your agent from whom i have taken this number and the actuall call rate which was charged was diffrent. i can also provide a writen proof in regards to same miscommuination done by your agent.


                                I was conveyed that your bill plan will be advance rental of rs. 789 for an year and STD call rate 1 rupuee. however, in my first bill STD calls charged 1.5 rupees.
                                i have already registered a complaint and paid the bill, now they have deactivated my number.
                                whenever i call them, they are not giving any clarification regarding the same. please help!!!

                                Thanks for your information. I have require your help regarding misguide by Airtel on his website about Bill Plan.

                                My self Divyesh Bavisi.I'm using Airtel Mobile No.[protected] from last 18 months.I have given request to change bill plan through Airtel website on 20th Feb, 2009.

                                That time on Airtel website they are mention in bill plan STD TO AIRTEL is 30 Paise & I don't get tariff accordingly.They are charging STD TO AIRTEL Rs.1.50 & after giving so many complaint I don`t get any positive reply from Airtel.Just they are giving reply that plan is invalid. We don't have such kind of plan. We don't update our website & plan already has closed & we are not taken request to change plan through website.(Mine point is that than why they are change my plan accordingly that, except only STD TO AIRTEL 30 Paise).They are not ready to listen & They are update his website after I given complaint to him why you mention in plan STD TO AIRTEL is 30 paise.

                                For that I have only proof print out copy of plan that Airtel mention in his website STD TO AIRTEL 30 Paise & all complaint request no.

                                If I have to file case to Airtel what to do? It`s enough proof print out of his plan mention on website with my last login date 24th Feb, 2009 & I have changed plan on 20th Feb, 2009.

                                Kindly suggest what I have to do?

                                Airtel — Discrimination in providing proper service

                                Submitted my proof of new residence Thrice , still these people visit on old address and reject my application, finally received confirmation about my address from customer care, but verification department is still harassing for the address and threating to disconnect my number

                                Iam using an Airtel postpaid connection for last 5 years([protected]) it is group connection. one of my close friend in the same group([protected]) changed his bill plan to KMPL199 with an extra free offer of sms pack worth Rs 98. The very next day as my friend said i also contacted Airtel customer care and demanded for the same. they are ready to change the plan. but they refused to give me the sms pack which they gave for my friend. many times i contacted the cust.care and requested. they are saying that the perticular offer is expired. but how ? within one day?. iam always paying a bill amount or @ Rs 450-700 monthly for the last 5 years. still This discrimination against me have hurted me deeply. i never expected this from airtel. now i have only option to quit airtel using MNP.
                                The biggest fraud & cheater company. I am using a mobile no. [protected], having solitaire plan. I am using this plan since past 4 months, I never faced any issue, but since past 10 days airtel barred my number saying my unbilled amount usage has crossed my credit limit. Since my plan offers me 8GB 3G data & 10000 mins, it will cross credit limit at once but all the things got adjusted when the bill generates. firstly, I called 198 and lodged so many complains but no resolution, then i moved to nodal office but no resolution then finally i moved to Appellate authority which said to be the most higher authority they said the same thing which 198 customer care told. Please deposit 8000 Rs. security deposit. Why the hell should i give 8000 Rs. for a 1800 plan. Airtel says appellate authority will provide some resolution. But they also gave me the same resolution which i got in the beginning from 198 CC. I have put more than 1000 Rs. In calling the airtel Nodal office & appellate authority. All are useless.
                                Useless company. Cheaters. Fraud company.

                                  I had taken an airtel IPTV connection, and am trying continuously to disconnect this service as its crappy, I have so far placed multiple requests to disconnect, but some how it gets reactivated again and i am being changed 250 INR from Oct 2011, the date of my first request placed to disconnect.

                                  My several calls are recorded, but no action is taken ever, i placed emails to their nodal office as well but still no action..

                                  Other users of this site please note, Airtel has gone to dogs, they were good service providers before now they have just lost it. they dont thake their equipment back after you disconnect as well. I still have the Airtel Dish and STB with me which i had used before Airtel IPTV.

                                  Please help take action on this.

                                    This is in reference to Airtel Number [protected], for which all the bills have been cleared. But repeatedly calls are being made stating that there is an outstanding amount of Rs. 1696.00 on this number.

                                    This started when one of our employees left the organization in March, this number was allotted to her and the bills were paid by the company. We made a request for surrender of connection in March and were told that there is an outstanding amount and without clearing that, the services cant be stopped.
                                    After the generation of next bill, services were stopped and Airtel people started chasing us for Rs. 4147.20. Out of this Rs. 4147.20, Bill for Feb - March was Rs. 2451, which was paid after the bill generation. Still we were being bothered for Rs. 1696.00.
                                    We checked our internal records and past bills and found that this bill dates back to the usage for the period of 8.10.11. to 7.11.11 and the same was paid on 30th November 2011 (Cheque no. 399645, Bank of Maharashtra, Issued on 22nd Nov 2011).
                                    We sent a mail to Airtel stating that this payment has not been updated in their records. We have sent them the bills for last one year alongwith Bank of Maharashtra statement showing the payment details.
                                    But Airtel people and the settlement party seems to be a bunch of fools, thrice we have mailed these details to them, still a court notice has been sent to us.
                                    This is not enough, they sent a person for collection of payment, who was rude and pathetic. And apart from this we are constantly getting calls and those who call up are lacking mannerism and understanding.

                                    One snapshot showing the bills on the rightmost column, cheque number and cheque clearing date has been attached with this complaint.
                                    Kindly look into this matter.

                                      Airtel demanding charges for Safe Custody which is unfair. Request all IT professionals to have a knowledge of the same and change the service provider by keeping the same number. They even are charging to talk to Customer care. Their Cust Care Centres are pathetic. They treat you as though you have come to ask money from them. Lose all the time there.

                                      I would like to question as to why they charge money for safe custody? What is that they are offering to the customer by doing so.


                                      My idea for all the customers fed up with the Safe custody charges is to change to another service provider who gives safe custody free of charge and after coming back decide which service provider you want to go for to use the mobile services.

                                      For Now, some one needs to teach airtel a lesson for them to come on ground level.

                                        has been charged to the above account in the name of sms service.But I have already taken this sms service 1 week before.on 6th day i have not activate any sms services.When i try to call customer service number (both 198 and 121) there is no option for complaint registration.Anyway i lost 44 rs.please help sir..Please resolve the issue immediately.

                                        My airtel prepaid mobile no. is [protected]. On 2, 3 and 4 august i have charged continuely 24, 15 and 24 rupes.
                                        I try to call customet service no. 198 and 121 both. there is no option for complaint registration.
                                        And some time this service no is not working at my no.
                                        I have recive some service msg. (thank you for choosing career counseling service.you will be charged rs. 0.50
                                        par day upcoming conference dail 55077(toll free) to stop this service)
                                        when i call this no. i chaeged rs. 15 for this call.
                                        And 24 and 25 rs. continu charged.
                                        And i have already active DND service.
                                        I lost 74 and more rs. in last few day.
                                        Please help sir resole the issue immediatly.
