Hi ,
I have Ur digital connection . I was out of station for two months and came back . As usal I recharged the account with 250 Rupees .After recharging I cam to know that 90 percent of the channels are moved to a new direction for a different satalite .
I called Ur support , right after that I got a message stating ,Thank you for subscribing the ESPN and Kids Channel .
I did'nt subscribe or I am not able to get the channels in the direction .
I again called for support , the tech told that he will sent the technician number right after the call , Which I did'nt get .He also committed , that the dead line to get this issue closed is 27th sept 2012 03:30 PM . Still now I have not recieved any support .
The best part is , without any service I have lost 150 Rupees in 10 days . I currently have 101 Rupees balance in the account .
Anyway , I am not gonna wait for your service tech to come , I have contacted a local tech , He will fix that for me where I have to pay 250 Rupees . So in short ,Airtel tried to improve the quality of the serice and it costed me 400 Rupees .
Once again I thank for your great service .
