I recharged my mob no [protected] with rs250 in the last month ie in 26th feb 2013.Airtel store mentioned at the below address changed my sim card till date they he not bothered to activate my sim. I m nt being able to connect to my near n dear ones also with outside world
Sir I ve been visiting the airtel store at chakala nr bhagatsingh colony Andheri east mumbai 59.
Now after a mth they told me is quite shocking,
the store ppl Mohammed and sharat claim that no [protected] is under investigation
In spite of Bal in 250 bal in mob and having given new sim card **[protected]SHLR-1 on 28th Feb 2013 more than a mth ago

Sir 1 mth for investigation n that too after issuance of new sim card

    My 3g dongle under your post paid [950/- pm] scheme was not working properly from the vary 1st day of its activation. In spite of my complain to the local booth at zoo tin ali, Guwahati I did not have any response from them rather their agent who came to me with the Dongle exchange offer expressed his ignorance of the hardware. I have completely lost the confidence of local service here and here by apply for immediate cancellation of my connection which I have also communicated in the local office here at Sixth mile Guwahati.
    This letter is only for cancellation of my connection without any further communication.

    I have 3gplan activated but still there is no 3g network. i had already logde a complaint regarding this but no action has been taken by airtel. my mobile number is [protected]. Please take action as soon as can.

    This is inform you theat i had applied for an Airtel Broadband connection on 30/11/2011 and even after an advance payment of Rs.1000 made, theere is no proper response from thee service provider side. We have also send a complaint therough mail to theeir mail id([protected]@airtel.in) and after repeated reminders they made a call on 27/01/2012 saying theat theey will repay our advancement payment on or before 27/02/2012.But still we didn't receive any call or even our token payment.I Kindly request you to take necessary action against theem and do thee needful.

      After registering with 'Do Not Disturb' also, I'm still getting lot of marketing calls and every day I'm getting minimum of 10 calls. I had registered for this option 4 months back. Please look into the issue

      mujhe[protected] yeh numbar se din main 20se30 bar fone aata hai .jabki mujhe calltune nahi chaiye our othar servise bhi nahi chaiye .kunki main apne mobail pe mobail office service ka upyog karta hun .
      Hey almost evrybody has this problem.

      You need to login to your Airtel account through www.airtel.in and then on the left hand side, there is an option, which says " DO NOT DISTURB ", just click on that and it will take 45 days for that to get activated. And then you will not receive any kind of advertising calls.

      My name is RITESH CHOUDHARY & i'm using an airtel no [protected] in kolkata. I have activated DO NOT DISTURB service on 27/09/2008 & my Registration no is S[protected]. I was informed by airtel customer service department that after 45 days of registration i wont receive any promotional calls & sms from there end but till[protected] i'm receiving promotional calls & sms. I have made several complains to airtel customer service department by call 121 & by going to the airtel office in salt lake & i was informed that i wont receive any more promotional calls or sms from airtel in future but all in vain. Now-a-days when ever we call the airtel customers service no 121, 90% times our problem is not solved & they disconnect the lines straight way on our face without helping us. If this kind of service is being provided by such a reputed co then i'm afraid that AIRTEL would become one of the most worst Telecom service provider in INDIA.

      my phone was tapped by somebody from airtel i would to register a complaint regarding this. ph:[protected]
      AIRTEL SUCKS!
      I have registered on the Airtel DND Registry and have been getting promotional SMSes for the past 2 years. I file a complaint each time and all I get is a STUPID MEANINGLESS phone call from some brain-dead call center employee saying: We have issued a warning to the number, you won't get any more SMSes.
      I still continue to receive unwanted SMSes from other numbers.

      Yes, this is a problem that I too have been facing for more than 2 months now. Airtel simply sends a standard cut and paste reply and they have not kept their promise of 'reverting back' at least 4 times so far. With no promise of penalty and with cell service providers having no real desire for customer service, we have only recourse to legal action.
      i added in dnd in last 3 months back. now also iam receiving promotion msgs and usless other messages.
      airtel is not doing anything regarding this.

      This is Ankur Goyal a loyal customer of Airtel before four month i heard about DND service of the TRAI and i registerered my Airtel no for this and i got 45 days of time for the fully activation of this service.I waited for this during this period i was continuously getting promotional call from Airtel and other co .And even when i go to roaming the no of this types of call get increased that fatch financial and psychological loss.But because of the lead time i beared this problem but even after the completion of the 45 days i am consistently getting calls ,i called so many times to Airtel consumer care but the problem is same as usual and becoming more intensive .       I have a Prepaid Connection with Airtel (No :[protected].

      I intend to register the DND services since I am getting lots o[censored]nwanted calls / sms.

      I tried several times with their customer care number 121 but failed to reach their customer service executive. There are no other menu options available where I can register my request.

      Even I tried with Airtel's customer complaint section (198). They also denied to help me in this regard.

      Can I get some resolution to this matter ?

      I want to block all unwanted calls / sms with immediate effect.

      Airtel — I keep getting Promotional Calls through my mobile number is registered in DND.

      Hi,

      My mobile number is [protected]. I have registered my number in DND on last week of Feb 2011. Apart from sending a message to 1909 saying "START DND", I also called customer care on the same day to ban all calls from Airtel ont0o my mobile. I was asked to wait for 20days for the request to be processed. I did wait. And still calls from Airtel kept pestering me. I took it at my ease and called back Airtel again and raised a complaint AGAIN to stop the PROMOTION calls which I get from AIrtel nearly 3-4 times a day. Customer Service executive asked me to wait again for another 20 days !!!! I did.And still and still I keep getting calls from Airtel. There has been no action taken TILL DATE and I keep getting calls which is really frustrating. Why should I suffer the pain of spoiling my time with your USE FOR NOTHING PROMOTION calls !!!! I got sick of your Airtel service and would strongly recommend all my known contacts to stay away from Airtel in Bangalore.

      Dear Sir,

      My mobile number is [protected]. Long back I requested for Do Not Disturb facility, but still I am receiving nonsense messages and calls for no reason. And occasionally this company charge for which I haven't subscribed for. If I already have "Do Not Disturb" then why the hell I am receiving bloody messages and calls again and again? Do I have to file a legal complaint against Airtel?
      Seems good that your replied positively. But as previous few commitments by Airtel was not been fulfilled, I can't trust you fully. You have to take it very seriously. Don't just comment and forget, keep remembered what you've said.

      I've been getting the same kinda calls from the numbers listed above. I am in Canada, and these calls come at the middle of the night for me! I am woken up by these calls SO MANY times. I have lodged a complaint a couple of weeks back and i've been asked to wait for 45 days for it to become effective. keeping my fingers crossed! Don't force me to leave your services, Airtel.
      I am also facing the same problem. Please stop calling 7 to 8 times a day.

      Airtel — Getting calls from Airtel as my no. is on DND

      I received two calls from different no.'s [protected] and [protected] both the calls came on 01/Oct/2011 from different DSA's of Airtel regading if i require any more no.'s from airtel. When i told them that ny no. is on DND they disconnected. My no. is [protected].
      I would like to complaint against both these DSA's as they are calling on DND no.'s against the wish of the customers. Please take a strict action against these people who work for Airtel.
      I had complained in airtel of a telemarketer and airtel mailed me that they had sent a warning letter to the unregistered telemarketer, and on
      other side i was receiving call from that same telemarketer again and again number is -[protected], i am having all my complaint numbers registered during last 15 days, one of executive told me to complaint in consumer court, and TRAI will penalize this telemarketer as per rules, which is, a charge of Rs 1lakh, as on calling more than once, please help, My number is [protected]

          I did a recharge of Rs. 500/- on 08/03
          as the Airtel service "dial 12131" said the best offer as Rs.500/- where we would get Rs.550/- as recharge amount (rs. 50 extra)
          but I got only rs.442.15 only.

          I regularly used to do 333 or 444 amount (get full TT) but due to misleading service 'dail 12131', I did rs.500/- and lost more.

          Please do not cheat with wrong services like above and
          please resolve this issue sooner.

          i recharged my phone with a coupon of rs 77. Tr.id is [protected] as on date 30.07.08 at 6:2 pm for avaling all local call at 50 paise & std @ Rs. 1 p/mint . there after i recharged my phone with rs 47. vouchers for ISD Tariff to be loward but when i noticed that my local calls are charged at rs 1 p/mint while the charged should be 50 paise p/mint . i talk to customer care by phone there replied was that just one vouchers worked at 1 time this is just fooling pf costumers & plain cheating it means i lost my 77 rs with in a minute & i am being charged At double rate since then on my local & STD calls since then kindly look in to the matters how the service providing r fooling the customer s & cheating Them this should the stop immediately & a customer should get a massage before recharging that his earlier facility will withdrawn or terminated how a facility can be withdrawn when a customers has paid for it this is just cheating & fooling of customers

            I'm not asking just like that, you need to understand that I can use 3G service (enabled in my mobile) for any download, but this kind of service charges with out any service is a non-sense. Fed up with Airtel... feeling to better get away from Airtel!!!

              This is to bring to your kind notice that I purchased Air tel 3G data card from Air tel 3G data card for cost of 1000Rs/-. I was told that it will be activated within 4 working days. Till now it is not activated even after 4 weeks completed.

              last Sunday Air tel person came to my home for house address verification. After 2 days, I got Call from Air tel customer care and enquired about billing address and they said that it will be activated within 15 minutes. Now 24 hours passed but it is not activated.

              when i tried to connect internet i was getting a message "Cannot Connect Before Register an Available Network "

              I called customer care. But no use. I do not know what is my mobile number for 3G airtel data card IMEI [protected] & sim no.[protected], Mobile number 3F


              I am upset about Air tel services.

                  I am using my airtel pre-paid mobile [protected] from 2008 year in chennai. My address is # 7/3, New colony 1st street, Suprabhat Apt, A / B, Palavanathangal, Chennai. For the past 6 months i.e from Sept/Oct 2012 signal at home is very weak. This is true for all the airtel connections and not only for my mobile. I have raised numerous complaints through the 198 customer care number and every time they close the ticket and call saying issue resolved. I dont see the issue is getting resolved. need help in having Airtel fix my issue at the earliest.

                  I stay in prime area of Bangalore city - J.P. Nagar - I Phase -which is well populated and considered as a "Posh" area.                     Its immense displeasure to say but after wrong billing i was denied resolution telling to deposit wrong bill by Airtel and finally got my outgoing blocked.
                    I decided to try Airtel internet pack in my mobile which promised 1 gb data in Rs.98.I got that activated on 28 th and found the service more then pathetic. I informed the Airtel customer care officer about it on next day i.e 29th and he advised to get that stopped if I dint liked. He stopped the internet/gprs and that plan and said will be done in 4 hours and no woe.

                    Now for just 1 day o[censored]se in few mb's, Airtel is charging me full month rental saying that evan if you activate you have to pay full month money. Evan thats also ok with methough the never told that erliar they stopped now pro rated charging. But Airtel have also charged Rs.1202 as internet usage for few mb's apart from Rs.98.
                    On asking Airtel have no clue but said your mobile might had used it in those 4 hours.
                    I did not used it first of all and even it was used by my active handset it was all under that 98 plan!! not sure who they making fool clearly here?
                    Can you also advise how to take this case forward to consumer court to get compensation?

                        I had requested for 2 digital tv connections on 3rd March 2013 through call center. Airtel cust care executive asked me for payment first and I paid Rs 4884 through my hdfc net banking by clicking on the link provided by executive. Airtel representative came at the fixed time for installation but did not install because as per them in my flat there is no point where signal comes properly.
                        I was expecting amount paid by me will come automatically but after waiting for 15 days it did not come. I called to cust care on 18th March and described everything but no response. Then I sent email to [protected]@airtel.in twice but nobody is bothering to even respond.
                        This is how Airtel works?
                        Please help me in getting my money back.

                            I had an Airtel mobile postpaid connection and was using it from January 2012. I was happy with the services for a span of four months. But after that they started charging me unnecessarily for the internet usage. I had not observed it for a couple of months and had paid the bill, but later it became a habit for them and started charging me more. I had to report the problem every month and I kept on getting wrong information from all the agents. I had to spend hours on the phone explaining things and finally they would revise the bill which happened for a good 3 months. In the month of September again i received the same kind of bill and I clearly explained them that its their mistake and I would not pay the bill. I did not make the payment till January but the services were still on. I had also told them to disconnect the services but they did not do that either. Finally in the first week of January they disconnected the connection and they have billed me approx 9000/-, and the funniest part is they have billed me from 17th of Jan to 16th of Feb when the number was completely disconnected. I hope Airtel do no do the same with all the other customers as well.

                                Due to lot of dissatisfaction and cheating attitude of your representatives, I am forced to write you. That Airtel Services in Noida is more than worse.

                                Recently I have taken a connection No. [protected] on 30.01.2013 though Airtel Sector-58. After 3 days my services were stopped saying that some bill of 2 years back was due. I have shown all my emails and letter from Airtel showing that my full and final payment was already given in airtel. That time also, some representative came to my home gave me full and final payment letter and took cheque. That amount was credited in airtel account.

                                Now, when after some time when I have taken a new connection, they said we have disconnected your this connection because still some amount is reflected in our account, it is red tagged, etc.

                                I have a talk with Mr. Kunal phone number- [protected] , who apologies that we have verified our previous records and by mistake this are red flagged and due to that your line is temporary disconnected. You just pay some 270/- Rs. For your 3-4 days operational line charges, we promise within 4 hour it will be connected. Many times I told you send me some email, he said That I cannot send until you pay this outstanding 270/- . I was again cheated by Airtel people. When I called him, he gave call to some one else or maybe he cheated and name was also wrong.

                                If there was anything due at my part and it was red flagged or black listed..Why Airtel has given me new number/connection? Who will return my money that was taken for new connection? I have recorded voice of your representative and the number which is taken against airtel call centre at okhala-III new delhi, which can be produced in the court of law to prove that Airtel do cheating with its customer.

                                Still and I am getting messages and email for some more bill..you think one side it is disconnected another side sending bills..always Airtel does like this and after some time you people will say pay some more bill.

                                I appeal to all users that Never listen to any executive over phone get everything in writing from fixed email addresses.

                                i am customer bharti airtel. i am using it's braoadband internet connection.they provide me phone whose number is [protected].i have blocked all calling facility of phone.In last month they accidently activated caller tune on my phone.The biil is of 17 Mar 2009-16 April 2009.on my complaint they deactivated it but charged caller tune rental and told me that this extra charge(Rs.33.09) will be deducted in the next bill.
                                But in the next month(Bill of 17 Apr 2009 -16 may 2009) they chager extra for caller tune and not deducted Rs33.09 in the bill .

                                so i want 66.18 rupees deduction in my bill amount.

                                I'm M. Balasubramanian of the Consumer of Airtel since 2002 and my telephone No.[protected]. I have shifted my residence from Ammayappa Nagar to Canara Bank Colony effective from 2nd February, 2011, which the information was give through letter on 28th January, 2011 (to Thillainagar Airtel Office) with a request to shift my above telephone from the above date of 2.2.2011. But after several request over phone as well as in person to Thillainagar office the connection was actived only on 12.2.2011. But I have received the tele phone bill for the whole mpnth which should be only for 20 days, since I have not used from 2/2/2011 to 11/2/2011 due to their non activation. Similarly one charge was made for Rs.110/- stating as Premium Number, which the details were also not given, since for the past 8 years I am not using any extra numbers as mentined the Premium Number.

                                I received a call on my cell phone (Airtel pre-paid) from Airtel for registering up a free web site hosting for the boardband service.

                                The caller walked through how to register the free website on my cell phone. (call received)

                                At the end of call (solicited), I was charged Rs. 32.00 on my pre-paid mobile phone.

                                This is an unreasonable charge on a phone call received. This is a total exploitation customer rights. And I am disputing this charge. I want get refund the same charge.

                                Though I have written compliant to [protected]@airtel.in, there is no refund so far.

                                I am surprised and shocked to see a excess bill for my Airtel phone number - [protected].

                                I have been charged huge amount towards my internet usage which is around Rs. 30,000 in a month which sounds unrealistic. I have been given a discount of around Rs 20,000+ on the same which also sounds too unrealistic.

                                I visited the Alkapuri Airtel outlet and they said that the amount chagerd are correct, when asked for a detailed bill on my internet usage i have been refused and stated it is not possible to provide justification for usage of Internet and have been asked to pay the amount which i refuse without any proper justification from your end.

                                I need to understand how a person can use internet worth Rs 30,000 from a cell phone in a month.

                                Today suddenly i again get a message that my outstanding amount is Rs 27,000 + which is again a heart attack to me.

                                Kindly provide a immediate solution on this.

                                  Don't get lured by advertisement on Airtel website about new broadband connection "get a Wi-Fi modem and a cashback of Rs 500 when you buy your broadband connection online!". I applied online, made payment, but to my surprise when the guy came to activate the broadband, he said that you will have to purchase the modem. He said that he is completely unaware about any free wifi modem of cash back.

                                  When I called up the customer care, they said that this advertisement is old. I told them that this advertisement is there on your website since last 2 months, its still there (refer to attached picture). The customer care said, if you have to take a connection pay. We are not going to honor this advertisement.

                                  Be aware of this type of misleading advertisements and don't fall prey to it!!!

                                  I will take this to next level and see that the advertisement is removed from their website so that no one else is fooled!

                                    Airtel 3G prepaid data card is not getting recharged. i used for one month and before the validity date if i try to recharge it is not getting recharged. offers are poor. customer care keeps diverting calls and asks us to call 198, 121 which do not respond or "do not exist".
                                    Advice: kindly DONOT GET AIRTEL 3G DATA CARD for internet prposes. Airtel mobile service may be fine, but 3G service is not good

                                    As i m using past six year your network, i m not satisfied ur network because ur customercare service& even complaints care[198] was not good. whenever i called & aski some problem,they responded late,even i have to wait for atleast half a hour. so i like to change my network to vodafone. so on 28 feb 2011 i send portability for my network changing process, i got it port id numb but i never got approved form ur's .after two i got call for ur airtel prepaid care they ask that why u can change our network, what the problem. i said all that service problem & voda service was good & they givi offer like net, callertune offer, then v to v 10 p &30p for other network for six months so i like to change.. they asked now ur call charges how much i said that a to a 30p & other network 40p suddently told that i give u offer to u that a to a 10p & other net 30p ,it will be activate within 24 hours & in future no problem with service & all. i said that ok i cannt change it & they give sms format to cancel port. i send mess & i got port cancellation mess on 2.3.11 time [11.08.11] from 202 after 24 hours i didnt got that offer so i call to 198 on 3rd march they answer my call &register my compaint[CMPRO[protected]] & the problem will be solve within 48 hours. still now not solve i call today at time between 10 to 11 they didnt pickup my call they sendi mess like*121# for knowi accout balance validity & offer & all i dont know that the hell they doing i m not regard for that service i call 10 to 20 times for my problem, they responded with recorded voice only, not pick up my call for one hour . u suggest me what to do............plz..

                                        I want to unsubscribe from NDTV new alerts sms. I never subscribed for it and they keeps on smashing my inbox(minimum 10 msgs/day), even i have complained atleast 3 to 4 times to the customer support they say they were unsubscribing but no use( i think airtel is providing worst service with worst helpline). Please help me as soon as possible. My airtel prepaid number is [protected].
