Bought 2 new connections from IP Infocomm vide receipt number 28685- was promised that the post paid connections will become live in 24 hours - it has been 4 days and no word from the service provider- my only regret is that I trusted that AIRTEL would have some sort of decorum/ code of ethics in place - none exist - Airtel us a company represented by nincompoops- Top to the bottom.

I can write a 10 page story of what I have undergone in the last 3 days - but that is not going to change the situation on the ground.

My only advice is to all consumers - Rs. 600 that I paid for getting the two connection does not matter - I gave my passport copy as address and verification doc, the stress and abuse I got from Airtel representatives - Invaluable !!!

Please avoid the following or associated company - IP Infocomm - all telemarketing calls from the so called Airtel Telemarketeers... these are cheap BPO's trying to make a fast buck... with little care about the customer- Airtel is least bothered.

Avoid the following numbers - [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected],[protected] and atleast 20 more...

I received atleast 20 calls on friday for verification and confirmation of my home address - despite my explaining to each and every who called from Airtel - that the address on my passport is correct - the address given on the application form is correct ... instead of a person coming fro verification- I would end up receiving a call again.

They want payment in cash and if you ask for cancelling the order - the AIRTEL POLICY is that my 600 rupees will come back to me after 45 days and to get them I will have to travel 96 kms *2 = 192 kms - going and coming- twice - once to give the application for refund from Greater Noida to Noida and then to collect my refund. KUDOS AIRTEL.

The call center compliant - will get me a response in 7 days - the Nodal office will take 45 days to respond- "NOT SOLVE MY COMPLIANT" - 45 days to respond.

I guess someone needs to understand that all I asked for was a mobile connection. All docs submitted and payment made in cash- however what I could clearly hear was people laughing at the other end of the call at my pligght.

AIRTEL the 100% perfect company. CHEERS !!!

One of the worst customer service providers are AIRTEL there have so ad's about how big they business is expanding but when it comes to serving customers there are the worst. Worst are the people who work for the company have no answers to queries and not ready to take any Ownership just believe in passing the blame very conveniently. I had taken a new connection and was told that it would be activated within 4 hours by the dealer since it was friday i gave it some time but when it was not done on saturday i had called the company and was told by the associate that it takes 24 working hours and since that time is not yet passed to wait untill that time frame.

Having waited for 24 working hours as of monday and no phone being activated, i called up customer care again and was told to wait before a complaint could be raised. Pathetic service being driven away rather then taking the blame and working on a resolution. Since i was leaving on a vacation i wanted the phone activated to carry it along with me. Called again and raised the complain was told that it would resolved with 48 working hours, still thought since i would be travellling when i actually arrive the phone would be activated by then. Called customer care again and asked for a supervisor who was fit for nothing Ms Sunitha rani, she spoke worse then the house keeping people that work at my office. No responsibilty no ownership nothing typical goverment working indian service. All that she asked me to do was wait untill the service failure would be resolved. She promised me a call back from her supervisor its been 15 days now and am still waiting.
The phone got finally activated on the last day of my return to hyderabad, i was left without a phone for my entire stay, i had to wait in queues to make a call to my loved ones back home. Not only was taking the new connection purpose failed, on top of it i was made huge promises from people who could not fulfill them. All that the airtel people have is huge attitude and nothing else. If this was nt india there would be paying millions in lawsuits filed against them. Yesterday adding more spice to the entire saga is when another rep calls up and states that the phone was activated the very next day after the documents were submitted, wonder then why am making this complaint and taking this matter further. Again Kiran had no answers just kept saying sorry and promised a call back from the supervisor all empty promises from people who are fit for nothing getting paid just like that.
I am a customer of Airtel since last four years. I have changed my job and moved to a new location but I was using the same mobile no. After setteling down in the city I went to Airtel asking them to give me a post paid local sim. I was shocked to see that they said SIM can not be given to me as I do not have a permanent local address. I belong to punjab and I can not get a post paid SIM in UP. The way things have been briefed to me was shocking and I wonder how this type of company becomes the biggest in industry.
I purchased a new connection from Apco (Mr. Dinesh [protected]), and given all my details like ration card and PAN card. I was given a new number after 2 days [protected] and the number was activated after 3 days. I used the service for 5 days and after that outgoing was deactivated and later both the incoming and out going was stopped. I had made several attempt to contact Airtel office 121 they are not giving satisfactory reply. Later on Friday 31/07/2009 I went to Airtel office Peninsula Park where I again submitted my ID proof like PAN Card and Ratio Card Zerox to Ms Shweta. They confirmed that within 48 Hours the services will start. Till now my number is inactive what should I do. Please help me.

I Have visited the Airtel office thrice -
Day one 30/07/2009 I was told to fill the form again and bring zerox and photo.
Day two 31/07/2009 I filled the form and give the zerox copy to Shweta.
Day Three 03/08/2009 I went to airtel office and waited for 1 and half hour and left as nobody were ready to attend me.

I Want to say that Airtel service is horrible and nobody should opt for such horrible service. Even the 121 service on Airtel you are made to call 10 ~ 15times.

I needed Internet Connection at my place on urgent basis so as to handle my international clients from home. I requested AIRTEL executive to visit me to collect money and documents from me so that I can get AIRTEL Broadband service at home situated at Gyan Khand Indirapuram, Ghaziabad
I have paid 999 rupees for new Airtel broadband connection request number 280593 on 12th October 2011. The person collecting documents promised that broadband will be installed and start in 2 days. Its been 6 days and I have not received any connection. When I try the office numbers they dont pickup calls. I am looking for refund of the money paid. This is worst service provider.
Even I had applied for a new broadband connection in the same way, which was supposed to be given in 2 days. Today is the fourth day and I haven't got the connection yet. When I had enquired about this, I found that I will get the connection only by 20th Oct. Disgusting..…

    I request to resolve the issue and acknowledge.

        My mobile number is [protected]. I have been a victim of Airtel Radio activation although I got it disabled several times. Inspite of that I continue being charged Rs 30 on every recharge. I have run out ot patience and now I need my money back .. So far I have been robbed of more than Rs 500.00 ... I hope my request for disabling Airtel Radio and refund of my money will no be lost under millions of complaints. Thank You.

          I m customer of airtel using airetl # [protected] , i have blocked the sim on 15/06/2012, however someone reissue the sim and having the details of my call for prepaid calls. How it can be possible, it means someone is in you company giving the details. I want number to be blocked on urgent basis and no fiurther record to be given to anyone.

          Its your comapny duties to maintain the secreacy of customer.

          I need urgent attention on my compliant and strict action to be taken against the employee

              Please note it is more than a month that I bought internet 3g datacard connection but still am not able to connect to internet.

              It is Linux OS and the airtel applet says that is has connected but the browser says page load error and address not found.

              I have not browsed even a single page on my Desktop even after a month.

              Airtel customer service hung up on me more than once.

              Can anybody from airtel call me after 9 pm so that I am at home and resolve this issue.

                I have just shifted to Durgapur from Kolkata alongwith my Airtel Digital TV and it re-installed two months ago after paying of re-installation charge of Rs. 200/-. but after a few days signal of my DTH tripped or bad signal. I contacted with customer care with my problem which was just arrived after 10 days of re-installation. But they replied that the service engineer will visit and have to pay Rs. 100/- as a visiting charge. I urged to solve my problem free of cost because of the re-installation was not done properly, but they do not accept my complains. they asked that complain be launched only the condition when I accept to pay Rs. 100/- for visiting. the irregularity is continue in my DTH. I want to not pay again and again Rs. 100/- tip, where as the bad signal starts only in 10 days before re-installation.

I was contacted the customer care executives 2 times they said that the 3G services on my number will activate within 4 hrs and a confirmation message will recive.                   I am not able to use 3g services from past few days even after having proper balance. i have called the customer care N number of times and they all have contradictory opinion. Today Morning only when i called one operator (YOGESH) told me Bakwas Mat karo and he was very rude in talking. When will the services start? every time when i call they give me different answers, the system is in up gradation, it is already activated, call after 4 hours. how many times do i need to call for such trivial query? why cant you just activate 3g services so that i can easily use it. After the lapse of validity then you people going to activate it.

                    IMP: my airtel mob no is on roaming , so please make a call to +[protected]. please dont try to make a call to my airtel mob no because as u know that its on roaming and mre than that i wont attend the call in that no. i just dont want to waste my money by attending calls in that mob no. i wish you could make a call to my london mob no[+[protected]].

                    Airtel — 100 has been taken for no reason

                    I am so sad to write this complaint. today morning[28 dec.2011] i have got a message that you have charged 100 rupees for last call. to be sincere i havent called to anyone from my airtel mob no. my no is +[protected]. this sim is on international roaming.

                    if you dont mind will you please the details from 27.dec to 28.dec 2011. because i need to know why you charged 100 rupees from my credit. i do need to get back my amount soon. i am waiting for your sincere reply

                      I did a online recharge from through my credit card on my airtel prepaid number [protected] on 16-Jun-12. Money bfrom my account has been deducted but no recharge amount is reflecting in my account. I am on roaming these days and when I tried to contact the customer care regarding this issue but i was not able to contact them , infact the customer care no which i found online all are showing non valid.Kindly advice me what should i do in this case.

                        Hi Yesterday I got collection calls from Airtel for a number which I dont even own. The Airtelcollection agent was very unprofessional. I work in night shift and was peacefully sleeping in the afternoon.. The call woke me up and the lady asks me to make the payment. I told her to contact the right person to make the payment. She said why are you shouting are you a BP patient or diabeties patient. Not only me she also called my mom and asked her to make the payemnt. I called the airtel customer care to make a compliant against this and the manager tells me if the other party does not asnwer we will call other people. She was not ready to give me a complaint number untill I forced her to takemy complaint. The complaint number is[protected]. Such kind of things are done by Airtel. Harrasing people who is not even connected with the number oo conenction. They shd contact the right person and ask for payment. I got 6 calls from airtel collection yesterday afternoon for this. I want stern action taken against this.

                          I raise request in JustDial for 3G Connection, After sometime one airtel employee(Saravanan - [protected]) called my mobile and said they provide DataCard and activate it in within 3 hours and they also said don’t give commitment to other one since I register in Just Dial. One guy from airtel come and collect my proof by 10:30AM and said activate by 3PM. I wait up to 5PM, and then called the above guy in phone but he not picks the call. Then after long time he pick and said get activated by 6.30pm. It’s now 9PM still they not activate my connection, and not provide the SIM to activate my Data card. Once they get money they escape. I doubt that this guy is working in airtel or some other fraud company. If they said it takes 24hrs for activation then I can wait, but why he tells 3 hours commitment and make spoil my whole day !!!! . I will never recommend airtel for my worker and airtel brand name getting spoil because of such one guy. I don’t know whether airtel take action on this or not but they are losing their brand name for giving false commitment to customer.

                          For Airtel officers: Please ask your Employee to attend customer call, though they not meet their requirement. I call that above guy (Saravanan-[protected]) from 8.30PM to 9PM, but he never picks my call. He told me that he is airtel employee and I don’t know he is agent or not. Though he is agent don’t allow them to use brand name.

                            SUB:AIRTEL SIM No:[protected] from Hyderabad.


                            For the purpose of my IPAD I had taken the above SIM card on 14th Dec.2011 in Hyderabad from the Banjara Hills Branch of the AIRTEL office. After using it for two weeks I decided I was not going to use the same. I went to the Madhapur branch of AIRTEL office and asked them to disconnect the SIM and settle the bill. I was asked to pay an amount of Rs.760 which was paid at the counter at about 3pm on 18th Jan.2012.I reconfirmed from the person manning the counter at the Madhapur office regarding disconnecting and I was assured it is done and was told to throw the SIM. I did so and walked into Vodafone office and bought a new prepaid SIM on the same day.

                            This complaint is to inform you regarding the constant harassment from the AIRTEL office regarding the outstanding payment and today there was a call from their legal cell. Each time they call me I asked them to put me to any senior and explained to them that I disconnected the service and am not using the SIM any more and settled the bill in the Madhapur office after disconnecting it.

                            After explaining the same to the legal cell they said they 'll find the details and called back to say that the SIM was not used but it was not disconnected after the payment and the monthly rent was however credited to my account, so he asked me to pay some amount and settle the bill.On requesting that he should put the same in writing and send me an e-mail he refused to do so.I request you to please look into the issue. I refuse to pay the AIRTEl as it is not my mistake and if it is the mistake of the executive sitting at the desk on the said date, I'm not paying for the same.

                            I'm constantly disturbed and harassed for the same and request you to please take some action.I would in fact demand an apology from them for the constant harassment and compensation for the same.

                            Im Srinivasan, have got airtel fixedline and broadband of number[protected]. i have to disconnect the line but nobody from cosumter care is providing me with the correct procedure though we go dirctly to the Airtel shop.

                            My name is Harini . I had an Airtel postpaid mobile connection (+91-9900XXXXXX - Bangalore number) . This year in June I relocated out of India and I wanted to disconnect my line. I called the customer care in mid-June this year and checked on the process. They said that just before leaving I should call and inform that I want disconnection. I asked what I should do with the SIM..if that should be returned and I got a reply that it would not be necessary. I said I wanted disconnection from the 30th of June and they informed me that I should call on 30th and request for the same.
                            As I was advised, I called on 29/30th of June and requested for disconnection and then left India.

                            Now one of my friends and then my father got a call and was informed that there was some outstanding amount pending to be paid. Firstly I am disappointed that I was not informed about this earlier. And it was really atrocious that from my frequent call list, they have called my contacts asking about this. I think this is an invasion of privacy as it could really spoil my reputation. My dad informed the customer care executive that whatever the outstanding balance is as of 30th June, he would arrange for it to be paid if they would send a itemized bill for the same. He also gave the agent the address to send the itemized bill. We are yet to receive a bill after this.

                            I am extremely disappointed with the way my call list has been checked and calls have been made to my contacts. Me and my family have been customers of Airtel for a long time and I am really shocked about the events that have taken place. It would be good if you can directly correspond with me instead of disturbing members of my family etc.

                            I have taken a new number from Airtel [protected] in the month Oct 2008. This number is given to me after 15 days of shuffel with various other numbers, which could not be activated due to various reasons. Finally they have activated [protected]. After two days, I have recived a call from Vishnu...who claims that this number belongs to him and asks me for details like who had given me this number and various other questions. After that one of the Airtel Showroom manager(Malkajgiri) had called me and enquired about the same questions(who, where and how i got thsi connection). After that, i was relaxed and never received any call fro any one. Now to my surprise, i have received a message from airtel stating to pay the due bill, other wise my out going will be barred. For this reason, i have registered on Airtel and found that there are other numbers exists on this account and there is previous due. The very next day they have de-activated my connection. Now when some one calls my number, it says the number is invalid. I have decided to go for HUTCH connection and will never come back to Airtel being this kind of harrasement has been done to me. I would also suggest others, not to take Airtel since they charge some hidden charges as well.

                            Airtel — Mobile bills even after disconnection. And no responce even after repeated calls

                            I have unsubscribe the airtel mobile connection ([protected]). and got the recipt of disconnection request, and I was to get my deposite back. But airtel people keep sending me bills. and i mailed them many times stating this connection is cancelled with no responce from them.
                            they keep sending me notice and I have replied to the contact person on this notice. they said it will be taken care. As I have all the recipt about disconnection.
                            but finaly they send me a notice to appear to court.

                            I guess Airtel does not want to pay me back my deposite so they started asking me to pay mothly rent even after discontinue the connection.

                            Such a shame ful act from airtel when its clearly the case of ignorance of there staff. and we have to suffer.
                            I HAD TAKEN AIRTEL PREPAID CONNECTION A FEW YEARS BACK ( [protected]). AT THAT TIME, FOR LIFETIME INCOMING FREE CONNECTION, RS. 99/- HAD TO BE PAID EVERY MONTH. I DULY PAID RS.99/- FOR SIX-SEVEN MONTHS. THEN, A SCHEME WAS LAUNCHED FOR LIFETIME INCOMING FREE CONNECTION ON A ONE TIME PAYMENT OF RS.400/- OR SO. I WAS ADVISED BY THE LOCAL AIRTEL OFFICE TO GO FOR THE NEW SCHEME AS STAYING IN THE OLD SYSTEM WOULD MEAN A LOSS OF 100/- TO 200/- RUPEES. ACCORDINGLY, I MADE ONE TIME PAYMENT TO HAVE LIFETIME INCOMING FREE FACILITY. RECENTLY, MY PHONE SERVICES HAVE BEEN DISCONNECTED. ON ENQUIRY, IT WAS REVEALED THAT IT HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED BECAUSE THE PHONE WAS NOT BEING USED FOR OUTGOING CALLS TO THE EXTENT THE COMPANY DESIRED AND THAT IT WAS IN LINE WITH TRAI REGULATION. I FEEL GROSSLY CHEATED. I HAD A BALANCE OF MORE THAN RS. 200/-. BESIDES THE COMPANY HAD TAKEN MORE THAN RS. 1200/- FROM ME FOR PROVIDING LIFETIME INCOMING SERVICES.
                            I have opt for airtel post paid connection 10 days before([protected])
                            . All the documents necessary has been submitted. Personal verification also done. Based on these the sim card got activated.
                            After one week o[censored]sage one message has come, address proof (attested copy with Company seal )is not proper hence provide the same, other wise the out going facility will be disconnected without mentioning timeline.
                            Then everything went on their way at last they acheived their target of providing me as * sim card message error*

                            If any anthing they required prior to card activation it should taken up with customer and it should be activated.
                            The service provider will give a "bull sorry" for the happenings on the 121 and respective outlet services.
                            Now my card is disconnected, until rectified i should wait no other option left out.
                            Taking airtel connection takes 10 days for activation . i think opt for other good service provider .
                            We want to disconnect our number which is[protected] due to bussiness closing . we called your helpline number last 20 days but no response was showen to it and we also visit your jalhander office but they didnt gave us good responses due to your office server down . pls disconnect it as soon as possible otherwise we will not pay any proceeding bill payments

                            Thru their telemarketing agents I purchase sim card with special number. For this special number I paid Rs.2000/- as a premium as per their demand. This special number I have purchased for my new business. But I could not start my new business till date and now I am incurring a heavy loses.

                            i have an official postpaid airtel connection - [protected] in Delhi. The same i intended to disconnect due my transfer wef 01 sep 09. I visited airtel outlet at canaught place and requested to disconnect the number. they had agreed to do so. After that i surprised to find the monthly bills. Due to my transfer, i received the old bills now. Now I requested to do the needful and disconnect the connection ([protected]) with effect from 01 Sep 09 and settle the bills.

                            My Name is Vishwanath saxena, I have tried to get my cell no [protected]. disconnected permanentaly so may times but same has not been disconnected timely and now airltel is charging me rental which is on 2500/- + tax per month for additional 2 month .

                            Now Airtel is tring to force me to pay the rental for those additional months and thretening me that they will go to some recovery agency and mishandle me focefully .

                            i recently purchased an Airtel sim with the no.[protected] after submitting all my required dox.It was not funny when i realized that my sim was barred for all incoming and outgoing calls. after contacting the local 198 i was ordered to go to the distributor who sits only 60kms away and i had to run from the retailer to distributor to resubmit all my dox once again else i was told that i would have to forfeit all my money in the a/c. i did as was told else my nmbr which i had shared with all my biz colleagues would change and eventually the loss in many ways would be mine , hence i had to succumb to the blackmail - harrassment and torture.
                            the dist and r.m. assured me that things were in order qand hence i cud go back home with the verbal assurance that there will be no future problems.
                            this happened between 25th and 28th may.
                            and then not too surprisingly after 15 days my nmbr was pushed out of the system confirming my fears that no matter how hard u try pathetic organisations will always remain the same on the pretext of procedures and helplessness - wonder if the telecom ministr who is getting fat commissions and fatter biz which we are giving him has something called systematic functionalities lined up not to mention if he does have a remedy to resolve this concern that has resulted in this loss mounting to a crore.he will hardly take a look at such loopholes forgetting that futuristically speaking some day his ministry will be responsible and answerable for this trauma.

                            I received an sms on 25th November 2010 asking me to resubmit documents regarding address proof and ID proof for my mobile number [protected].
                            I re-submitted the relevant documents at Airtel resubmission centre near BDA complex, Indiranagar on the 26th of November 2010 ( Form no[protected].
                            On 27th I got another sms stating that I should submit my documents otherwise my outgoing will be barred.
                            I have been using this number since 2005. For the first two years as post paid and then the rest as pre-paid. I fail to understand why Airtel cannot keep track of the documents submitted when buying their sim cards. I want to know why the customer gets only three days to submit forms?
                            I have a balance of Rs 1000.00 in my account. What happens to that? Will Airtel repay me my money with interest?
                            Its high time Airtel stops acting stupid as the main person behind its success: the customer, can easily spend his/her money elsewhere and bring the company's balance sheet into loss.

I have paid the bill amount of RS 5000/- approximately in airtel franchise office at pedawaltair visakhapatnam on06.05.2011. Immediately they have restored the connection. But within couple of days again they have disconnected the phone. I have sent my friend to Airtel office at visakhapatnam pedawalltair office with the bill. They have seen the bill and restored the connection for few days. Now again they say that amount is not credited to the account.I T must have been erroneously connected to another account or some body has commited fraud. I therefore request you to enquire with the Visakhapatnam peddawaltair office and restore my connection as early as possible.
                            I have paid the amount due on this phone on06.05-2011.U have disconnected the phone three times. In spite of the in formation given to you over phone your customer care center never bothered to verify the facts.It is only when i have given the complaint by email u have responded.                             I recently ported to airtel from vodafone as I bought apple iPhone 4 from airtel and wanted to keep the old number which is [protected] As requested I provided all documents to my local dealer last month. Services also started immediately but for some reason which I was later told fail verification. incoming and outgoing got disconnected on 13/06/11. I went to my local dealer but I was told to go to airtel relationship centre. I went to aurotel in Yusuf Sarai, new Delhi. They didn't take my documents saying I didn't buy sim card from them. I called customer service from there and asked the to talk the person. Again he didn't take documents even customer service person on the phone asked him too. Then i was told the issue would be sorted out soon. Evertime I call since then I have to repeat everything all over and then call is put on hold, finally disconnected after 15 minutes. It happened 14-15 times. I then submitted two piece of documents at airtel distribution centre at malviya nagar. I didn't get any feedback and I am suffering for last 6 days with no incoming or outgoing calls. Don't even know what calls I am missing on. Can't go back to vodafone because of 90 days rule.                             I was using an vodafone number from a long time. On last December I got my number port from vodafone to airel and before porting i submitted my mothers voter id for address and id proof. after switching to airtel, they asked me to submit the address and id proof. I did submit it thrice after switching to airtel.
                            after that everything went fine.
                            Last month i,e on Feb 13th they disconnected the service. when I enquired, they reasoned that the address and id proof that is provided has not been accepted.later when I demand for the service, they said that the number I was using cannot be provided. And for further details you to contact the vodafone centre. when I contact the vodafone centre they said, we can't do anything in this, sorry.

                            Totally I lost my number and lost my contacts with others.
                            please try to help me out in solving this and help me in getting my number back

                            This is to inform you that I wanted to surrender my Airtel Mobile number. But neither on airtel outlet center nor on 121 customer care is listening me.

                            As on now 27 Oct, 2012 my mobile outstanding bill is Rs. 744.

                            Firstly, I went to Uttam Nagar (Delhi) airtel Service center on 26 Oct, 2012 they said If I return my Mobile number I would need to pay, my outstanding bill and I will keep getting my mobile bill for 1.5 months until connection closed. Moreover they asked me to pay Rs. 850 as my outstanding bill Rs.744 and about Rs. 100 for other charges.

                            When I revisited to sencond Airtel Outlet on sector-4, Dwarka 28 Oct, 2012. I requested to Mr. Sandeep (staff) that take my Mobile SIM, Total Mobile outstanding Bill and my application to disconnection number and give me a receipt. He replied that he had submitted me request and after 10 days I would get a call from customer care for asking me reason of terminating the connection. After that further process can take place.

                            He was not ready to take my Mobile SIM, Total Bill and Application. He also said there is no provision to disconnection connection instantly. I’ll have to go through long procedure It may take upto 1 month than I’ll have pay outstanding bill (whatever will be up to on that day).

                            I recently received a SMS having a Reference No: 46734210 and will update me further on 6 Nov, 2012 about my connection status.

                            I am surprised and disturbed why they don’t simply disconnect my connection.

                            Hope you could understand that they simply want me to continue Airtel service, even I do not want to continue it anymore.

                            I was using airtel broad band for more than year during after a month i was not satisfied on thier billings then i asked to get me a hard copies for my bill they said they will be giving through courier but i was not getting it but when i asked customer care they said it was delivered to my address and my watchman got it signing it but we dont have a wactman then i dint pay my bill for a month then disconnected my service but the bill was genrating for months suddenly they were asking for 5000+ for + months rent but i wasnt using the connection.the line was not active. When i asked them calling they where telling me that its not matter weather the line is active or not u hav your connection so yyour billing will be generated then i requested a discnnecion but they where telling you cant disconnect the line if you hav pendings. my complaint and question is can they charge customers for inactive line..? There was not active line.

                              I Rajeev Parashar using this phone no [protected] from last few months. But this was with me when Airtel start its business in Jaipur long back. Then because I go abroad so i disconnect this phone. Now few months back again I take this phone no.

                              I am also using land line and more then 4-5 Post paid no's of Airtel.

                              Few years back also i complain that your software which you are using for billing, In that Tax calculation system is wrong. At that time you have a plan that if any error in bill you will give discount of 100/-. So lots of months you give me discount. later when I talk to your resignal office in Jaipur they agree that some error and they will solve this problem.

                              If you wish you can check in the same phone no. by same name (Rajeev Parashar) old details.

                              Now again same error is coming in your bill. Today when i Talk to your customer care department that say its error of just 2 Pisa.

                              According to my information you have 152.2 Million customer as on 2010.

                              If you Charge from every customer even 2 Pisa, This comes 30,44,000/- every month

                              Now I not have my all present bills, Just sending you my 4 bills details. If you relay wish even I can submit 10 Years old bills also which I have till now with me.

                              Also your customer care persons don't know that what actually billing process. You can check the today's recording. According to her Tax money charged before discount. I requested to stop my phone that also she refuse.

                              Personal — Wrong Tax Calculation

                              I have paid my total outstanding well before the due date 16May08 of Rs8567.00 .
                              I got confirmation message from the Bank that my amount of Rs.8567.00 has been credited to my account and my due is Rs.8566.11.
                              But still showing some outstanding to my account.How and why its coming.
                              On this regard I put many complaints to the customer care but still it can't solve it out instead saying form the next statement it will deducted
                              so wait for the next statement.Now it already two months and Bank suspened my card for the this due .
                              Its nothing but poor Bank and worst customer care.Instead of solving out the problem you are running after the customer for the wrong tax calculation.
                              Hope soon you will soon recheck the deatils and sovle.

                                Dear Sirs,

                                I had booked one Airtel Dish Tv through on line booking after getting the confirmation from your customer care centre that channel Zee Jagran Channel is available in your Dish. On 9th instant, the Dish was installed at my residence and the payment was also made through on line for the same.

                                To my surprise, I find that Zee Jagran Channel is not aired through Airtel Dish and this fact was communicated through phone to your customer care at Bombay. On my query, the customer care informed that you do not have Zee Jagran Channel hence, expressed your inability.

                                I contacted your grievance cell also who informed that they are checking up with your Mumbai office and let me know so far nothing has been done.

                                In view of the above, you are requested to take back the Dish and refund the amount paid by me after getting the confirmation that Zee Jagran is aired through you. You can kindly go through the recordings of the conversation between myself and your customer care at the time of booking to know the exact position.

                                It is once again indicated that this act of yours tantamount cheating hapless public and liable to be prosecuted under Indian Panel code. To avoid such a situation, refund the amount paid by me immediately and take back your Dish Antenna at the earliest as I have lost faith in you.

                                  Hello,

                                  Airtel has certain budget on advertisement it seems. They give the add that we have these all are plan, when we approach them they say that there is no port available in your area. Sorry for the inconvienance. These are the standard statement used by the customer care team.

                                  I guess by getting the call to the customer care number they are increasing the revinew of their mobile service. But as the customer we are reaching them for utilizing the technology efficiently. We are spending our precious time but they dont bother about it.

                                  Since they are grown in the market they dont worry about the customer needs. Again Worst service from Aritel.

                                  Note: I have used Aritel Broadband in my earlier house and they were not able to transfer to my new house. The number which I used was given to some one else.

                                    I APPLIED FOR CONVERSION OF MY [protected] AIRTEL PREPAID TO AIRTEL POSTPAID AND PAID AN AMOUNT OF RS. 300 TO THE AIRTEL REPRESENTATIVE. THEY TOOK MY PROOFS AS REQUIRED AND TOLD ME THAT IT WILL BE DONE WITHIN 48 HOURS NOW AFTER 2 DAYS I CALLED THEM AND TOLD THAT IT HAD NOT GOT CONVERTED TILL NOW THEY TOLD ME TO WAIT AGAIN FOR 3 DAYS. AFTER 3 DAYS WHEN I AGAIN TRIED TO CALL THEM THEY DIDN'T PICKED UP MY CALL AFTER 2-3 DAYS I RECEIVED A MESSAGE THAT MY REQUEST FOR POSTPAID CONNECTION CAN NOT BE PROCESSED. SO I AGAIN CALLED THEM FOR REFUND OF MY PAID MONEY THEY DIDN'T PICKED UP THE CALL AND EVEN THE AIRTEL COSTUMER CARE PEOPLE ARE NOT HELPING ME OUT AND MY 300 RUPEES IS IN DARK. I HAVE THE RECEIPT OF THE PAID MONEY ON THEIR COMPANY'S RECEIPT PAPER.......WHAT SHOULD I DO..??

                                      I deposited 98 Rs. in Airtel money (airtelmoney.in) a/c, now when I want to transact with this a/c they are asking for Mpin which is shown expired, when I contacted to customer care they are saying you will get new mpin when you provide us right date of birth details but they are saying date of birth is not matching with their data, so I don't understand how I deal with it when every time I provide the right d.o.b., My airtel no. is [protected].
                                      I know and remember by old mpin but they are saying it doesn't matter.

                                        sir i am having airtel mobile no. [protected] and [protected] . and the first no. [protected] using in data card since last one year . today when i checked my ac. balance than i fond there is zero balance .but i have 7.59 rupees in my account in last night and i am using 18 rupees services for three days and 500 mb data. today i got sms due to low balance your 18 rupees gprs services stopped and 0 rental plan activated.
                                        when i call 198 they told me you used all balance in 7 sec. without using Internet after that i want to talk senior executive but they disconnected my call two times after a long hold . i record all the convocation between me and cust. care on date 15/06/2012 . kindly return my money. thanks

                                        AirTel — regarding balance

                                        sir..,im using mobile office on airtel.., and my balance is dudecting & i'm getting message that thanks for using frenzo chat ..,while i'm not using frenzo service..,it's happening from last 1 month.. And i have mailed frenzo customer care..,but no action taken ..and still my balance is deducting...
