I had applied for conversion of my no. [protected] from Prepaid to Postpaid on 30/1/2013. I had been accordingly given a new sim and asked to wait until the verification of details was complete which would be done in the consequent days.
Its been 2 weeks now, and even after all the verification is complete I have no clue as to what is the status of my mobile number conversion status. Also, there has been no help...

This is in regards to the complaint against Airtel DTH services. My DTH Account no is [protected]. I stopped viewing Airtel DTH from September 2012. As I did not recharge my account got deactivated and in January 2013 I got a call from Airtel customer care that If I recharge for 6 months I will get 6 months free and they say its Republic day offer and should recharge on or before Jan 26 2013. I am writing this with high level of frustration and disappointment caused while applied for Airtel Wired Broadband connection. I would say it is probably the worst service that any ISP can provide to a consumer. Lot of communication gap and false promises from their end really tested my patience.
