Dear Sir,

I Anupam Gupta using your Postpaid Service on mobile no. [protected] and [protected] from very old time. On [protected] various charges for Value Added Services and Late Payment Fee is charged by you.
Regarding Value Added services I complained so many times for closing of these Value Added Services:
1. Request Letter given to Customer Relationship Officer, Gorakhpur on[protected], but he does not accept the letter and replied that No requirement of this letter and all theses services closed within 72 hours. On again enquiry on[protected] he replied that this charges will not be charged from next Bill. (Scanned copy of Letter attached.)
2. Request Letter send by Registered Post on[protected] vide Post no. RL B 3315 to your Vasant Kunj, New Delhi office. (Scanned copy of Letter with Registered Post slip attached.)
3. Again Request Letter given to Customer Relationship Officer, Gorakhpur on[protected], but he do not accept the letter and replied that No requirement of this letter and all theses services closed within 72 hours. (Scanned copy of Letter attached.)
4. At Each and every time of Bill Payment I request for closing of these services to your payment collection officer and he replied same, that these charges will not be charged from next Bill.
5. On[protected], again we visited your Customer Relationship Office, your customer relationship officer replied that these Value Added services are auto Renewed by mistake, so for waive of these charges contact Nodal Officer on mobile no. [protected] and send your complain by mail on nodalofficer.[protected]@airtel.in.
Even after these requests no action taken for Closing of Value Added services till Date and charges will charged in each Bill. (Detail of Value Added Charges and Late Payment Charges attached.)
Regarding Late Payment Charges, No person comes from your office for collecting Bill Payment on time. I called so much time for bill Payment then your Payment collection officer come and take the Payment. On saying for waive of Late Payment Charges, which was charged only due to fault of your side he replied that these charges will be adjusted in next Bill. But no action taken for waive of such Late Payment Charges.
Hence you are kindly requested to Close all these Value Added Services and Refund these excess charges charged against Value Added Services and Late Payment Charges as soon as possible so that we can proceed further.
Since we are associated with your company from very long time, but we feel that standard cheating was done with us, this is not fair with very old & permanent customer.
Regarding above please do needful & oblige us.

AirTel — Amount Charged

Dear Sir,

yesterday night rs.15/- charged. today morning i called to airtel customer care they told "rs 15/- amount charged for roming" . i answered "sir, i am in tamilnadu only then how can u charge "? .. he told " sorry for that we will recharge to u for rs-50/-, so that please call to customer care after 4 hours, we will recharge to u" .. after 4 hours i called to customer care number ... there is no reponsible

please help me...

Bharati airtel/mobile service provider — Refund of excess payment

I have received the bill for the month july 09 which was less than Rs.500 - While making online payment to this company by mistake excess amount is credited to the company account. An amount of Rupees 24026.96 - has been wrongly credited to the above said company account.

I have talked to your customer care on 25 July 2009 and informed about this excess payment and requested to refund the same.
My Servise request number is 27913158.

Till today I have not received any refund .

Hence I have no option to go thru consumer forum .please look into the matter and guide me.

Airtel — Charges for value added services.

Dear Sir,
I have written several mail to the [protected]@airtel.in and Nodalofficer.[protected]@airtel.in.
I got the reply from enterprise desk, but the same is not satisfactory. I want to know the charges debited in the Month of Aug-09 & Sept-09 Rs.99/- once & then Rs.30/- weekly on chronological order, i.e. started from 26th Aug-09 to 30th sept-09, every week & at the same time i.e. around 19.25 or 19.26. This is system generated debit. I want to know the facilities availed from my above referred mobile no. and charges debited to the mobile is for what facilities.

I have written a several mail to Nodal officer desk also, but did not get any reply till date. Also the reply given by enterprise desk is as under.

Pl. look into the matter & try to resolve the query & if debit is wrongly given then give me appropriate credit for the same.

Dear Sir

Here in Rajouri District of Jammu & Kashmir I applied for Bharti Aitel Prepaid Sim. The dealer charged excess of money for activation of sim card bearing no. [protected]. As i am a business man and using two airtel numbers [protected], [protected] and require one more for business purpose. Kindly help us in the matter and provide us rest of the money in return from the dealer.

This is really sad that I have taken connection from Airtel, a company I thought is sensitive to customer care. I have taken the above connection thru an airtel representative and he assured me that there is no difference in taking connection from Dealer or Company. Believing him I paid him Rs 8,450. Later I came to know the same day thru net that this should have costed me only Rs 7700 and I would have got Rs 250 free voucher from Airtel.
What is most shocking is that in last 7 days I have complained to Airtel so many times but not one sincere executive who would resolve this issue of cheating by the dealer and misinformation by airtel representative because of which I have lost RS 1000. It appears Airtel is not interested to protect customer’s right and is more interested in pleasing it’s dealers. So I thought to write on this email with the hope that one sincere and honest executive would read this and take corrective action and instruct the dealer to refund excess charged. On the name of connectors/jointers he has charged Rs 500 whereas Airtel executives confirmed that no money is to be paid for these items as installation is free and that I should only pay Rs 7,700.
Hoping Airtel to be just and fair to it’s customer.

My Airtel Number :- [protected] , I Feel Airtel Customer Service is Terrible , They Keep You On Hold For More Then 3 Minutes , Terrible Experience anyways Even after Speaking to the Airtel Tech Politely , Understanding that he is Just a Human and Can Make Error , but still they are not ready to help and resolve the issue . My Issue:- I was Charged twice on every Msg that i sent (1Rs) Even Though the characters were Less than 160 Characters(Technically Should be More than 160 Characters to be charged twice for a MSG) . They Said They will Check and call back , But No Calls Yet it has been Two Weeks , today when i call them they put me on hold for 30 Minutes , CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT , Yes and i have Proof . I Recorded this Call . in Frustration i Disconnected the call .
I need to Know What Can Be Done , I Am Robbed 1 Rs Extra on Every Msg that i sent . I Really Dont mind the Extra 1 Rs , but i am just Imagining how many Customers they Might be Doing this With thus i have Registered to Complain .

    airtel is world's worsest mobile company.i purchased 2 airtel prepaid connections with 6 months validity on 21febraury, 2008 from jassur(himachal pradesh).
    i am using these in village-bikhadh(kakira). distt chamba, himachal pradesh.
    Me and my wife using it.but we are very much unsatisfied with the netwotk of airtel.because network is too much fluctuating.in full day of 24hr we will get signal only 4 total 2hours hardly.even there is cell site of airtel is here.i complaint so many times in local airtel office and airtel customer care.they take my compaint.they promise to resolve.but no improvement in network.my cells are mostly not reachable.some time i have to make some urgent calls.but there is no network in my cell.till date i have launched so many compaints in airtel c.care. but no improvement in signal.there is cell site of bsnl parallel in airtel.i used bsnl for 2years.but i never faced this kind of problem in bsnl

    please help me.tell me procedure to fire case against airtel for giving me mentally harassment.or how can i refund my connection fee and claim them

    Hi I am Rajesh.Staying in Mumbai. I have Airtel sim card(no.). since Last 6 months i have n/w problem. low network in my area & also call get cut . But in same area other n/w like bpl & vodafone is very good & call didn't get cut. i have gave complaint for that so many times. they told me to check sim card. ok i check the sim card, it is ok. then also i have facing the n/w problem.Customer care said our Engineer check the n/w it is ok. How it is possible, because my friends also haveing airtel no. & they also facing the same problem. Airtel couldn't sort out the n/w problem till now. What should i do? I think i have to swichover to bpl or vodafone.

    iam receiving text alerts from 58888 .. for which Rs 1 is taken up from my balance each time i receive the msg... though i hav complained airtel its not being stopped ..they say it has to be deactivated through in indiatimes.. how can it be done

    Dear Sir,
    For over 45 days i have been facing problems with airtel network in prabhadevi area Mumbai, for same i have mande serveral complaints to them over phone for which i have sms, but caller center people are taking advantage of fire at lower parel and making us fools. When the problem started they said your device is faulty which needs to be replaced which i got from blackberry as it was a 3 week old handset, still when the problems did not get over i contacted then again then they told me to get a new sim, that also i did, but noting changed.
    when i saw noting was being done by the lower staff i started sending emails to higher authority, Appellate officer, nodal officef and bb. support, these people also have been just lying low on same matter and just do not want to act on same.
    I dont understand how a company like this is able to run there business when we have TRAI over them.

    yes it is a real problem. even I do find that, after making payments calls from various depertments of airtel are being received. continious sms are being sent. Creating all short of disturbance.
    From last 20 days i am complaining for the same thing but daily new reply and candidate their
    my mob. no. [protected] after call completion no balance shows (last call cost) and directly deduct 20 rs. for wap service which never activated by me
    MY COMPLAINT NOS.[protected] IS REGISTERD FOR INDICATING DISPLAY OF "EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY" SINCE ONE MONTH IN AN OFFICE AREA, BUT POSITIVE RESPONSE TO RECTIFY THE FAULT IS NOT DONE.
    THIS IS A SERIOUS MATTER WITH CUSTOMER SATISFACTION COMMITMENTS. IT IS SO DIFFICULT TO MANAGE & MISS ALL IMPORTANT CALLS DURING 8 HOURS BEING AWAY FROM WORK/BUSINESS.
    FEELING ASHAMED BY GETTING DISCONNECTED AFTER PAYING ALL BILLS TIMELY PAST 5 YEARS. IF SAME PERSISTS I MAY WITHDRAW.

    Airtel — Customer service stopped from 20 days and SMS and Network problem

    I m getting lot of problems from AIRTEL network . I cant make a call to aitel customer service [dialing 121] for taking help from 20 days.

    I stay in goregaon, mumbai where Aitel mobile range comes only when i am on the road . When i am in home it always shows "Select network'" What this ? [Is Airtel only 4 trafic police?]

    Also i cant send SMS from 1 month .[I have chacked message center no.]

    hi, i am Karan Gambhir...my prepaid number is [protected] and in the evening my today (14th October 2008) my balance got deducted by about 30 Rs for which i did not get ne msg from Airtel.

    my balance was sumwhere close to Rs 144 and on checking in the evening my balance was Rs.114.

    i tried complaining on the Airtel cutomer care but the executive did not have information about it, and he told me to call after 24 hours.

    please note i am not using ANY extra service except for Hello Tunes for which already Rs.200 was deducted from my account.

    I want a refund of those Rs.30 !!..its highly annoying.i am really really dissappointed with Airtel and request you to register a complaint from my side, and pls make sure a get a resolution for the same !

    No tower Coverage
    I have been making complains for my tower problem which is very low that my customers cant hear my voice clearly. i am making complains for last 15 months or so. several times they say that someone from airtel will come to your site and fix the problems. no one is here yet. i am having a lot of loss due to this as my customers are going to other vendors when they cant reach me as my phone is almost all time out of coverage. i want my tower to be cured as soon as possible. i cant even change my number as this is circulated all over in the market.

    hi all i supposed airtel to be one of the global service provider which gives the best network but it is totally fake.iam using airtel usb datacard in the NCR region and with the unlimited plan but iam unable to use my datacard since i hav purchased it.it has a worst network coverage @ Greater Noida.also the Customer Care is only registering request and no proper reversion from their side.so i suggest you to plz dont use airtel datacard i[censored]r work belongs to NCR area.

    I have complaint regarding the message of " Thanks for using dada sub 10 services on Airtel WAp. Your've been charged Rs. 10." for last two month ago. And our complaint no. is [protected] as suggested by your Customer care executive this again if this message has came then i will refund you dudcted amount. But this message has stop and again i have getting the second message i.e. Dada Sahab i have complained again my complain no. is [protected], [protected] given by Karan and Deelip singh recpectively.

    if any other message has come and our amout is deduct then i will complaint in consumer court regarding this message that you are cheating with us.

    i have called 1000 of time for network improvement in my area but they didnt did it
    i cannot change my cell no. due to business contacts with this no.
    i dont know how to get it done

    i also use airtel and i am very much unsatisfied with its network
    airtel network is becoming pathetic these days. Day by day the scenario is getting worse. Moreover one cant imagine getting a call without getting Disconnecting. Not to forget the discrepancies in their billing, oh my GOD !!! No one responds to the customer care number !! airtel is not delivering what it promises. BUt promptly sends the bill by month end.
    my company is using around 20 airtel mobile service but i think airteldont want us to use his service, we dont have a single point network over here what a service airtel provides us, should reach this message to airtel and should take immediately neccesary steps

    im using airtel prepaid plan for last one and half years. it was going well for all these days. but last week i was shocked to see my balance which goes down to -8 from 21 rs. without my knowledge they took thirty rupee. when i ask the customer care they told within one hour you get the reason for the amount taken. but till now i did not got any info. and nowadays if we were inside the home it signals no network coverage. please correct this we are middle level people every rupee count for us.

    I am living at chengalpat which is just 40 km from chennai . Since one year i am using Airtel Sim then last one year giving the complaintes everytime customer care staff giving one date. Every month the date going but there is no improvement in the network. In my street there are 15members using Airtel Prepaid sim. Last month I gave same complaintes then usually happening is happened that is no improvement. Then i conduct your customer care i tell below problems then i said if you are not able do this then tell me i will change my network, suddendly she said ok it's ur choice you can change any network. It is important point note this if you are not able to recover the network why you are having customer care why you are telling world no 1. In my home place just 15km there are so many villages i am truly said there is no Tower but other network is running successfully like(Aircel, Vodafone). So my kind request please recover this problem soon do not take long time.     Airtel — Not providing network in Cochin city

    I took an Airtel prepaid SIM last week.On the 10th of June 2010 the service went off.I was not able to make or receive calls and could not access the mobile internet too.I called the customer service and logged a complaint.They said they will resolve it within 24 hrs.Next day, it was not resolved.I called the customer service again.They said there is a network issue and will be resolved before the 15th of June 2010.I waited till 15th.No resolution.I called them on the 15th again they said they will sort it out on the 16th.No resolution on the 16th too.I called them again on the 16th and got transferred to a "senior" guy.He tells me I live in a rural area and Airtel does not have network there.Period.I actually live in the middle of Cochin city in a place called Kaloor which is a prime residential area in Cochin city.And he makes me a rural person by force.And he has the arrogance to tell me that according to the telecom laws prevailing in India, a mobile service provider can sell their SIM anywhere in India but is under no obligation to provide service.Which means he can take money from me for providing mobile telephone service but he can choose to not provide me service in return.I told him if he can`t provide me network in the middle of Cochin city then why has he opened a company in the name of mobile service provider and why does he sell his SIM?For which he again parrots his answer that he is under no obligation to provide network though he can sell his SIM promising to provide network.I want the law to take up this matter suo moto and teach all mobile service providers especially Airtel a lesson on how to be fair to the paying public.

    With due respect, I Vivek Poddar, resident of warje, pune (M.H.) like to state that i am having very serious problem regarding network coverage at my area. As there are very poor network service available.

    My residential address is A-9, shanti niketan society, behind aditya garden society, warje, (411052)mumbai - pune highway. Whenever i reach home my cell shows no network.     I am facing the problem regarding call drop from Airtel from past 4 months, whenever i make a call from my number it usually get disconnected displaying the error message as error in connection or call not allowed.
    I even have made complain in Airtel Customer care regarding my problem many times, they took the complain and call back after 30-45 days saying that your problem is solved but nothing changes as i face the same problem again and again. As this is my corporate mobile no and is not possible for me to change it easily as it may affect my company deals. as my few but important clients will not be able to contact.
    So it is to request you to please help me and suggest me what step should i take regarding this problem. and how it could be solved.

    Airtel — bad network/no availability of network

    i Mallikarjun .N.Makani hve compalined several times bt infact nobody responded& im tired of it,so i wnt to change my service provider & regarding dt i hve applied twice & my mnp got rejected coz of my current service provider has some conractual obligations kindly plz help me i wnt to apply fr portability again of its nt done im gonna go to consumer court i dnt hve iny option either
    Well First and foremost they put up a facility saying Do Not Disturb! How effective was that?! I still receive numerous unwanted messages and voice call crap sometimes even from the service providers themselves whether we like it or not.

    A probable solution for dealing with Telemarketers is simply as stated below:

    1. Don’t allow numbers that cannot be called back or replied to if a telemarketer sends an SMS that way they’re either gonna get it from the TRAI or the customers themselves! A customer can note down the number, save the messages and when an offense is repeated after warning the messages can be provided to the Service Provider or Police as evidence and they can track down those who are registered to those numbers and i[censored]nregistered be treated as equivalent to terrorists and be hunted down and screwed!

    2. Do some very strict Policing and track these m*[protected]@rf*#[protected]@rs’ numbers and screw them, hell put them in jail for all I care. Let the Service Providers have a number to which offenders’ messages and numbers can be forwarded to so that necessary action can be taken! What are the so called triangulation traces and all for and when they can track and Record Radia and Co. Why can’t they trace the telemarketers and Do the Needful! Is it really That Difficult?

    3. The other stupid thing I find is Blackout Days! We get SMS packs and all and can’t use it on the days that they are actually supposed to be the most helpful!!! The service provider should have the capacity to provide a method of sorting out the congestion instead of putting their incapacity as a burden on the customers. Doesn’t make any sense at all! I don’t care if my freakin’ message goes late on that day as long as it goes and you don’t charge me since I have already paid for a freakin’ SMS pack!!! Common Sense! Where is it these days?!

    i used airtel postpaid card from 3 years. at my home place the network avalability of airtel is poor so pleaze do needful.
    I am facing continuous problem with AIRTEL network on my phone. I am using an iphone however because of often disconnectivity of network i am neither able to use any email service nor able to call any one. Its absolutely zero network on my phone.

    I had purchased a airtel prepaid sim card considering its absolute good network but was disappointed as there was no network coverage in my frequently visiting places like there is no network coverage or very low coverage at ANB office, Malade(data mandir road) and BMC market at vileparle - Mumbai. After it stopped working I got it replaced with new sim same number and inserted in the very Same fon. I didn't get the network properly only 3-4 bars and also problem with 3g net. I called up customer care and rep asked me to change my handset.. The very same handset I used with old sim is accused of having issues with the new sim.         Dear Sir,

        Airtel has failed to refund the money in the following cases:
        1. An online payment for Rs. 2400/- was made from my online banking account for monthly bill payment on 1st June, 2012. After the payment was made, "PAYMENT FAILED" message was displayed on the browser screen. After speaking to the airtel customer relations, they said that the amount will not be refunded to my account but will be adjusted against the next bill.

        I filed a complaint via email with them immediately but they are yet to register the complaint.

        2. A request was raised online for a new airtel broadband connection on the 13th of Dec, 2011. An installation fee of Rs.500/- was paid online for the same. I received a confirmation mail from Airtel with the following details:
        CAF no: ONBANGA00019509
        Transaction id:[protected]
        Now airtel says that the transaction was not registered with them. They have assigned the CAF number but are not refunding the 500 rupees.

        The amount for both have to refunded from airtel. I have called them numerous times but they are yet to resolve the issue. Therefore, I request you to please take necessary action and ensure the money is refunded as soon as possible.

        Airtel Broadband — COMPLAINT REGARDING NON-REFUND OF MONEY PAID FOR BROADBAND CONNECTION

        Airtel Broadband - Poor customer care service

        This complaint is regarding the fraudulent activities in Airtel Broadband and the irresponsible nodal/appellate officers. I have been following up for three months for the refund of payment made towards Airtel Broadband Services. The Airtel Marketing Team in spite of highlighting the fraud, is still not willing to refund the money. Airtel Service is pathetic. The below text is the mail sent to nodal officers providing details of the incident. I only get a intermediate mail and no action.

        This email is sent to you regarding my Complaint on non-refund of money paid
        for broadband connection. (Enrollment form CH[protected]. Please accept my
        apologies for the lengthy email providing details on the case. I do not
        remember all the dates of all the events. I have provided few dates which was
        tracked with my calendar. In case if you need more details/evidence please
        refer to customer care call recordings for the complaint no I have provided.



        I received a call from Priya ¿ [protected] (Retail airtel vendor) providing
        details about various broadband offers in Airtel. She confirmed that airtel
        connection was available in my area and that the connection will be provided
        within 2 working days. I paid rupees in advance 1000 towards airtel unlimited
        plan as one time charges. I waited for a week and then called the customer care
        number to find that there was no connectivity in my area and the sales was made
        fraudulently.



        I logged the first ticket on 10th of July 2011 and requested for the refund of
        money. The customer care officer said that the deadline for receiving the money
        will be 25th of July 2011. I requested for the complaint no and the customer
        care officer provided[protected] which is not a valid ticket/complaint number. I
        did not receive my refund till 28th July 2011 and called customer care officer
        Mr. Anbu (complaint no ¿ 1709942) who confirmed that[protected] is not a valid
        request . Anbu confirmed that on 3rd August 2011 I will be getting a refund. I
        waited for the refund and did not receive.



        I called Ms.Shalini (complaint no ¿ 2098244) who confirmed that the request is
        still under process and will receive within a week. I called customer care
        again after not receiving the refund with new complaint no ¿ 1719984. The
        customer care officer said that the request is cancelled as the sales team has
        rejected and directed to log a new request which is ticket no - 1719984. I
        again waited for a week to find that my request was turned down as I did not
        receive my refund. I called customer care again and received a confirmation
        that my request will be processed in a day. I had to call again as there was
        failure to process my request. Today, I called up customer care and was
        informed that my request is in open status and not processed. I requested for a
        complaint no but the customer care officer said that they cannot create any
        more complaints on this case. They confirmed that the reason for delay on
        request processing is due to no response from the internal team.



        I have briefed the incident that happened during July and August. My brother is
        using airtel services at home and office for more than 3 yrs. I opted for
        airtel connection after his comment on airtel service excellence. I understand
        that I will not have access to airtel broadband service in my area but the
        worst case is that I still have not received my refund or a confirmation on
        deadline for receiving the refund. I sincerely apologize for having this
        concern addressed to you as there was no resolution till now from the customer
        care units. Can you please look into this grievance and provide me resolution
        ASAP.

            I am loosing 10 rupee per dayfrom my balance. I have complained to airtel customer care many times, but they are giving me no response.
            have been getting messages on my Airtel number [protected] from a GPRS/WAP based internet site called http://m.igfun.com from number 64611010.

            They are charging Rs 10/- per day from my account on pretext of providing me text based service on airtel WAP. I never subscribed to any of these services (atleast not intentionally for sure).

            I called airtel customer care, one of their executives told me that the service will be deactivated if you reply to the sms writing "unsub" and sending it to 64611010. The message to this number always fails and I am again being charged.

            I called the airtel again and then their executive (Mr. Bhupinder) tells me that airtel will deactivate these services within 24 hrs. He also gave me a reference number[protected]. The service is still not deactivated.

            I would request you to kindly intervene and get my issues addressed either by http://m.igfun.com or by Airtel.

            I Ms. Susan Alexander bought a special plane in my name as Ms. Alexander plan life long 4 years back and didn’t have any much problem.
            Sir, but in the month of May 2008 I deposited Rs. 6, 500/- in Chembur, Mumbai gallery for international roaming specially for Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabic. I was assured by the staff Mr. Kishor of Chembur gallery that Airtel has roaming facility in Jeddah.
            I left for Jeddah in August 18, 2008 and on August 16th 2008 morning I went personally to Chembur Airtel and asked Mr. Kishor to activate my roaming and he promised the same. But it was all wrong information and I never for almost 7 long months had any international roaming service in Jeddah. Kept calling several times Airtel Customer service in India but didn’t get a logical answer. Nor I found any net work service which worked with Airtel in Jeddah.
            I came back from Jeddah March 8th 2009 and went to the same person Mr. Kishor of Chembur office and checked why was my service not working and I knew that Airtel has RESOLD my mobile number without any prior notice, to another person on the month of January 2009. Which was shocking news as my number was a life long validity and my deposit Rs. 6, 500/- for international roaming is lying with Airtel and is used by Airtel till date for 12 months. I need a sensible, believable, honest and logical immediate answerer from you Mr.

            1.On what basics Airtel any disconnect a number without any prior notice?
            2.Why a false promise was made by your staff Mr. Kishor when there was no roaming service was there in Jeddah that time. If it was why my roaming was not activated after repeated request to airtel customer service?
            3.Mr. Kishor promised they have lodge a complaint to the department and will reply in a day. After a couple of days I went back and he said the net working is bad so he didn’t get a reply, again asked to wait but still today no reply from him nor from the Airtel main office even on repetitive complain . Why is so responsible, bad, rude and horrible behavior of Airtel representatives?
            4.I requested to repay my deposited money Rs. 6, 500/- but no reply, why?
            5.Mr. Kishor said there is some cutting in bills till the month of December 2008, even when I wasn’t there in India and said the balance will be paid postal by Cheque, but till today I haven’t received that balance amount too, why?
            6.Why and how, Airtel cheat a customer when the fault is in your part?
            7.Will Airtel pay for my loss, I’m a Legal Consultant I had a great business loss?
            8.Will Airtel pay the bank interest for so long time using my money Rs. 6, 500/- without any reason?
            9.I hope and believe that I will get a positive reply from you?

            Airtel — IR Deposit not returned even after FOUR months

            I have submitted a request to return my international roaming deposit on 15 Jun'09. On 16 Jun'09 it was stopped and I received a SMS notification. It was told that I will receive the Deposit in 45 days. Even after making so many calls to 121, totally no response. Finally ON 16 Sep there was a complaint[protected] taken and Airtel assured by 30th Sep It will be returned. But so far no response.

            In some instances the line was disconnected abruptly, by 121 people. No courtesy to call back (even if the complain was serious). If I call again, another people taking and I have to start from beginning again. All the staff are informing that they will be "taking/checking/verifying/forward it" and no action.


            Looks like airtel not bothered about subscribers concerns and there is some systems to write nice mail (system driven) back to me.

            Airtel — Not deposited balance to my mobile

            Airtel is famous fo their bad services. One more example i would like to share with you all guys.


            I recharged for 67 rs from one of the airtel retailer. i got message recharge successfull on your mobile.

            but when i chacked my balance it was not deposite.when i contacted to customer care executive ,they told me it'll be deposited in 4 hours. Even After 12 hours ,i checked my balance , it was not deposited.
            so i again contacted customer care executive. he agin told me it'll be deposited in 4 hours. but it did'nt.

            again i contacted them, same answer.

            This is the way they are cheating to people in india. Still its not deposited.

            please read this carefully before you go for airtel connection.

            I recharged the mobile with Rs. 50/- at 05.55 PM on[protected]. A confirmation message in came that recharge is sucessful, but the recharge amount is not deposit in my account. After that I complaint in customer care in the early morning at 07.00 AM on[protected]. the customer care Representative said that message is present for the recharge is sucessful, I said please see my balance account in my account balance is not present. Representative said YES balance is not present then I complaint noted and give you complaint no.-CBDCC [protected].

            After that when I contact in the customer care no. 198 they canot not talking properly and disconnect the phone and said that your balance is detected in mobile office in the 4.00 PM on[protected], WHILE I complaint in the morining that I have no balance in my account and your representative also said that YES Balance is not show in your account,,, So, How balance are detected.

            In simple I rechatged with 50/- rupees and gotted 42.33 paise If any balance detected not the accurate 42.33 paise detected.... it may be 20, 30, 40.100, etc...


            So, please take immediate and necessary action please...............

            I'm Using Airtle prepaid from last 4-5 months but from last 1-months my airtle prepaid account get dedited by Rs. 20. I called customer service for this but they never give me proper responce. They always say that it will not happen again but still my account is getting debit.

            We are using Airtel sevices from past 4 to 5 years and we use to trust them. But now the company has changed they have become like vultures they are in look out for an oppotunity to levy some unathorised chages as and when like.
            I have called the airtel cutomer service to activate do not disturb like 5 months ago for my moms mobile and they said that it will be activated in 45 days a rediculous time gap they have given but still i said ok but they keep on sending my mom the same unwanted sms and keep on activating some services which my mom doesnt even know about and started charging rupee at first everyday now it went upto rs5 everyday today i spoke to the customer service representative he said that it was me who activated the service and after a conversation he decided to deactivate the service and to my surprise he said that there is another service which is presently activated on the and asked wether i would like to deactivate it as well (and this service is about some chat with a cricketer it seems) this is the level they are going down to now. Airtel is really becoming a thief in a corporate veil.
            I would like consumer complaint forum to take some severe actions against these people who think that they are above the law and think themselves as so called GODS.

            I'm using AIRTEL for the past 5 years and i didnt have much problem.now when i get online and download something,for each and every download i've been charged Rs.50 or more.every time i call customer care,they just provide refund as a resolution.but this happens everytime i try to download anything.last time when i called customer care,one of the supervisor said they'll not provide refund anymore as it is my fault to download using AIRTEL connection.though i download stuff which is being mentioned as free,they keep charging for any download though i bought GPRS connection for Rs.98.

            so is it wrong that i use AIRTEL?for using internet should i use any other carrier?this is happening for the past 2 months(today 29/5/2011).even now when i tried to download a movie from a free website which i checked with other carrier,they charged for downloading.also they said i've subscribed for weekly packs for cricket,comedy sms,games and for each they charge Rs 15.is it that i've to spend all my earnings to AIRTEL?

            I have recharge my mobile number with internet pack of 98 after that i recharge with an top up of 200 rs.
            Next day when i check my balance it is zero they deduct all my balance when i call their customer care number they didn't respond and even block my call not pick up my call.

            I tried with my friends numbers they blocked their number also this is the worst i expected from Airtel.

            I am using Airtel SIM card, Last night i recharged my account with rs. 67 (a message pack) and with 10rs. talk-time recharge voucher. but when i statred sending messages, my main balance were deducted so i called customer care they said they have registered my complaint and balance will be refunded still neither i got any refund from them nor my message is activated.               I would like to draw immediate attention of Airtel Mobile Services officials regarding the exploitation of customers in Dumka, Jharkhand by it's Agents.
              There is no 3G service in the town but agents are forcing customers to recharge with 3G data plan only. After recharge also, only 2G service is available. Then why customers has to recharge with 3G plan.

              In the month of Feb'12, I purchased the Airtel 3G dongle for data services and I was assured by the Airtel Customer Care that the 3G services will start by the end of March. Till date, there is no 3G service available in Dumka. My complain is not regarding nonavailability of 3G services. My main concern is the mode of recharge done by the Airtel agents (including customer care office). They charge for 3G rates and refuse to do a 2G recharge stating that the 2G recharge is not applicable for 3G dongle.
              If there is no 3G service, then why customer has to do a 3G recharge. This is exploitation of customers.
              Charges for 1GB for 2G data : 98 Rs
              Charges for 500 MB for 3G data : 200
              So every month, we spend double the money for 3G recharge but we get just half of the data with slow data of 2G.

              Hope someone will take some action on the issue.

                    Recently I had taken Mobile No. [protected] and used last on 24 April 2012. After that I have to go some where out of Rajasthan So, I put out this sim and yesterday when I return and want to use again then it fails to show network. When call to customer care they replied that your Documents are not updated. So, again submit it and this will reactivate your number. Today when I go with my documents, Airtel Service Personals replied that this number goes in procedure to allot to new customer, so it is not activated.

                    Very funny, when TRAI rules are suggesting that this suspension limit should be of 90 days. Then how Airtel Carelessly deactive number and refuse to activate it again.
                    I think Airtel Communication is absolutely fed up of Customers, it wants to reduce it by own rules and regulation.

                    So, New customers are advised to THINK 1000 TIMES BEFORE TAKING NEW CONN. OF AIRTEL..

                    As other companies are waiting and giving its precious time for the CARE OF CUSTOMERS. NOT EXPLOITING THEIR TIME.

                      I have been using Airtel prepaid for over 10 years and past few years I had the 1 paisa per 1 sec plan..all of a sudden around 10 days ago my plan seems to have changed without notice..I found std rates were almost doubled and even local calls were being charged at 1 rupee even if i spoke for just 10 seconds. Same thing happened to my friend and she told me she went to the Airtel office and they told her that her plan had expired. She complained to them that she was not notified about it and I have the same problem..Airtel never bothered to notify me that my plan was expiring..infact we had no clue that the 1 paisa per 1 sec had any validity in the first place. If Airtel can send its customers SMSs for so many other things why can't they notify their customers of validity of their plans and if it was going to expire soon? Obviously this is another money making gimmick by Airtel and they leave their customers in the dark and make many a extra buck in the bargain. Anyway I checked on their site & they had mentioned that for Rs22/- we can get into the 1 paisa per 1 second plan but they have not mentioned where we can do this recharge. I went to my neighborhood store and he said that this kind of recharge can be done only at an Airtel office..how inconvenient is that..now I have look for a Airtel office. Airtel makes things so difficult for its customers and since I'm unable to get into my old plan quickly they will continue to make money out of me. Why can't they me more transparent..this is clearly cheating.

                        I dhiraj shetty have been incorrectly charged for internet/data usage on my mobile number [protected] when I converted my number from prepaid to postpaid in July 2011 for July and august.

                        I had requested for de internet pack of rs.98 a month while convertin it to postpaid from prepaid. this addon pack was not activated until I realized it in august. when I lodged a complaint with customer care I was told to lodge a complaint with de escalation team. I did that and was advised that de charges wil be waived. since then every month I kept inquiring n was always informed that rs.1100 that I was incorrectly charged in the first two bills wil be waived. I kept making de balance payments every month in good faith until I realized in December that no waivers seem to be coming. then I ceased making payments. I later received a call for my outstanding of rs.3600 n was advised to pay 2500 n balance wil be waived n de number wil be reactivated.

                        de balance was not waived n I kept receivin collection calls n notices n a legal notice for de balance amount. now I am told that I wil have to pay de amount to have de number activated and de charges wil not be waived.

                        it has caused me lot of trouble n harassment. I want de number activated n charges waived as most of my contacts have that number n has resulted in loss of work n relations due to de disconnection.

                          I purchased airtel digital tv on4May2011 through online web portal and paid rent for one year.My validity was fixed as 4june2012 as I got Rs. 250/- cashback at the time of purchasing new digital tv connection.

                          2-On 31July2011 I bought a second connection and paid Rs. 1350/- which included one month rent.
                          3-On 6August2011 I complained that Airtel has reduced the validity of my account upto 14October2011.I requested for rctification of error.But despite reminders no satisfactory reply was received by me.
                          4- On 16October2011 I requested to cancel my second TV connection immediately by an e-mail.
                          5- But my original connection was stopped by Airtel which was valid upto june2012.
                          6- After repeated complaints over phone/e-mail and deposit of Rs. 100/- my connection was restored till june 2012.
                          7- Again I found that my validity was reduced to 6November2011.After repeated complaints validity was reinstated.
                          8- But wen i checked my account I found that again they reduced my validity till 5January2012 without any reason .I sent an e-mail on 4January2012 and lodged a complaint for repeated harassment to me.After several reminders my validity was reinstated as 14june2012 and balance of Rs.355/-.
                          9- On 7January 2012 I thankedthem for rectification of their mistakes and requested to advise reasons for such follies again and again and not to repeat in future.But despite reminders no reply was sent to me.
                          10- On 14April I found that again my validity reduced to 1May2012 and balance reduced to Rs. 0/- from Rs. 355/-.I sent e-mail on 14April2012 to stop harassing me time and again.But no proper reply was received by me.
                          11- I sent reminder on 15April2012,23April2012,25April2012,27April2012,30April2012.
                          12- As airtel has repeatedly harassed me by changing my validity without giving any satisfactory reasons.They never cared to reply my e-mails/telephone calls.During this I have suffered a lot of mental torture ,wastage of my time and money and also badly affected my business and personal life.
                          As I am a sub-broker of Reliance securities Ltd..The latest update on tv are blood for my business.I was compelled to take a new Dth connection from DishTV(since Airtel stopped my connection illegaly before due date ) on 12May2012for smooth functioning of my business.
                          The airtel has tried to defraud innocent client and requires stringent action against them and pay me compensation of Rs. 50000/- for torture/harassment to me.

                          AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — MENTAL HERASMENT FOR ONLINE BUY

                          As everybody look at the offers... I have also done the same mistake... By opting to pay online for Airtel Digital TV HD and get Rs. 250/= cash back...

                          I applied for the new connection of Airtel Digital TV HD on 22/06/2011 and the very next day I got call from the customer care and they given me the Customer ID and they said "within 24 to 48 Hrs our engineers will come to your place and they will install the connection." But till now I have not contacted by any of the person from Airtel Digital TV, and when I called the Customer Care people for the 5 times... all the time they are saying the same thing "Sir Our team will get back to you with in ONE hour regarding the issue." but they are not calling back... I am feeling it as harrased... and I got my mental tension increased by paying it online... I dont know when this problem will be solved and will solve or not. I suggest poor indians not to go for any online payment for any product, very best thing is pay hard cash and get your service on spot. Because somebody is taking your money and you know them right... and if they not doing the service you can hold their coller...

                            I Munesh Singh Jamwal, R/o # 902, Phase 10, Mohali. Purchased a new connection from your Airtel Outlet at 3B2, Mohali from Gurprit (Executive) and paid him sum of Rs 300 for registration of new connection as per company policy. he provided me a sim with MDN number [protected] and told me that somebody may visit at my home at above mentioned address for Verification with in some days but there is no visit made to my home till today and the Mobile number is also barred from your end . When i asked your CCE at 121 he told me that my services are discontinued due to house found locked or person not residing at this address.
                            Please tell me is this possible that a connection is given to me and i paid Rs 300 for the registration at store and after that when i got my bill after sum days of activation the amount of rs 300 is still there added in grand total of Rs 500 and see my foolishness that i paid it also on 17/05/2012 with rect. number [protected] . Why ? and second thing is this i received your welcome letter at the same address. Then how is this possible that your verification guy came and found my house locked at day time or i m not residing there.
                            This is my request to you please looks into the matter and if possible re-initiate the verification tell me the other process to continue my services

                                I am highly dissatisfied with the services provided by Airtel. I have activated the 3G services on my prepaid account.
                                To one instance I my entire 3G balance of 300 MB was exauted along with by main account balance of 103 INR. I called the customer care to know the detains but they simply hanged me saying this is 3G issue, and when I contacted 3G customer care they said that this issue is prepaid issue. I finally ends with dissatisfaction.
                                I recharged my talktime as well the 3G, but whenever I am accessing 3G on my smartphone, I am finding the charged are been deducted from my main balance. On calling the customer care, i get the same results. This is totally annoying as i am wasting my money and not getting the related services.
                                I need someone to look into the matter, as I really want to sort this matter.

                                The matter has not been resolved yet. I am continuously calling the Customer care but the CSRs are not able to sort the matter they disconnect the call or tell to hold the call for more than 5-6 mins that results in automatic disconnection of the call.

                                This is weird, the customer support at Airtel is simply ignoring the customer complaints.. I am highly dissatisfied.

                                      This is Aniket. My Airtel Digital Customer id is [protected].

                                      I had recharged my Airtel Digital subscription with Mega pack on 10-Dec-2011 for 6 months. At that time there was an offer of 30 days additional subscription free with the 6 month recharge. I havent got that with my pack and even after repeated calls to their customer care there is no concrete solution to my problem. The customer care is not at all supportive. They assure on arranging a call back from their Senior Executive but i havent received any call yet.

                                      But its a straightforward case which can be corrected based on the records available with you. The free 30 days are NOT ADDED as promised by Airtel.
