[Resolved]  Airtel — balance reduction

yesterday night i had 90 rs balance and whilt oday morning i woke up my balance ramains just only 5 rs.airtel deduct 85 rs for sms pack without giving prior information.. and when i call customer care they cut my call by saying that we are transfering your call to senior authority.

i[censored] r using airtel my friend then be ready to face these type of problems, because after ur balance is been deducted then i[censored]r calling customer care 100 times then also u r problem is not going to be solved. The standard answer u will get is u r problem will be solved within 48 hrs. and forget abt u r balance dont waste u r more energy and time in debating with the cust care executives bcoz they are used to it and pls do not abuse them r they can activate any service from their system without ur consent for which more bal will be deducted .The best way of getting rid of this is take the benefit of no. portability and change ur operator service.Because using AIRTEL is a crime.I would like to suggest airtel instead of increasing and fighting for spectrum pls pay attention to ur customer services first.

I have prepaid connection to [protected].dated 28-4-06.
Every month our service take 15 rs from i got this number.
i talk this matter for 121 customer care executive.he said me.
u r download ringtone in airtel live so we take 15 Rs.but airtel
live facility has been deactived before 8 month.
then our service Rs10 has been credited in my account.
similarly 4 month has been credited then manually it also deactive this
service to my number. but again take rs 15 the problem not be solved in 11 months.
Kindly take my complain seriously and solve my problem as soon as possible.

i am using airtel prepaid connection dada resub 10 service on airtel wap.you've been charged rs.10 this message is coming iam not using that but i lost 20 rs right now.customer care not responding.

they r does not giv any service.and alwase send sms for sescrib this and facelity(coller tune, gana suno, etc)in which wer not interested and from tise we rface deferent deferent types of problem.and mostaly redus my blance.
plz stop this harmful types event plz plzplz ...

Airtel — with your permission balance reduction and facility activation

i am on of the airtel prepaid user with sim no[protected]. they are activating the facility of job alert by thier own interest and when i told then to deactivate then they say it is deactivated and i said then i will fire your complane to consumer forum then they said that do we have no problem.

i have DND facility on my no. after that they are sending message contiunouslly.because of thier message i had punished may time in institute . now waht can i do aganist then.

I rechared my mobile [protected] is 10 rs and my moblile msg in youcricket match day pack will be renewed tomorrow & you bill be charged rs.5/ MATCH DAY for airtel champions legue .to stop cricket pack sms 'stop' 121 then i send request and msg will be given your stoped services has been received .we shall back to you in a few minutes with the options.sir my my pack is on so it is close to you fast.
But before my balance cut it rs.5 in 10.11.2009 and rs.2 for 11.10.2009 .SO sir request my quiry and slove my problem .
If you dont slove my problem i go to cunsumer court to for case .so sir give respect me quiry and slove it .

Airtel — balance reduction problem

I have a humble request that i have problem regarding to unfavourable services of Airtel company.
without use of any service they deduct my balance. When I want to call at customer care number of Aritel then they didn't receive my call. I buyed an internet pack of 95 Rs on 22/12/2009 of 6.03 PM.
Whenever we want to call in customer care by another Aritel number then they first time receive my call and after then they blocked this number for customer.

my number is [protected]. there is no need to explaine in detail that how they deducted my 149 rupees because they have the statement.by hearing my complaint the executive cuts.they r thinking we r fool and yes we r fool by facing this kind of behaviour and still using there services for inviting same problem in future.But this behavior decreases their goodwill in the market.as their wish of preparation of dissolving them.yes...a single customer worths for u..isnt it.good business.i will change my operater and of my freinds and relatives..will explaine them about ur service...
Hi, i have airtel prepaid connection ([protected]). I activated airtel gprs 3days @10Rs
pack valid upto 4 august & still 1MB usage remaining.Last time my balance was Rs.260 when i activated that plan ( means 10Rs reduced,its ok if it Rs.250 ),but now my balance is 223.Please Help Me.Thank You!!

I recharged my account wid 75 rs on 1st december n then i had total balance of rs121 in my account and then suddenly after 1 hour my balance became 0 and then i went to airtel store 4-5 times but i didnt get ny perfect reply and did t get my balance which got reduced like that only i didnot had and other services also i just had airtel gprs but i had 2 gb free in that too for usage as i activated my airtel gprs on 1 st dec only please help me because these airtel is reducing my balance like that only

Last time it was some 30 rs so i ignored because i didnt wanted to get harassed by your company but this time the amount ia not that small so i cant afford it .
And i am using airtel since last 5 years and you treat this way to your old customers.?

My Airtel number is [protected] and from last week i have been charged for a full track service which i have not even subscribed for. I got a message from AD-54321 saying "you have been renewed for full track subscription service from Airtel.You have have been charged Rs.5 Get latest games at http://gclub.in/ea. I even tried to stop the service last week but it was of no use.Daily i have been charged Rs.5. And there is not point in calling the customer care service, worst service ever. Kindly look into the matter and take an action ASAP. Kindly reimburse the money which have been reduced from my prepaid account and STOP THE SERVICE.

And I recharged my prepaid[Number:[protected]] on[protected] for Rs.111/- and in jus 4 days my balance was reduced to Rs.50/- There is no chance of such drastic reduction in my balance when i have NOT made so many calls. When i called the customer care to know the reason for reduction in balance they jus disconnected my call. Kindly look into the matter. And reimburse the amount to my prepaid account.
I have send a text msg of single page to Dubai. For which i shold be charged 5.00Rs. But my balance is deducted 10.rs which is charge for two msegs. On complaining to there complaint help line 198 they didnt gave me proper reason and put the phone n now they r not even recieving my calls for complaint... i want immediate answer for this ... is this the way you service your customers by putting phone on their face...
