From last two months I have applied for the disconnection of my broadband connection to Airtel but they are never doing it and unnecessarily raising bills every month. They are torturing me by calling daily for 10 times. I think my biggest ever mistake was to take Airtel connection for Internet. Airtel people are pathetic and they irritate the customer , they hit the customers pocket all the time.

I am using Airtel ([protected]) prepaid gsm services since more than 5 years.
Today I noticed that my mobile balance is Rs: 0.09 Then I called to customer care and asked about this deduction he told me that an auto Gprs plan of Rs 98 has been activated on 3rd Feb 13.
I told him that I didnt apply any Gprs plan and I want may balance back he told than we cant refund your balance and then he transferd...

Airtel bill No[protected] wrongly sent to my address without my name.This has been informed to Airtel Asistance number 121 at 9.15am on 11/02 asnwered by one Mr.Nirmal who assured that some one from Airtel would call and arrange to collect.Till this time , no one has contacted me from Airtel nor arranged to collect the bill wrongly sent to me. I have called and complained again yesterday and to-day but of no use.

The online recharge was done through Icici bank debit card on 11 February 2012 at 5.30 in the name of bhartiairtel.

I was using Airtel broadband connection since last 1.5 years.
But was facing poor internet speed also couple of months back Airtel increased its rental.
I started calling Airtel from October 2013 to disconnect my connection, and everytime Customer representive tells me that retention dept will call me. But I never got any call from them. I called Airtel in every 10-15 days. Meanwhile Airtel generated 2 bills. Finally I called...

I have recharged with Rs 249 on feb 13 and i got 1gb of 3g data but my speed is very slow its just 10-15 kbps, earlier it was about 300-400kbps but now its very much slow. I also rang customer care but they always disconnect. Here's my full transcation details -
