[Resolved]  Airtel — Broadband amount not refunded

Hi, I have applied the new Airtel Broadband connection at Chennai on 06th August 2013 Bearing application number : TNPA 647186. for this new connection request i have paid the amount of INR 2,300/- . Untill Unless i have verified the status they havn't filed my CAP till 18th August 2013. Later they said that they are going to refund my amount after raising couple of escalations at airtel office in MYLAPORE at chennai. Still now they Havn't refunded my amount. Kindly do needful to get refund my amount. Thanks, Surendra.

I bought broadband connection from Airtel website by paying 1000 INR. Later on, guys from airtel said that due to technical difficulties, they cannot install it at my home and they will refund the money.
But I have still not received the refund. I applied for connection on 17th Feb. Its 18th march now. It doesn't take so many days to refund the amount. It's been a month now.
