My name is chandan singh. My mob no is [protected]. On first june they cut 6 rs. On 04/06/2012 they also cut
9 rs. From my main account when i called to there customer care they also stop my customer care service.

I have recharge my mobile number with internet pack of 98 after that i recharge with an top up of 200 rs.
Next day when i check my balance it is zero they deduct all my balance when i call their customer care number they didn't respond and even block my call not pick up my call.

I tried with my friends numbers they blocked their number also this is the worst i expected from Airtel.
Now i want my money back and soon change my service provider to any other subscriber.
dear sir i m a air tel retailer.sir one day one number call me and say 2500 recharge par paye 3000rs ka bal.than i m recharge my a/c.buy one number send me one mez ur a/c balance is 7340. and than say return my extra bal.this situation i m confused and i m recharge 2340 rs and than i fill some fourd with me. than i contact my retailer but he is not working my complaint. so plz sir help me and return my money

I am using Airtel SIM card, Last night i recharged my account with rs. 67 (a message pack) and with 10rs. talk-time recharge voucher. but when i statred sending messages, my main balance were deducted so i called customer care they said they have registered my complaint and balance will be refunded still neither i got any refund from them nor my message is activated. This is not first time i am facing this problem preveously also i faced such problems o[censored]n-neccesary balance deduction.

yesterda i had balance of rs 116 and i had recharged rs 26 but now they had deducted rs 26 please renew that rs26 money airtel is doing often this mistake
I had my phone balance 160 rupees
After some time my balance 37 RS
I call many time customer care
But not right answer I used other
Net connection no pay any money
As my payment refund i pay money
We have already given a complaint about airtel regarding the balance issues. They haven't solved anything and so we have finally decided to PORT the number. We are intimating this to you because, at least by seeing this, others will realize about Airtel.

i recharge my mobile on 28.3.15 at 7 pm with rs.50 .i have not use my mobile till morning. when i check my banace in morning i found my balance is 0. how is it possible.i called castomerecare the said i use internet but this is not trouth because my phone was discharge full night.
i recharged with rc 17
but i am not getting Rs.10 balance

my name is Girdhar Gahlot.and my mobail number is +[protected].i did recharge 300 rupees.Airtel cut my balance 98 and 99 rupees.this is not first time whenever i do recharge they cut my balance.i am helpless please help.when i talk to then they are just saying you start some service.i never start like any of these services.this is not fair.i recharge my mobile for talk time.and they cut my balance.before this they used to cut my balance 30 rupees or 40 rupees.but this is too much.
jun 18th your custamar Rs.17.00 in plan activation with out my permission i have my balance mobile no. [protected]
