Hi,
I buyed my Airtel HD dth on 8th March, 2011. From November, the dth set top box started hanged. It was automatically getting switched off.
I registered the complaint on 23rd Feb, 2012, where I asked for the replacement of the set top box. The engineer came of some day and just replaced the adapter, without checking the set top box. He also said that they don't have that set top box with them, so he'll replace it on some other day.
I payed Rs. 100 to him for his service charge.
After that I again raised a case for the same reason on 2nd March, 2012. Again I asked for the replacement of the set top box.
The Engineer called me, however, I was not in town so I asked him to come on some other day.
When I came in pune, I asked him to come and replace the STB. He came and replaced but started demanding the money for the STB as well as for the service charge.
Even paying before, if doesn't solves my problem, then I think I should not pay them again for the service charge, right?
Also, if they will delay each time, then they could ask for money each time they come.
Please register a case on Airtel DTH service on this.
