Following is case History.
1. On 13 March 2013 I requested call from Airtell about new Connection.
2. Same day I got call from Mr. Dharmendra
3. Mr. Dharmendra Offered me AIrtel D2H connection of INR 2990/-
@2090 only with One month subscription. and installation in 24-48 hours
4. I dont get installation on 14th March, so on 15 march I contacts your Local Dealer, and Explained the matter.
5. They said they dont have any Information about my Order, but even they ready to install on the spot.I wanted me take refund from Airtel for existing order.
6. I have tried to call your customer care Mr. Dharmendra on given number [protected], but whole day this was busy.
7. Then I tried at night, and many time I talked to CC executives, No one knows Mr. Dharmendra, and There is nothing processed on My order.
9. Even on today 16 march 2013 I have asked so many time to cancel my order and refund, so I can order form Local, But no one is responding, and Just promising to install just in Hour, callback in hour, or a day, But actually this all are fraud. As there is no actual action for installation.
10. Now I just want my order to be refunded As it is not fulfilled in Given time Period.

Bharti Airtel — WRONG BILLING AND DEDUCTION OF AMOUNT FROM VIRTUAL CALLING CARD
This is to bring in to notice that i am cosistently facing problem in my airtel postpaid connection.every month i pay huge amounts as my bill.several times i have found incorrect billing for which my complaints are going unherad.now i have taken VIRTUAL CALLING CARD worth rs 55o i make calls to UK for which rs 3.50 paise per min should have been charged but i am being charged as 119 for 12 mins then 85 for 13 mins again 119 for 11 mins.
all my complaints are going unheard .my complaint no. is 20019226.
this is a serious problem against which i need serious action else i will have to disconnect the airtel services without making any payments.
