I recharged with 249 and I did not get any benefit, the money was gobbled up by Airtel and all representation to them only gives the reply that query has been resolved or answered but I have not received ant reply whatsoever except ofcourse the usual reply that complaint has been solved or replied with.See the attached email conversation for details.

I have not received any reply so far, even though I have received a second text message that your query has been replied on[protected] at 12:39:40pm from 121. You guys are proving what i have already started believing about the accountability mechanism at airtel. This is extremely shocking that such a big company like Airtel, is shying away from resolving an issue worth 249 and using deception to put the issue under carpet.

Airtel — advance money not given back
I am engineering student studying in Indore away from my home. I had applied for Airtel broadband connection on 23 Feb 2009 through an executive named Pramod (contact no. [protected]) & deposited Rs 700 as an advance for the connection. I was given assurance that the broadband connection would be given within 4 days.Later I was informed that due to some technical reasons I won't be able to get a connection in that area & the sum of advance would be given by 10th of March. Now the people are not responding to this issue.Kindly help.
